Best hospitality, Well mannered, helpful and trust worthy people. Managing partners are extremely good. They facilitate for local trip at best price for good car and well mannered driver give you good food on time they simply give you royal treatment. Property is good and clean. Just walk in and enjoy the holiday.

Outside is good. But rooms are not clean, light also not there in some bathrooms. Even they are not provide any blanket also.

Great place to stay. Recommended for any group of travelers including bachelors, family or couples.

Good Value for Money..But DONT PAY ONLINE!!! They are not accepting online bookings.even if you have paid online booking they will give room subject to availability..what they told me that they are not getting payment from OYO.so if you want to stay there you have to book directly.

we were very happy at royal green villa, kalpetta. It's a great fun and pleasure. we loved its surroundig garden and the ossum climate.Hospitality and service in the villa was too outstanding.villa staff was very helpful and homely behavior . Special thanks to Shameer Babu K.for his guidence .

We had booked the room online but when reached there and called, we have got a very bad response/behavior from the receiver that they don't accept online booking and demanding to pay separately.
