Had a very good experience here. It is located in Sulthan Battery and have parking facilities as well. The hotel is well maintained and have their own restaurant as well. Neat and clean rooms and property. Very good and friendly service from staffs and managers. Food was very good with good options. We opted for free breakfast rooms.

Our experience is more on the dining side. On the way to Mysore we had our breakfast at Le Sapphire which was to our entire satisfaction. Tasty food served with love. Staff give individual attention and great care to every customer alike. Our return was at night and we dined yet again at Le Sapphire due to easy access and sufficient parking space. Dinner was delicious and yet again staff very customer friendly even with the rush at the diner we were served in a short while. A big thanks to management and staff alike for the kind service, neat surroundings and overall cleanliness.

This hotel le sapphire was not so great with service aspect Breakfast - 2/5 Worst breakfast one can ever have. No proper coordination between the restaurant staff. Dinner was okay not bad can give it 3.25/5 Room service - 2/5 Because of hot water issue for 2 hours we are not able to get ready and proceed for sight seeing on time and as a point we had to miss some places in the list just because of this problem and this was the same case for two days of our stay. Don’t suggest this hotel to anyone guys. The only positive thing was one attendant boy who helped us well than actual hotel could.

Booked 10 rooms for my sister's wedding in April 2023 at this hotel and received outstanding support. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with ample parking available. Located in the heart of the city, it was easily accessible. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend for single as well as large family gatherings.

Even though the food was very limited menu and tasted ok, the portions are very very less for tgw peice they charge. The worst thing is that every single plate and galss given to customers are all broken or cracked or chipped. The management should atleast show the reaponsibility to get those changed.

We visited only resturant and didnt stay, but service and food at resturant was so amazing. Food was very tasty and service was fabulous. Team paid special attention to my kid and gave him special plate and kept on bringing variety of foods for him without any charge. Very nice gesture. Thank you so much. Would surely visit again and recommend it to friends and family members.

The place is easy to find. The ambience was good. The food was awesome. The quality and quantity both were superb and were reasonably priced. We ordered both vegetarian and nonvegetarian and both were finger-licking good. We totally enjoyed the food and also the hospitality shown by the owner. A special mention and thanks goes to Amrithalingam, who explained about each and every dish and also provided some insights on travel guide. We definitely will visit again especially for the food.

I had food from the restaurant and didn't stayed in rooms.... If am saying about the food.. It was quite good.. I loved the lime juice from there.. And I had chicken mandi rice. It was kind of okay type.. Ambience of the restaurant is very good.. Customer service is also very well handled... The entire hotel and restaurant building is big and attractive... This is located in an easily accessible location.. Try it...

I had an occasion to book hotel Le Sapphire for two days and realised the dates was one month ahead after reaching there.The people in the front desk was really good and they helped us in booking another hotel in town and arranged for transport.I am thankful for those gestures as we were a group of only ladies.The food and service in the restaurant was excellent.Though I missed the opportunity to stay there this time next time definitely will be booking this hotel in Wayanad.

We'd accidentally placed a room reservation for the wrong date at this hotel, and we only realised when we reached the hotel. There were no room vacancies, but the staff was so helpful that they called another hotel and checked room vacancies there for us. They even called transportation for us, and held on to our luggage while we ate lunch at their restaurant. We saw the staff later during our trip- they asked if our stay in the other hotel was ok and they told us to enjoy the rest of our trip in Wayanad.

We visited on 11th Nov with my team and had a lunch with them. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. The food ordered and served was different and later when it tasted it was not that good. The cafe nearby found is costly however, they were taken our respect in delivering right food on time. Please make sure you give best service with food.

The stay was wonderful.. Room was clean and spacious. The staff was very humble and well-behaved. The food was impeccable- we had Kerala meal and fish here and the taste was delicious. We had a wonderful stay here!

The hotel is located almost 1km from the ksrtc bus stand at this town. They have spacious rooms and the rooms were clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. They do have a restaurant and they do serve decent quality food. The only draw back was the second floor some rooms are adjacent to their kitchen exhaust, it brings the spice aroma to the bathroom and room. That's the only drawback I felt. They do serve to your rooms as well. They do accept UPI payments.

Authentic Kerala dishes, Appam and curries is definitely a hit. Comfortable seating and toilet facilities. Located on NH and a good place for a break from long journey. Saji and team takes care of his customers.

First time we visited this Hotel. It was smooth check in process. (Room no. 205)The rooms were good and neat. But the only issue intercom is not working.But the reception staffs are very friendly. Then the Restaurant ambiance and services are good. And staffs are very comfortable. Complimentory breakfast is available. But its not Buffet system. That is a small problem. Overall it was a nice experience and nice stay. And please rectify the intercom problem. Thank you👍

The hotel was located in a prime location with a lot of amenities. It is a popular destination for tourist car is coming from Karnataka and Tamilnadu. The hotel has multiple floors which contain different varieties of rooms. Some of the rooms looks extremely premium, but there are some maintenance due for the hotel. One main attractive quality for the hotel is the restaurant downstairs on the ground floor, provide good quality and tasty food in all varieties. Hotel staff were very kind and will equipped and mannered to receive guests. Overall I would recommend this hotel for everyone who is looking to visit Wayanad in a considerable budget. The environment is suited for family couples as well as groups were interested to visit Wayanad.

We had dinner. The meat in beef biryani was very tough. However the Fish Moily was the best I've ever tasted. Chapathis were good as well. Service is so so. The place is very clean. Rest rooms are good and clean. Reasonable amount of parking space.

The rooms are neat and clean. The washrooms are also maintained neatly and are hygienic. The only drawback is you get food smell in the bathroom.. Which is a drawback only for vegetarians.. The food smell is unbearable.. We had a morning breakfast which was really good and tasty...

Very spacious rooms with prompt service and reasonable charges. stayed for 4 nights. been for b'fast, lunch and dinner with kids and parents covering all the age groups. Very delicious food and didn't have to venture to other restaurants. The only things is while ordering food you may want to give it in single shot; ordering second time delays the order...
