It is just an awesome trip .All the credit is to sir shamsud tavakal .At first we had our doubt as we were group of 4 ladies only but he is very very professional and ensured our safety. I just called Shamsu Thavakkal a month before my trip to Wayanad. I am from Chennai and I had to planned to visit Wayanad with my son and wife. He guided me so calmly to even book even a third party room and also every thing happened as promised and on time. The driving partner named Sunu was arranged to guide us and he was so calm and gentle. He tailor made the plans as per our request and also made sure we visited all places we wanted to visit. In fact on last day due to a lorry accident on road there was huge traffic, but Sunu was still patient and helpful, guided us to reach the railway station and make alternate plans. We traveled with him for 3 days at Wayanad. He was extremely helpful, dynamic, adjustable to all our plans. He is good with communication, which was important for us as we did not know Malayalam. Compared to many people I enquired, his quote for the travel and guidance is relatively cheaper. I would 100% recommend him for anyone who wants to go on a tour or even for smaller taxi drops. P. S. He also maintains a Homestay which is about to get completed. I personally visited that place (not stayed), it was looking great.

We hired the service for three days and the service provided was better than what we could have asked for. It was nice experience traveling with Shamsudeen. He is nice, gentle and caring individual. A typical of what you would expect in a Keralite. He helped us plan our travel very well. He is well versed in Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam and can understand reply back to a large degree in English.

Shamsu and his father in law both were the kind hearted people we have ever met, I would recommend everyone to take their cab services, affordable rates. They would help you with the Itinerary and plan your day accordingly. We do not need to plan at all, so what they do is they take you to one side and cover all the places in one side and they do not rush as other taxi drivers, they allow us to take our own time and spend. They would also suggest some time where we can go to these places, so that we can enjoy the most of it. They also provide you Homestay and Homely food!
