My experience was VERY HORIBLE with the management , location and staff were good though. SUMMARY: My trip was planned for August month but unfortunately cancelled due to flood situation in Wayanad, hotel did not refunded my money but gave me 3 month of grace period to utilize my stay with the condition that the stay will be charged on the basis of rate of resort at the time of booking. Details: Initial resort stay amount: 24000 NO OF DAYS: 3 Advance paid : 12200 Remaining: 11800 Final amount paid : 24000 No of days stayed:2 Resort rate SHOWING IN OTHER APP for the days we stayed(MMT): 14000 Extorted amount: 10000 We decided to book the resort for 1st and 2nd nov as rate in other app(MMT) was showing reasonably good price 14000 for 2 days and even mail communication was sent that my booking is done. Later on when asked about the confirmation mail and full amount adjustment with my advance amount, they sent care taker number with nothing mentioning about the rate they are charging and shall I had to pay any remaining. Note: on checkin day no enquiry about due amount if any. On checkout date they started asking for another 12000 for the stay, saying this is the amount deal was finalized for. I sayed WTF dint we agreed the deal will be according to the current rate of resort which was showing as 14000 for the booking date. Then we received call from management (Meenakshi) saying if you dont pay we will file an FIR againt you and asked the care taker not to let us go until we pay full amount. Since we were traveling with ladies and small kids in group we decided to pay the amount and get rid of this menace. When I was paying they did not gave us proper bill( no GST and TIN info) When asked over phone to Meenakshi about proper bill, she told she will mail us( we have recording) but no mail from there end yet. In my experience they are Chester, cheating our money evading tax and extorting money from people. SO I WILL SAY BIG NO IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO TRAVEL WITH YOUR FAMILY.

The resort in itself is very beautiful and the staff were very helpful. However our experience during checkout was horrifying. We were travelling in a group and had booked all rooms for 2 days. During billing, we were told that the amount that was confirmed to us was of each day and not for the entire duration of the stay as was told to us by their executive during the booking. We got to know later that the executive who had taken our booking had left the job. Their was no clear answer earlier on mail when we had specifically asked whether the amount we were told was for the entire stay. That confirmation was given to us by phone call. During checkout we had to spend 2 hours calling the owner over and over explaining our conversation with her executive and showing her emails that we had sent. She was adamant that there is no email confirmation from our end confirming that you have paid for your entire stay and you have to pay whatever we are asking. She was very unpleasant to talk to over the phone and the staff were helpless even though they seemed to understand our situation. Finally we agreed to just pay the extra amount (about 9000 INR) just so we could be on our way and reach our destination on time. Guys, please be very careful if you are planning to book the place. Make sure you have whatever they say on email so you do not get into a similar situation.

White mushroom -Well being villa( Vythiri) Is located at middle of 150 Acer land, the way villa is set up is absolutely brilliant. It's pleasent , calm ,peaceful and enjoy the nature with greens beautiful plants and trees . It's an amazing place I have ever been, feels like second home to me. Food , ambience, service was take care by Digar and team. You will get good home made food prepared by checking . Place where you can relax with out any tension or fear . They have 24 hour hot water facility, solar power lights and fan will work all the time , rain water harvesting etc .I have already shared this location to many of my familiy ,friends and colleague. I will be visiting this place often . Price compared to other place this is the best . I recommend all to vistv this place at least once you will enjoy a lot Thanks Madan .M

My experience at Well-Being villa was amazing. We went on a road trip to Wayanad, driving through lush forests we reached this beautiful place, hidden in a dense forest, with the fragrance of coffee plantations, and pathways that are best to walk barefoot for that lovely natural accupressure. The villa was huge, with lots of places to spend time outside and inside. The wifi is great, so you can stay connected to work, etc if you want. The rooms are very comfortable, but I bet you would come to the room only to sleep, and bathe. The nature just pulls you out all the time. The hospitality is very warm. Even in a hot afternoon, the villa is super cool inside. Our morning's started with nature walks in the forest, there are also great roads and paths for runners. There is a dam super close to the villa, you can go take a dip there, if you are the adventurous kind. Lots of great food to explore for breakfast and lunch. To visit close by spots better to take Auto-rickshaw, it's so much more convenient, than to find parking everywhere. Also the autorickshaw's here are just AMAZING, they all look new and so well decorated. You can find lots of creative ones out there. I guess I will stop here, an suggest you to try experience the place, if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing trip, this is the place to stay in Wayanad. P.s They also have a small badminton net, so you can take you rackets and shuttles.

Well Being Villa is a lovely homestay, located in Pozhuthana, Wynad. It's within a coffee plantation in a quiet corner, away from human hustle bustle. You'll only hear the chirping of birds and the sound of insects and your mind. The stay hear will transport you to a silent still world. If you are fond of strolls, jogging in the wilderness, this is the place. An experience to remember and Saveur.

Our stay was really horible because of lathargic approach of customer service. You guys not even once provided payment info such as rate of charge for our stay, how much due amount not even when asked for it. We were supposed to be charged as per current rate not the one we postponded as per communication from your executive. To hide your mistake one of your executive(Minakshi) was trying to threat us on the name of FIR. We backed-off only because we were traveling with family and kids and did not wanted to make a scene. The stay part was good but the management was unprofessional.We were charged more hence there is no transparency in total bill. Attitude from them was not at all professional . I would not recommend for stay there . Thank you wellbeing villa resort for giving us such a horrible experience. 👎👎👎👎

The management is bad. They tried to threaten us with an FIR for their mistake. The billing calculations were randomly done and we were charged for 3 days against the actual stay of 2 days. Don't recommend this place.

A very good place to visit and enjoy the spiritual and scenic beauties of Wayanad.

We had an awesome experience in Wellbeing Resorts. The resort is beautiful surrounded by excellent green hills and coffee plantations. The rooms were excellent, spacious and really very comfortable. The interiors and bathroom fittings were very rich and enhanced the luxury. The resort manager Sanjo was a great host and other staff very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome and a morning walk around the resort is highly recommended. The breakfast was very tasty. I would definitely come back and stay again in Wellbeing Resorts and strongly recommend this place!!!
