Good place for stay. Lot of restaurants available nearby (10 min car drive). When we were staying seems there were power outages. So, we had only backup power so the lights were fluctuating. We also didn't get hot water in the morning but we called the office manager and he quickly resolved it. Few things to be improved by management - check if bathroom has mug, buckets etc prior as these were missing for us and we had to request for it. TV wasn't functioning and had to be fixed later. Things like these could be checked and corrected before guests arrive. Also, the western toilet was bit uncomfortable due to its bad design.

It is an econimical place to stay in kalpetta. We stayed in kalpetta because it is in the middle of all majour tourist attractions. We took single room appartment and it was spacious and cleanly maintained.The car parking was also spacious. They also provided free Wifi.The room service was quick and good. They know the timings and services of majour tourist attractions very well and even their suggestions helped us to save a lot of time during our short trip. Only downside is they dont have in-built restaurant. Still they provide complemdntory breakfast. They also arrange the dinner on request. There are some good restaurant near by as well. And they accept payment only as cash. Still you can manage as there are some ATMs near by. Overall it was a pleasant stay @ Wayanad cliff.

Worth for what we pays. Suitable for families..easy to access all major tourists attractions, with in the town but calm and quite atmosphere 24hrs free WiFi in all the rooms.Spacious, seperate & free parking for Cars and busses

It is a value for money stay. It is a decent 2BHK apartment with 2 bathrooms. Hot water was available throughout the day. Rooms were cleaner but still can be maintained well. It is better if they could clean the room daily. Breakfast quantity is very less and it is not sufficient for an adult (3 idlies per head). Otherwise it is good for a budget stay with car parking as well. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

Overall, I had a great experience and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a weekend with friends/families. Great experience in the pool too

Staffs and management are very helpful and generous. The rooms were very spacious and hygienically maintained. There's quite a swimming pool facility available for kids and adults. Very well maintained. Thank you for having us.

Decent flats. Very hygienic. Small cute garden is also there. Washroom hygiene could be some more better. I can see old guests hair in washroom always.

Best place in Wayanad to stay and enjoy with friends and family. Here staff is very friendly and prompt to provide all your needs by themselves. I left my AirPods when I was staying here for my Wayanad bike trip but the staff and owner has found it and couriered from Wayanad to Bangalore which is a very beautiful gesture and best example of how they treats their guests.

Great place to stay with family if you are more than 4 people as there are 2 bhk flats to stay with the kitchen and all. Quite, clean, 2bhk with all the interior and ample car parking.

We took a 2 bedroom flat. No food available but there are good restaurants in the vicinity. We were provided with fridge, kettle, plates and glass in the kitchen. The flat was fully furnished with TV. Good place to come back and relax after a long day of sightseeing around in Wayanad.

Very spacious rooms. It's like, you can take a 2bhk for rent for a day or two as you please. Comfortable stay.

Parking is ample, rooms are small, not cozy at all. It a purely a budget stay. Not comfortable beds. Room are clean, poor room service, but helpful staff

New Apartment Rooms. So don't ever expect Hotel type treatment. Look like built for their family and then converted into lodging. Market is 1 Km(15 Mnts.) away from this place. You need to go down to visit market and climb again. No In-house Restaurant. Though it's a new property, I won't recommend this for families and couples.
