I visited with family in May 2016. After our advance booking and advance payment, we landed up there from Bengaluru ~3pm, the staff says that the room they blocked for us has some issue, and they will fix it soon. Our request to see what issue there is was also not entertained by them. We asked them to make alternative arrangement, for which they asked to pay whatever extra it costs for the other accommodation. Finally, they could find some place at 8 pm, and we also did not have much choice. Very unprofessional experience from Royal Palm Resort.

I felt Rooms are very small. Specially height wise, the ceiling is reachable to hand. Food and service was good. I stayed in "yellow house" in Royal Palm

We stayed at the yellow palm cottage. The location is good and the resort is beautifully maintained outwardly with numerous plants and the view is also great. The room however had a weird get up. It had space but the furniture was strange and placed in an odd manner. It was clean. The food at the hotel is good and very economic. The people who serve are helpful and answer the calls at any hour. They also provide accommodation for the driver whom the guest has hired, separately, free of cost.

A lovely resort. Had a great stay with the family. The staff were courteous and helpful. The food was really tasty and had a wide range to choose from, especially the spongy idli and uthappam I had never tasted from anywhere else. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The room service was prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend Royal Palm to all my friends.

I stayed in blue cottage a few days back with my family. The overall experience was excellent and we all enjoyed the stay. The resort which is strategically located, keep you away from the busy town, but well connected for any facilities that you may need. The reachability to all the tourist spots is worth mentioning. I strongly recommend Royal Palm to families, not just because of the facilities, but due to the down to earth and helpful staff. The hospitality extended by Mr.Shaji and team was remarkable. Anything that you need was just a phone call away. The cottages are neat and tidy and value for money. Kids will love the place since they have a lovely park and play area. The food was okay, and the resort has near by eateries.

Hi, My experience with this resort is very bad. I will say its pathetic. I booked 3 rooms in the resort for Saturday and was supposed to pay by Thursday which I paid. Even after that they have cancelled my booking saying that I was supposed to pay by 5PM. I told them that I have already paid the money and by 6 PM money will be credited to account. But they did not listen to me. My trip was almost ruined because of this. But somehow we got the rooms in another resort at a high rates. I am still fighting to get the money which I paid as an advance. It has been 2 months and I have already called them 100 times. Every day they are saying I will get money in two days. I don't know when that 2 days will come. I am highly disappointed with the behaviour of these folks.

Villas are cleaning but lack facilities such as tv, shower wardrobe to keep your bags. Service is good, they attend immediately whenever we call them.

wow.,.,it wasone of my best travel experiences ever.. its worth the money i gave.. good service..homely food without any colour and additives. The location was superb ..it was accesible from all the sightseeing spots. All over thumbsup...

Excellent stay...definitely chose between red or blue cottage. Very good service & food. Worth staying here.
