Very bad experience at hotel Lobby..Not at all recommended for family and they denied our check in which was booked through oyo rooms application ..they accomodate some drunkard bachelor's,and they said they don't get updates about my booking .I run my car kilometres to hotel ,it was almost 12 am...and they denined room for me ,I was with my wife and childrens..they behave without professional ethics ...they sold all room for bachelor for liquor party ,,,I am darm sure they got my booking message from oyo,but they lied to me .....very bad experience and extremely disappointed..I contact with oyo to cancel my booking later around 12 am and spend lot of time in their compound to get confirmation from oyo, regarding cancellation. And found local hotel near vythiri.... .Do not trust these people never book any room in this hotel..

One of the Best Budgeted Hotel just besides the famous Eddakal Caves. It is the closest Hotel to the caves and almost in the Forest place with a stunning Cave plus mountain cliff and top trees View. Regarding reaching hotel is not that easy and also there is no Road to come in front of the hotel. You have to come through unpaved road for parking. Also do note that there is NO WIFI here and almost poor Cellular Signals. The Hotel Staff Albin is very supportive and provide you with whatever you need. U may face issues in Language as they understand only Local / English. Reagrding Food is the idli/dosa which is quite good. If you need any other food you have to goto nearby shops/hotel which is not so near. Very good hotel for couples as well as family. You get great views plus Caves is just adjacent with little to some local shops nearby. Altogether must go Stay home.

Me and my family had the worst experience here. We booked the hotel through oyo and paid 2600 for 2 rooms. When we arrived there at 6:30pm we were denied check in. We were asked to pay again first and later we had to wait for 2 hours .Later they told us there's no room.The staff and the manager was very rude and behaved very badly .Later after waiting for 2 1/2 hrs we had to book another hotel. There's no parking facility available and the entrance is so congested. The amount they charge is huge compared to the facilities. This was a worst experience and i highly won't suggest this hotel to anyone.

Very nice and economical place to stay in Waynad. The rooms are clean, service is amazing. The manager of the property is very nice, humble and understanding. Breakfast served was very delicious. They also have parking space. Taking away 1 star only because they don't have meal option available.

Good stay near the famous edakkad cave! The breakfast was delciious. The caretaker was courteos and humble. We also had an amazing stay with cozy beds. Edakkad caves is only a few 100 meters from the property. Its a good place to stay near edakkal caves. I recommend this!

We had made a plan to visit Wayanad suddenly and hadn't booked any hotels. Checked out this place on Oyo and was a little apprehensive before booking it. We were really Impressed by the way the hotel is maintained, just near to Edakkal caves. The place is surrounded by Trees and is a calm and peaceful place. They have a camp fire place with an amazing music system, cool enough for an amazing party experience. They have both Classic rooms as well as dormitories for a large group at a very nominal rate of Rs. 200 per head/night. I must say Mr. Albin, the caretaker was extremely courteous and helpful. I'll definitely recommend this place to those visiting Wayanad and looking for a budget accommodation with amazing facilties.

Terrible. Please do not book this hotel even if this is the last option. You may cancel or change your plans. Manager denied me to give room because I booked rooms online at very low price. He argued with me for two hours and asked me to call OYO multiple times. OYO was aslo not interested to help me out with this matter as I booked from GoIbibo. I tried to convince him that I have traveled thousands of kilometers to reach the place and we can settle the matter later but that was none of his concern. Finally he gave room after taking extra cash from me which he returned later after OYO increased the tariff. The guy at reception was humble. They don't have geyser for hot water. The hotel is far from town. You have to spend money to reach the location and pay for food delivery. They ruined my first ever Wayanad experience.

Edakkal Holiday Home was where I spent my 2018-19 New Year and I must say, it was a great choice. The staff (especially Albin Bhaiya) was extremely friendly, and it is in a peaceful location. It's a great place if you enjoy bonfires. Definitely recommend.

It's far from any other tourist place other than the caves. You won't find places to eat around. Plus they charge for using kitchen even for 5 min. Staff is friendly. Will enjoy the nature
