Excellent location, great value for money and good service. The fact that the owner allowed extremely late check-in at 2am and allowed late check-out 2pm for no extra charge is truly commendable.

Location is too good. Seems new hotel. Good rooms and bathroom. Near by Udupi to have food. Pure veg. Hotel has parking and good sitting place to chill. Overall very good experience

We are very much satisfied with the services of iCon Residency. I really appreciate Ranjit the caretaker cum manager for his efforts. He was really well behaved and friendly. He guided us with the sightseeing places and provided a map as well. The rooms were really good, we took the AC deluxe double room which was spacious. They provided electric kettle on demand. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It’s just walkable distance from the bus stop.

It's a nice, budget hotel to stay in the town. Bus stand is very near and you can get other transport options very easily. It's in the main town with market nearby. Staff is friendly and helping. Only one thing I would suggest to hotel is to have big size beds, as the bed size is very small.

The location is in the kalpetta town itself, very easy to access all the services. The room and bathroom are neat, and all the necessary things were provided by the hotel. I booked one single room for 3 people, but the space wasn't sufficient for 3 and the bed was provided without a cot(maybe because there may not be space for that). I reserved the room through MakeMyTrip, when I asked for a bill, they didn't provide it and also mentioned that the bill can only be provided through the MakeMyTrip (first time hearing that). Anyways, i will prefer to stay here again if i want to stay at kalpetta.

It was a great stay for my family. The two hosts Nighil and Ranjith were really helpful . They also provided internaries for our trips and helped us with transport. Room service was also good. All the staff are exceptional. Will recommend this place for sure

This is one of the best places in the budget near the Kalpetta bus stand. The rooms were very clean and the services were always very prompt! Ranjit was in reception and he made sure we get everything on time. We kept our luggage in reception and used the common washroom in the evening. You can't even imagine how clean the common washroom was!

Clean rooms and hygienic washrooms. Great service by the hotel. It's in the centre of the town.Only con is that the road to reach the hotel is a bit narrow. Apart from that everything was good.

Such a beautiful stay. Very very friendly staffs and rooms are very hygiene and clean. Stayed for two nights and really had a pleasant stay. Good for all kind of travellers. They have a good parking space and located in heart of city accessible to every requirement. Reception peoples are so informative and they do exceptionally great compare to the premium hotels. Value for money deal if you want a room just to stay overnight. The room was compact, neat and clean; Surprised to see big and clean washroom! The building is little inside from the main road and the way narrows down as you go in. There is ample parking space for cars and 2 wheelers. #BurpOutLoudly

Nice Hotel and good rooms with budget friendly stay. Enough space for car and bike parking. Staff are very polite and helpful. The premises 100 mts away from the main road giving the and accessible to all the market to shop, eat and buy things for day to day needs as well. Recommended if you are exploring waynad as it close by chembra peak and many other attractions.

Icon Residency is superbly situated in the heart of the city. The building has been stunningly restored into a luxury place to live, while preserving the heritage values. A place where people used to come together to enjoy their life. icon Residency in the heart of Kalpetta is a great place to spend a few days to a few months. It is very well kept and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It doesn't have a restaurant but there are many restaurants just a few minutes away for all your meals.

Very very nice hotel neat and clean.. I think it's newly opened Rooms are very clean Terrace dining we enjoyed having drinks there.. Outside food and alcohol is allowed here... I recommend for 2nd time visit for sure..

Just besides the bus stop in Kelapatta, Wayanad. This is a budget friendly clean hotel that you can opt to stay. Rooms, bathrooms and linen are clean. There are multiple restaurants and shopping options nearby as it is located near the main market.

Property is well maintained, And have parking spaces,very close to the Kalpetta city. We have selected the family room which was spacious. No lift in the building and beware of bedbugs.

We stayed in the property for 2 days during our trip to Wayanad. The place is very close to the main road where one can easily finds places to dine, shop, and navigate. The property is well maintained and monitored by couple of cordial boys who speak a good English, Hindi, Tamil and of course Malayalam. If you visit with your own vehicle, you will find ample parking space (which is hard to find in this locality), but the only downside is you need to drive a narrow lane which can only accommodate vehicle from uni-direction.

Worth the money.. Clean and well maintained rooms... Good service and courteous staffs. Located at the main road so everything is available nearby. You cannot get a better hotel at this price in this location. Highly recommended!!

I had such a good time there at icon residency. Its a decent stay within the budjet. The rooms are clean, toilets are clean and hot water is available at every time. Rooms are small but not conjested. The most positive thing about the icon residency is their staffs. They are well behaving with smile in their face. Couples can choose here without hesitating and its good for family too

I am very much satisfied with the services of iCon Residency and Makemytrip. The service of this hotel is awesome. I really appreciate Ranjit the caretaker cum manager for his efforts. Rooms are good but on the smaller side and the beds are for two persons of average size. Beds can't accommodate two persons and a child. Location is the biggest drawback. The lane is narrow, its difficult to drive in a car. If you have a small car or a two wheeler you won't face problems. Another drawback is the hotel don't have a restaurant. Despite these drawbacks, I loved my stay here because of their excellent service and very pleasant behavior.

Worth for cost. Icon residency won't provide with food but They have a separate place to eat foods which we get from online delivery parcels. They sell very little specific beverages. Wifi available but it wasn't working when we checked in. Sufficient place for parking vehicles. Located just inside the main busy road. For Hot waters, they don't have heater but solar, thus water isn't hot during night times. And moderate during day time. Customer service is friendly and reachable. For Hot drinking water, they provide kettle. Room contains sufficient cupboard. There is no light lamp in the room. Either use the laps or switch off completely while sleeping. Overall cost worthy ❤️

Initially given room has very bad smell so after request they have shifted to different room.And we had to switch between rooms in 2 days of stay due to other bookings. Rooms and washrooms are neat and clean but they have smell and no ventilation. Bed is also not good. Don't go by the photos and reviews. They have multiple buildings and only one of them is good So all good reviews are for those rooms. Not worth the money.

Nice Hotel. Clean and the location is excellent. Good Sized Parking area is available. As it is in the center of the town good restaurants are nearby. Bus depot is also 3 mins walkable distance.

Best Budget rooms available in wayanad. Conveniently near the city but very quiet, clean rooms, helpful staff. 247 hot water. They where flexible with the check in and checkout. Free drinking water also provided. Overall recommended

Great place to stay near Kalpetta Old Bus stand. Friendly staff and receptionist. Very near to Bus/auto stand. A budget friendly place Staff was very kind to allow early check-in and late check-out. I have experienced the delightful hospitality of this property crew members several times since last couple of years, whenever i visit Wayanadu, this property is always my first preference in case of a stay back is required. Really convenient location, neat and pleasing rooms as well as ambiance. Good parking space. Apart from all these, very co operative and friendly staff.
