Great staff, they were really nice and helpful. I felt really welcomed in my stay. Great views. Perfect spot for a healing trip. The only downside is that the location is isolated and is far from the city centre and you'll need a car to drive to any shops or restaurants.

It is indeed a good place to relax in nature and coffee trees surrounding you. Reaching those Villas was fun and you can trek morning outside the resort. The staff members are at they best and food was really good πŸ‘ ( special mention to chef who cooked afternoon food for us).

One of the best resort's I have stayed. The staff made an effort to ask us want we wanted for breakfast and I didn't believe it would be there the next morning, same questions for dinner and they provided the what we asked. The rooms were clean and kept tidy when we came back from our site seeing. Keep up the good initiative. Will definitely recommend this resort to my friends and relatives.

Very serene & peaceful resort. Excellent staff, who treat you very well. Dinner spread was awesome, including dishes that you won't find normally in other restaurants. Breakfast was sumptuous. There is a trekking trail outside, leading to a hilltop that offers great views. We stayed here for 2 nights. Should have stayed longer.

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. Pros: 1)Excellent Service and hospitality 2)Common swimming pool . But it is still good if you go on weekdays as you will get good privacy. (Water is clean). 3)Food.(They even cook on demand basis for some cases.. in our case we had a splendid candle light dinner) 4)Room service. Cons: 1)No AC in the room that can make uncomfort if climate is not supporting 2)The cost is a little bit high considering the room. 3) A little bit far from the town. But still I will strongly recommend this resort for the couples and family. They provide assured service and hospitality that you will feel home.

Good: Beautiful property, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and humble staff. There’s a shuttle to go up to the rooms from either entry gate or restaurant as otherwise you need to walk a bit on quite steep slope. Bad: they are understaffed to handle large number of bookings like on a long weekend. They were taking orders for room service but never really acted upon it which was annoying and wasted a lot of time. The staff doesn’t speak English or Hindi, which is a bit surprising as there were many tourists, probably from Bangalore, that were only speaking these two languages. Lastly, the Rs 750 per person dinner buffet was a bit overpriced.

It’s a nice resort with good amenities. Even though it is understaffed, all the employees are very polite and helpful. It was altogether a nice experience. The only thing that needs to be improved is their food(it’s good) but not great. And there is no restaurant for a good 10kms from the resort. The resort is on a hilltop, so it will be difficult for aged travellers for going around the resort, even though they have a shuttle, it’ll not be sufficient if the resort is crowded.

Worst service. Miscommunication. Manager very rude. Staff doesn’t communicate clearly. We were not having complimentary breakfast but staff said dinner buffet is complimentary and from menu we can order. Hence we ate dinner for 2 nights. In the end while billing it was told it costed 1000 per meal per person! Hot water was not working. When complained they took 1 day to repair. And after that shower knob broke. Playing activities are broken. Swimming pool was not clean. During summers it gets hot, there is no AC in rooms. There were multiple issues. Staff is very nice and cooperative but there are communication issues. Manager not good with words

Awesome place to spend some quiet and quantity time with your family. Great staff, always ready to help. Away from the noise and pollution of the city. Completely surrounded by plantation. Place is a little difficult to find through Google map. Call the manager for the final directions.

Great place to stay! The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The rooms also had nice view to nature. There were paintings done in the rooms and common area. Each of it was different and nice to look at. The food was okay. The employees are very nice people. They try to make the guest as comfortable as possible. They are very helpful as well. They discuss the food menu with the guests. Make sure they are okay with the food that is being served. The special requests are also taken care of. Other than the swimming pool, there is also adventure sports. Like bow and arrow, gun shooting, sky walk. The room service is also great. Worth the money spent. We had a great family holiday. Having private vehicles also will be helpful to get to the place.

