We are booked last week (22/07/2023) and book by looking at the photos on the website. When I went there and saw it, I was in doubt whether it was a resort or a padam. Very bad area .bad smell ..receptionist attitude very bad. We canceled it. When we asked for an advance, they did not give it back. Now when we call, they do not pick up the phone. The property owner attitude very bad .I call him but he said do not know anything, and they hung up. Then they did not pick up the phone. We have original photos of the property..

Entry road is damaged Service was not good enough. We were promised pool access even in wee hours. But the pool was closed when we arrived stating the chlorination process. No additional facilities available Food is not available and needs to be ordered in advance. Expect only stay and nothing much. Even complimentary breakfast or tea is not available. Which i have seen in many other resorts across Wayanad

Smooth experience other than some caveats during checkin, the tv was not working in one of our rooms. The stay was pretty good but the deluxe rooms seemed a bit overpriced.

Very good resort, and management is very friendly. Room, pool was clean. Food was awesome. I was happy with above mentioned things but even the loyality of management made me feel how people support eachother. I lost my earring in pool after long search we decided to leave it and move on. But management came again to us and informed we will join u in searching let's give a try. And finally i got it. No resort will help u like this which was my fault in loosing it. We really love you sir maam and management.

Me and my friends stayed there on Dec 10,11 and I’ll have to say it was our best experience we’ll had after so many years. Everything was top notch. Staying cost was much affordable than what they’ve provided with the service and facilities. Hospitality, rooms, pool, nature, ambience, privacy, authentic breakfast you ask it they have it. Highly recommended for every nature loving enthusiast to give a shot at this place. You wont regret it. Kudos to the staff for preserving this place so beautifully. Will surely gonna visit again soon ❤️

Resort staffs are very friendly,,location is just mind blowing,I would recommed this resort to everyone

A beautiful property meant for travellers who would like to stay very close to nature spreading around 15+ acres. A remote location with all facilities for a peaceful vacation or picnic. Travellers with own vehicles can enjoy here. Solo travellers can get the most affordable dormitory here with clean washrooms and bed. The Host is very polite, caring and friendly 😊 I enjoyed the stay. Thank you Hiliya Resort and the crew for a wonderful feeling staying here.

The rooms are very small and the swimming pool is still under construction with no dinner and lunch available. I also got the wrong order when we ordered through the resort. A good place to sit outside the rooms.

Location is awesome, scenary is very much pleasent, Accessible location to all the places to visit.. eddakal caves, lakiddi view point, banasur dam, panthom rock all are within 20km radius.... But food is not available here...All good restaurants are available in Sultan bathery... Rooms are clean and tidy .. Hot water is available at any time.... U can see natural stream flowing down the resort, Sports activities are good here.Overall a very good resort in a good location ..

This s the third class resort I went in my life. Hospitality is very worst. I suggest everyone not to search this resort in Google also. They will say everything is included in the package, but once we enter their tongue will twist like anything. And ask money for everything. There is no activities which they offered when am booking. There is no fire camp. We can use only pool which is not maintained hygienic.no body will use that as well. It's waste of money.... Don't go to this resort and don't refer anyone......

‼️Charging money like anything... Already damaged equipments were given for games, then charging heavily for those as if we damaged cheap items... charged extra for even hot water.... No supplementary sanitary equipments like soap were not provided. Won't recommend!

Best place to stay, more fun activities like volleyball, cricket, badminton etc and clean and beautiful swimming pool. Enjoyed a lot in this resort

Loved Hiliya Resort. I stayed there for two days and the place was truly wonderful. The staff are exceptionally kind and caring. Special thanks to Jobish, the property manager, who made me feel at home, and everyone else working there. All the staff members are a huge asset to the resort. The food was amazing and so was the nature vibes. It was like truly living inside a jungle. 100 percent recommend, especially for backpackers!

Had a really good experience here, the rooms were very clean and cozy, the staff were very kind and humble, the breakfast was also really good, really wonderful place for people who prefer to stay amidst nature

Good place, though the deluxe rooms were small. Breakfast was good. Dinner was not served there. Swimming pool is well maintained.

Stay: dormitory Days: 2 nights Opinion: resort is located in a secluded large area of land about 750m from main road. Dorms were neat but bathroom is downstairs so it might be a hiccup. Bathrooms were neat. You have activities like badminton, carroms. There is a "kulam" but they are building a swimming pool now which is gonna be a highlight. You can get food if you order in prior. But dishes are priced in the high side and taste is also not that great. Breakfast is reasonably priced. But you can always go out to eat at few options available by the main road. Ideal for group of you plan for dorm. Place is peaceful except for the crickets 24x7!! Definitely worth a visit.. but suggest to have food from outside except for breakfast

Worst resort to stay, never go here, person at reception has so much attitude and staff doesn'tknow neither english nor hindi and they are approachable, road is not good to resort, tree house is very small, no place to breath, food is not available, even if u order it will take min 2 hrs to get delivered.. swimming pool is not hygienic, washrooms are worst, no places to visit nearby, they ask more than u book in booking apps, they play double games, stay away from tis resort,,,, not worth penny

It is far away from town. No cleanliness. Bad behaviour. I booked one room and i give advnc. When i gone to there resort its not nice and my advnc money has gone very baaad

The resort was in between the woods and such a beautiful to enjoy the nature and over all it was good
