Really very bad experience. Really tested our patience. Family would like to forget this Wayanad experience. Basic amenities like soaps, towels, extra bed were not provided. Very hard to believe its an OYO property. OYO compromising on their standards... We book these facilities online based on the ratings. We are getting fooled... Not the way forward for OYO.

Booked via oyo - Booked a non-ac room with breakfast but there was leakage in the bathroom and breakfast wasn't available - Were shifted to a ac-room which only had a side fan and were charged extra for the ac (400 per night). This payment was settled in cash but when we asked a refund for breakfast then had to get that refund from oyo which was also a hassle. Hence, the stay turned out to be a lot of hassle and the staff wasn't kind enough to accommodate.

Clean & Nice rooms. Management was good Located in the main road itself, so finding shops ain't a problem. Rooms are comfortable and staff are very cordial. Car parking available.

Had a wonderful stay... the room was charming, nice atmosphere and perks. The service was really notable and the provided breakfast was aslo exactly what i wanted.. Being the town area, it was more accessible 👍

The place is on the highway side and near by the 4th mile junction. So one cannot sleep peacefully there because it's such noisy. The room is neat and clean but it's situated on the 1st floor of a commercial building. When we come out of the room we will have a feeling that we are in a market.

Kerala is known as God's own country and Waynad has beuty of it... It's wonderful place and Wayside residency is good place to stay.. affordable price.. very clean and well maintained..staffs are very cooperative and following Covid norms.. I recommend this.
