Nice place, good ambience.. spacious and neat rooms... Foods were delivered to is from hotels in town.. this is located at a walkable distance from town....still calm and quite atmosphere..

Unexpectedly good homestay near kalpetta, Wayanad. We went to a nearby oyo homestay and it was not well maintained so we just got into this homestay. To our surprise, It was a really good homestay with very neat rooms. It had a sofa adjustable to the bed as well and also a queen bed. The top room is the best for a couple with a beautiful view all around. The colors are really eye catching with each room with a different color.

Our stay was pleasant. Mr. Livingstone went out of his way to help us when one of us fell ill. Thanks.

We have strongly experience some abnormal activities at night.. some weird sounds at top floor room. We all were completely scared and shattered when we didn't find anyone outside the door because the door was knocked so hard at around 2:30am. Place was very beautiful but truly it was like a movie were friends find a colourful and cozy cottage and unnatural things started happening with all of us. Though it was very strange that the owner charged so much and didn't even provide basic essentials like soap or towel in any rooms and not anyone from their family were living in that big cottage. Overall a spine chilling experience 🥺

We had the worst experience of stay ever at this place, we were unable to checkout because of the maintainers unavailability and we were forced to stay for one more day and lots of time was wasted. Rooms were okay but there was no facilities at all even basic ones like hot water and price is on the higher side compared to ones nearby. I would strongly suggest everyone to look for a stay elsewhere.

Worst service, only money minded person. Didn't get what expected. Didn't pick the call at night when something was needed even after picking the call he said if you need get it from outside. No towels, no soaps, no proper room service, any thing you ask he need money. Very expensive when cheched with other homestays nearby. Don't plan to stay there.

A great homestay to stay in Kalpetta Wayanad. We had been there on New Year's Eve and it was available. Rooms are very clean and modern. The owner is a friendly lady. It is in the Kalpetta city and it has a tea estate view from balcony. The room in which we stayed were like in two stages with two beds. Comfortable for 4 ppl. We were 5. But extra bed was provided and also the blanket. Early morning views are amazing. PS: Please keep the Wayanadu clean. It's such a beautiful place and we never want to behave like illiterates and pollute it. Let's keep it tidy for animals and future tourists too...

Best place for food, privacy and hospitality. Livingston is the owner of the place and he is a nice guy and was helpful in all aspects. Bonfire was superb, he also provided us music system for party. The place is just right in the middle of two highway. Reaching to main town from this place is just 2 mins walk. Must try for large groups(20 people or more) and dont forget to try their home food. Only con to add is the road that takes it to the stay is very narrow.

Worst service and Rooms. No cleanliness maintained at all. Service is pathetic. I strongly DON'T recommend this Homestay.

Worst experience ever had. It's very old building and no maintenance. No soap, no towels , no hot water. We found some worms in the room. Room floor is in very poor condition. We were able to stay only for one night.we vacated the room in the morning. @owner, please take care of maintanence. It's a very good place.

The owner of the hotel is a horrible man, he rammed into our rented vehicle and on discussing this with him he completely denied the allegation and said that as the damage happened to our vehicle we need to bear the expenses ( had this conversation with him over call as he ran away after hitting our vehicle) not sure about the stay but will never want to stay at a place owned by such people.

Don’t choose anyone to stay there owners are not giving any kind of respect to the guests this is personally happened to us so I’m sharing my experience Overall worst experience in the resort

The road to that place is very much small but the place service is OK but you'll get amazing scenery 👌 and moist atmosphere so it's cool area worth the try at that place

No breakfast, lunch, dinner. We have to get food from outside. Ambience is nice and feels like close to nature. Friendly but will charge money for extra. Minimum facilities like soap, towels, mineral water not available.

Really best place to stay. Livingston (Owner) is a great human. Helped a lot during the stay. Rooms are very clean and good. Food is very tasty but needs to pay extra. The way for parking is a little tough. Remaining everything is good.

I reached Wayanad on a Saturday afternoon and started looking for accommodation. Since it was weekend most places were either booked or expensive. I luckily found this place, called up Livingston uncle and landed myself in an amazing room as my stay for 2 days in Wayanad. Uncle and auntie both are lovely human beings and have maintained the place really well. Do try this homestay on your next visit to Wayanad. It's just 10 minutes walk from New bus station, Kalpetta.
