Small Mall with limited shops.. rest rooms and prayer rooms are available for men and women!

Small and compact mall. Not much shop inside the mall. Yet to open many shops and some portions are underconstruction. Toilet are not clean as normally seen in other mall. only thing we loved is this mall is near to the railway station and mittai teruvu {sm street} .ample of parking slot is available

Of late, Iqraa Hospital has started a full fledged Infertility Center, a division of Iqraa Gynaecology dept also inside the address mall

Located behind SM street on railway side… Small mall with few shops .. paid available at basement.. Koyenco bazar and SM street are at walkable distance..

My honest review is the shops where not so good... most of the shop keepers talks in a rude mode... They were no securities or no reception counters to ask just where is the toilet and we were suffering.. the qualities so bad... And there were no chairs to just sit and relax... Don't waste time by gold address Mall there is nothing to experience... Some shops where so so so good but somewhere so so so bad.... This small should improve more and bring some more entertaining for childrens.... Like a small sitting for children or small playing area for them toooo......

Good shoping mall A international atmosphere I am not purchasing there . But there is a lote of good shope boutique and kids store I think the ground level Hiba boutique is good storee

Good ambience

It is very quiet and convenient to access. Few shops are in operation.there is a spacious parking spot. Easy for those who drive their own vehicle.

Nothing like a shopping mall. Basically these days it is used for conference and seminars. Just behind this is high Street shopping area which is better than shopping in this.

Worst mall in the world. Just few local shops. They take parking charges and when we enter the mall they ask y u came it's closed today. Sunday market beside this building is much better

Iqraa infertility clinic is best....... Very good atmosphere, doctor, staff.... All are very good

Medium size shopping centre and on the second floor there's a dermatologi hospital also

Mentioned closing time is 10pm but the security not allowed to enter the mall at 9pm. Worst experience.

It's one of the least visited malls in Kozhikode,got a few food shops with a great fashion collection. Checkout once and see if it's got the collection of fashion for you.

If not for any other thing their parking is too reliable while dropping by SM street.

There is literally nothing here. Parking space is appreciated. Another factor is that, it is behind SM Street.

Good parking facility and an wonderful shopping expiriance in the middle of the Calicut city and nearby the SM street
