“The cooked Kerala breakfast was home cooked and tasty and different each day a reasonably priced same day Laundry service was available .very helpful owner and staff . There are tea estate,coffee plantation,mountain with view of chembra peak and sun set . The place is very clean .Just ask for anything you need and they will help .It was our second stay there . It's quiet at night so you sleep well . It's a good base for exploring Wayanad .”

Awesome experience ... We were a group of 4 adults and had a very pleasant stay. clean rooms and a great atmosphere. Most places to visit can be reached within an hours drive. The bonfire, barbeque and music were excellent. Thanks to Mr.Gikku and other caretakers for the great job.

Located at Kalpetta. One for the budget friendly stay with a lovely atmosphere. You have to travel in normal mud road for 1km from the main road. This place has lot of greenary around. Gikku is a friendly host who makes you very comfortable.

A very serene and beautiful place. Good hospitality and very clean and quiet place. Had a refreshing stay with family. Ideal for family and bachelor's. This is surrounded the coffee and tea gardens. A must try once place. Will always recommend it. And the owner is so helpful and obliging. I had an awesome and amazing time.

The stay was very pleasant and my friend and I were provided with a spacious room at as astoundingly low price. The caretaker was very hospitable and prepared very good grilled chicken for the other guests. All the specifications were addressed promptly by the caretaker.

Totally is was very good experience from the time of check in to check out. Care takers are friendly and owner and his name is Gikku, he is friendly and very good person. Stay was in clam place will get relaxation for sure. In cost wise they are providing very good service in less price. I can happily suggest this to anyone.😊

This is an independent house at beautiful location. Its very affordable.The manager was very polite and nice person. There is a nearby coffee estate to visit. Anyone looking for budget options, this is the best place.
