It is situated away from the main road so that only natural noises are out there

The hotel is a little higher than surrounding which the view outside even great. The room and services are great. They have bonfire with music for an extra Rs 2000. If on online platforms its showing fully booked, then also they might have 1-2 rooms available for offline booking.

When we book a hotel and get confirmation from the hotel that our room is booked. we trust that the hotel will honour its word. We had a very bad experience with this hotel as they didn’t provide room. After travelling for many 100’s of kilometres to an unknown city and getting turned down a confirmation is a big dampening factor on the trip. The manager of this hotel is not fit for hospitality industry. First he has made a mistake of over booking and then on arrival talks to the customers in a very rude manner. Just disheartening to face this situation

What a place. I had visited with my office colleagues, a group of 21 people from 10th to 12th February. First thing that mesmerized me was the excellent view from the property. The rooms were very decently maintained (except a few on the ground floor which lacked geyser/ hot water). But overall, it was really nice and comfortable for our two-day trip. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mr Richards who really went all his way to keep us comfortable and well fed and happy. Thanks to the junior staff Alwin also, who was always ready to help us with anything that we needed from market. We took a package with lunch and dinner option along with breakfast. Overall, the meals were decent and prepared in a homely kind of fashion. But instead of eating out, this was very much preferred and healthy way. Pros: 1. Excellent view from property 2. Decent rooms 3. A very helpful staff 4. Food needs are sorted Cons: 1. Nothing really for this price that we were charged. It was an excellent trip. Food could be slightly improved by having some more food options in the menu.

We stayed here for 3 days. Rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is great and heart warming. The hospitality in this hotel is very good. When we went there MD of this holiday day home was there.. He is very friendly and outgoing. He guided us for the plans to visit the places nearby. This stay is very budget friendly and with very good rooms and views. I personally had a great time.

Everthing was good but host Richard was outstanding, he helped us in so many ways like Planning trip, Pickup and drop, custom food so I recommend this property to friends and family mainly because of Richard. “Excellent. Very disappointing stay! We had stayed here couple of times before when Lubina used to handle it and at that time it was all well managed. This time the service and food was poor, though the Renny was very helpful and tried to do everything possible to get us whatever we needed, he lacked the experience or knowledge. Usually we get breakfast included in the room rates but this time they charged us for the same but after we questioned it was later removed. Also they gave a unreasonable food bill which wasn’t even broken down properly. We wanted to give this review as a feedback for the improvement of food and service. Thank you.

Rooms are very good and Service is really nice. Manager and other boy was really helpful. If you want a stay with best view of hills and safety with good food, this is the option.

This is really near to the main market, The view from the 2 BHK apartments is really great. But the cleanliness, maintenance and Service is a problem. The bathrooms are little smelly, the curtains are dirty. You can book it as it is a good budget hotel with a view and near to the main market

We 7 friends stayed 4 nights till yesterday in 2bhk flat in western ghats. It was a great experience - rooms, ambience and hospitality is so good. View from the room is really amazing and it is close to bus stop and Royal brothers rentals. We had a fire camp on the last night it was really great experience. No second thoughts go for it!!!

Spacious room with a beautiful balcony view. Very friendly host as well as the service & cleaning by everyone is definitely worth mentioning 💯 They were very accommodating and helped us with early check-in and suggested great places to visit. Reasonable price for great room and service.

One connected to bedroom and one for the kitchen and one more for hall. Entire place is peaceful with good view and wifi. Staff are very friendly and are available whenever needed. Go with least expectations and u will love the place a lot.

Western ghats holiday homes is a beautiful property. I booked a double room with a private balcony. Their service was great. The property is nestled at a good location with panoramic views. For the sake of early check-in, they gave us a room a level below which didn't have a TV and that room's balcony had no proper views. They are charging 100-150/- for breakfast buffet which was average (idli, toast, eggs) and the chutney tasted bad & runny(watery)along with tea/coffee......overall OK. Zomato & Swiggy services to the property. No shops nearby and you need to walk to the main road to get things. They could have provided a better room at that price In overall, good stay & experience, clean rooms and bathrooms, polite behaviour of staff and hospitality👌

Western Ghats was one of the best choices I made in Wayanad. It's situated in the heart of the city so it's very accessible to go around to places. Near and tidy rooms, scenic views from the balcony were an add-on and great service. Richard sir was an amazing host who helped us at all times! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Wayanad.