Nice resort on top of the hill, way to resort is steep be careful while coming in own car since it is very steep & single lane. They shifted us to our room from reception through their car. Service is good. room & bathroom was neat, our room doesn't have great view but I think some rooms are having great view of mountains. Breakfast is ok

We (family of three adults) stayed from 7-Jun-2023 evening to 10-Jun-2023 morning: all weekdays, just after school holidays, and on the verge of monsoons, and hence very quiet at the lovely resort! It was a very pleasant stay, and the staff did everything possible to please us. As soon as they knew about the birthday of one of us, they arranged for a lovely cake and cleared the dining area to set up a candle-light dinner for us! Very memorable! Although we were the only guests, there was no let-up on the food service, and very tasty fare was arranged by the chef according to our choices -- multi-cuisine, and not just our favourite Malayali fare! It was impressive how the cottages and the dining hall sections were landscaped and arranged on the slopes. The decor and maintenance of the rooms was excellent, with the most modern fittings. Hot water came on the tap instantly, with gas heating. In case of power failure, the generator switched on immediately. Wi-Fi internet across the campus was very good, indoors and outdoors. The tariff is comparable to other coffee plantation resorts in the Malanad / Malnad belt. We have stayed in a coffee plantation in Chikkamagaluru. Karnataka, and a tea plantation in Darjeeling, Bengal. Approach roads to plantation houses are always steep and narrow, and Wayanad Coffee Trail Resort is no exception. Within the campus also, guests with mobility issues, either on wheels or on their feet, may want to discuss their requirements with the resort hosts before booking. There are non-plantation resorts also in the Wayanad area, with more level ground, but perhaps less greenery. All in all, Wayanad Coffee Trail Resorts was a very hospitable and comfortable base from which to explore southern and eastern Wayanad, and to return to in the evening, to enjoy a rest indoors or at the swimming pool!

We had an amazing stay at Coffee Trail Resort. The staff were very friendly, and made sure that all our needs were met. The food they served was quite good. We tried out some activities arranged in the resort like Burma bride and commando net and was so much fun. There are guides who will guide you through the entire activity. Make sure you try out the outdoor activities arranged in the resort.

Had visited with my family. The Resort is quite raw and pretty good for nature lovers. We were staying in a cottage facing the jungle. You need to be careful about opening the balcony door. Rather i would say the balcony has no usage. You need to be very careful with ants, spiders , mosquitoes and other creatures. The Rooms were neat and clean along with the bathroom. Rooms a bit dimly lit. There was a continuous wood cutting sound from the jungle which was of an electric chain saw. Restaurant service is below average. Food is average in the resort. The other staffs in reception were very cordial and supportive specially the vehicle driver who was helping us in the logistics within the resort. Overall the Rating would be 3 considering all the facts.

I recently stayed at the resort with my school friends . We were celebrating our 30years reunion and the place just fitted in perfectly to suit our nostalgic mood. The warm, welcoming and always ready to help staff is worth mentioning. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean. The food served was yummy . Will definitely recommend.

5 stars to the beautiful location and pleasing staff! Pros: Location, neat rooms, staff and service. All the staff are always smiling and helpful. Cons: Al-carte menu is limited and not worth it's price, taste was average. Complimentary breakfast was good though. No Bar in most of the Wayanad Resorts, carry your own drinks.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wayanad Coffee Trail Resort, and I can't say enough about what an incredible experience it was. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything about this resort exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, rooms were spacious, well kept and impeccably clean. The private balcony offered some stunning views as well. The staff and service were what truly sets this resort apart. They were warm, friendly and very courteous. Dining also needs a special mention. All the food were fresh and had a wide range. I would highly recommend this to anyone planning to visit Wayanad and would not mind visiting again.

If you are a nature lover, then this resort is the best place for you to spend your holidays in Wayanad. The room we stayed at the resort had amazing views of plantation to the outside. The facilities they arranged in the room was good and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The swimming pool overlooking the lush greenery is the main attraction of the resort. We enjoyed and cherished each moment of our stay.

πŸ‘ One of the best restaurants in Kalpetta. Varities of veg and non veg items are available here. Located in an easily accessible area. The staff are very helpful and the service is fast. The prices are also very reasonable given the varities of items they serve.

πŸ‘ The highlight dish here is the pothum kaal, which was trending in social media. However, the thing we got had less meat and didn't have that bone marrow as seen in all vlogs. That was the only downside I felt because of expectations. Apart from that, the dish was delicious and it had a thick gravy....
