The most wasteful resort I've ever been to. Customer support is terrible. Toilet ambiance comparable with public toilets. The swimming area is insufficient! Five seconds were spent by the new year's fireworks. Not a single thing about this is comfortable. disregarding the security of guests! fraudulent management Please don't waste your time here!

This lovely resort in wayanad, Kerala. This is very good resort. We had to reach the resort, which is at peak of a mountain, through the management vechile. We can park our own vechiles at there office which is at down side of the hill. The view around is resort is wonderful and worth our money. They have all types of room and we had opted for tents as we planned to stay for only one night. The camp 🔥 arranged at night is very good and suits the climate. Food is very good in taste and quality but costs on higher note. The management is very friendly and cooperates for our comfort stay at their resort.

The ambiance was awesome...the jeep ride was wonderful experience. We were about 7 people really enjoyed the resort and the place. The staffs were very polite and available for any support. The food served was really yummy. We want to come back again to enjoy the clouds once again on the peaks of the mountain and to imbibe the beauty of nature. Worth for the money spent.

This place has one of the best location. Its on hilltop and we have to go there by jeep which the resort provide. The view from cottage was mesmerising. Staffs were very humble and friendly. Food was tasty but had limited options. They had a lot of activities also like trekking, rock climbing (small climb),archery, basketball etc., Rooms were clean , only problem i faced was with hot water and the day we stayed on there electricity problem was also there in night but they fixed it in 2 hours. Had an amazing experience.

Nice resort in a beautiful hilltop. You have to travel 3km in a 4W Jeep after parking your vehicle in their office premises which will be arranged by them free of cost. Amazing view from the resort is the highlight including a view point at top of the resort. Children's park and swimming pool are also well maintained. Breakfast buffet include puttu, poori, iddli etc. Which was also tasty and served in a clean restaurant. The service rendered by the staff was very helpful and nice behaviour. The building require some maintenance was only the negative thing. Hot water available, but showering in the chilled water is nice. Good for bachelor and family with kids.

Cybele resorts is one of the best to stay at Wayanad. We struggled to find a resort but booked cybele to take a chance however we ended up having a best experience. We really enjoyed the stay, Food, Hospitality, green view almost everywhere. Journey starts with a 3.5kms Jeep ride from the reception desk to up hills at the resort. It's provided by the resort and is avaialbe across hours but just amazing. Love to take family back again to the resort.

Wonderful service at Cybele! Matthew Sir, Swaraj, Ramesh, Samad, Rashid offer amazing hospitality at the resort which literally sits in the lap of nature! Must-visit.

This is a beautiful resort, all the necessary facilities are here. The sunrise from here in the morning is very nice. Another thing to mention is that we had good food here. We had the best food during our journey from Idukki to Wayanad in our Wayanad trip. Special thanks for the chef. He is from Thrissur. Sorry to forget his name.

This is a good resort with a cool climate and natural beauty. The ride from reception to the cottage in a 4-wheel drive vehicle is fantastic. Bamboo cottage is simply excellent (don't expect a premium ambience like hotels) it's a natural feel inside it.. The view from bamboo cottage is excellent. The rock-climbing experience is really adventurous. Good service and excellent food.

Was there for a 1 day trip with my friends. There were only 2 booking on that day including us, thus this review solely describes about a stay when it was not crowded. We booked a tent stay, but due to climate changes, we upgraded to a suite. They did the upgrading process conveniently for us. The suite had a great view and was well equipped. The most important thing to point out is the super friendly staff and the property owner himself. We felt really comfortable and were taken good care of. Homely dinner and breakfast. Clean property and great view. The question "would you be able to enjoy the sunrise" solely depends on that day's climate, and cannot be predicted. Made good friends, who I still keep in contact with. Even though we became good friends with the staff, they stood by their boundary and our privacy which is a great service quality.

Expected a luxury stay for the cost they got . But it was merely an opposite one. Not a best option to go with family

We two family had a pleasant stay there(8th Apr to 10th Apr 2023). The ambience was nice and serene. The owner Shri.Mathew, Manager Shinto, Driver Ali and all staff were very cooperative. The food was excellent (Homely and healthy) . We can see 360 view from the top side. All rooms having nice view. A Small pool and indoor game also available. No wild animals in this area except Monkeys. We have to park our vehicle in the area of owner's residence. From there 3km they will take you by Jeep through concrete road. We will be back again.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The owner and staffs were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. 😍 The sunrise and view mesmorizing and feel the cool breeze from the room itself🌞. You must climb to the top and the view from there is priceless.⛰The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. I must say the location of the resort is at best place .They have two pool for kids and adults, not big one though.🙃

Stayed here for 2Nights with Family in Tree house. Firstly the location of the resort is not the one which was showing in the G-maps.This location is just for parking our vehicles and to complete Checkin formalities. From there they will take us on their own 4x4 vehicle fo main resort which is approx 3km away on Hilltop. Pros: Hospitality is Excellent no single remark on it. Scenic views from the cottages. They have their own view point at hilltop where we get superb views. Rooms were well maintained. Kids Play area for families. Separate dine in for Veg & Non Veg. Swimming pool. Cons: Very Limited options in Breakfast & Dinner buffets.(Only 1Veg & 1Non-veg) Limited Hot Water supply. Poor Mobile network.(As they don't have Intercom facility and cottages are scattered in various locations sometimes we need to go all the way to kitchen to order any item which is little far and we need to climb steps). Verdict: If you are a budget traveller and fine with medium amenities this resort fulfils your requirement and suits you best.

Excellent view from the premium cottages, have good staff who help with all your needs and good traditional food though limited options taste good. The ride to the resort is thrilling and loved our stay here second time :) Mr. Matthew and family are excellent host and made our stay very enjoyable.

it was an awesome stay in the tent. the place was full of tourists. we stayed in two tents. there is a swimming pool . food is available here with the package. the office is at the bottom of the hill and stay is on top of the muttil hill. the view from top is mind blowing. you can see sunrise from the hill top. there is a small way to the hill top to trek. the morning sunrise is breath taking. food was very good and staff was very friendly. its good to take their jeep with fee to take you to the resort. there is only 3 km ride from office to resort but the road is not that much good. dont forget to buy necessary things or it will be hard to purchase.