Wonderful views, very hospitable and friendly front desk and helpers, thank you for a great stay! Our only problems were: - the washrooms hadn’t been properly washed before we stayed - there were a few insects on the bed that looked like bedbugs. They were small and came out mostly at night and were crawling around, so we suspect they might have been bedbugs and not rain insets. Apart from this, the stay was good - thank you!

We stayed in their two bedroom apartment over the weekend. This place is so worth the money you spend. Rooms are really spacious with ample provision for extra beds if you require them. The balcony view is really good too. Most importantly the Staff behaviour is excellent, especially the guy at the reception..Really helpful and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. Absolutely recommend. You can book by directly going to the place as well.

Everything is good with this stay except for the type of booking we made. We sort of opted for kitchen but they’re not allowing guests into kitchen due to some local regulations it seems. Otherwise its a cool place to stay. A special mention to the location of the property, its like in the center for different attraction places.

The Holiday home was totally new, clean, functional with a perfect viewing of the wonderful mountain.. It has an awesome view and rooms very very clean. Richard took great care of us and also was flexible in checkin us in a bit early as our bus arrived at 6 am...... The food was great and he also arranged us a jeep for sight seeing.... he was also flexible enough to give a room for refreshin us as our bus was at 11 45 pm.... He is a wonderful host and runs the hotel very professionally... the staff were very kind especially Shobit.. Highly recommend this rental unit for anyone visiting Wayanad !

Ultimate experience, one of the best stay where in we had the best hospitality. Staff and property owner/manager are very friendly and supportive. Thanks western ghats team to make our vacation beautiful and convinient.

Onee of the worst experiences i ever had. it is a large home modified into a home stay kind of facility. the owner and family looks like it's staying in the same property. it is very expensive, especially considering the facilities provided. the room was small compared to the description. the rooms has false walls, so careful while leaning on it, also we could hear people talking in next room, they could hear us also. only one mineral water bottle per day, no normal drinking water provided, you can get extra bottle by paying. that too of some unheard company. one small Medimix sample soap 2 shampoo sacjets were provided for two days for two people, the soap was over within one day. also tea coffee sugar milk powder was provided for one time. we were promised balcony and mountain view - there were no mountains, just houses, it was not any breathtaking view our anything. the balcony was common for 3 rooms. hot water is prepared on LPG. the smell from toilet enters room. the height of bed was too low for my comfort. dont know which intelligent mimd fixef the cloth hanger in the bathroom as there was gap between hanger and wall. there was only hand held shower, which sucked and not the normal one. there is no lift in the building, so difficult if you got room in higher floors. there is no restaurant, you can order food from restaurant and they will deliver, tie up with hotel. its a bit onterior with not much shops nearby. small paking area. kalpetta town is at a distance of 1km. staff looked confused and not polite. don't konnola hope to treat guests. we were totally dissatisfied with them. could have got many cheaper options with better facilities. booked this after seeing many positive reviews, may be fake or for cash.

Rooms are excellent, except the bathroom was not getting water pressure on the penthouse room. Dining hall ambience was awesome, however the breakfast served wasn't good.

SCAM/FRAUD ALERT: This owner is extremely arrogant and tells me to do the full booking in advance and then tells he wants to hang up and call back in some time to confirm the same after looking at my booking from the website. Then he cancels the booking citing that I didn't do the advance payment. Looks like he thinks that there is no other place to stay in Wayanad. Don't recommend to pay any amount to this chap in advance. He will rip you off and cancel the booking and not refund you.

The property is very well maintained and is admist a lot of greenery. It has all the fecilities nearby. The staff especially Richard is very welcoming and always ready to go out of his way to help. Highly recommend this property to everyone.

It's an awesome place to stay in Wayanad on vacation. Rooms have awesome view of Chembra peak and greenery. Owner Richard is very helpful and humble. The housekeeping staff are also equally nice and cooperative. Together they will give you the warmth of a home stay and service of a professional hotel. I completely recommend it.

The view from the breakfast area is too good. It is close to the city of kalpetta, easily accessible to the market and hotels situated within 1 km.
