It was an awesome experience staying in this place. The hosts are very hospitable and treat their guests as an extended family. The room was clean and comfortable. The food, both breakfast and dinner was very delicious and more importantly homemade.

The place gave a homely feeling, makes you feel like your own home. The owner is extremely polite and friendly, he gave a heart-warming farewell giving a personal touch by the owner. Campfire was good, have some place to play, hammock to relax under the tree.

We did an impulse booking at Spice Garden farm house and were glad that we came to the right place. your hospitality, house blown us away and we had a great time I didn't define all the different plants and trees at the farm. The food was absolutely top notch. we were planning to visit again.

The host is excellent. The balcony is really good for relaxing... Rooms are really clean and felt like home with proper amenities... We can make our own coffee and tea they provided everything when required

We were searching for a Homestay that is amidst nature, quite and peaceful, not too much of frills, not too many rooms, good food, clean place, and homely environment. We stumbled around spice garden farm house. 2 rooms were we were 5, its very spacious for us. Santhosh and his family take extremely good care of us, great food. 15 acres of property, Nature at your beck and call, just peaceful. Will come again and recommend to all of you who wants to stay home away from home!!

Well maintained rooms in a quiet and peaceful place called Koleri, which is 20 mins from main Sulthan Batheri town. Santhosh and his wife made our stay very comfortable. One of the rooms has a kitchen with a gas stove which is quite convenient for families. The same room has a connecting room as well to accommodate larger families. Santhosh wife cooks some delicious traditional keralite dishes. A homestay in its truest sense!

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was wonderful stay in such a calm and peaceful 15 acres farm with many plantations and water flow in side farm. Mr. Santosh and his wife made our stay memorable. His wife cooks very well and loved the food. Room is so clean and has a very good sit-out area. One who loves to stay in nature, I would recommend it.

We stayed three nights we felt staying in our own house nice environment we can enjoy our leisure time with nature here owner Santhosh and his family members are kind and friendly they provided authentic dishes with perfect taste we had very good time in spice garden most important it is clean and budget friendly stay we had memorable time .

A gorgeous setting down a quiet road surrounded by coffee, banana and spice plantations. Santhosh and his family are exceptional hosts and you feel like family as soon as you arrive. They go out of their way to assure you are happy, assist with travel planning, and provide outstanding breakfast and dinner meals. Definitely recommend if you are looking for quite and peaceful stay!

The stay is beautiful and serene. With the view from the balcony and the sound of peacocks all around this is one beautiful place to be in. The food is next level. The host is Mr Santhosh who takes good care of you and can enjoy amazing homely food which is so tasty that will make u full when you eat. The rooms are good and the parking is big. It was great stay at spice garden farm house. The rooms were good and clean.They got 3 rooms, all are very neatly maintained. Balconies are very spacious. We got the rooms at reasonable price. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!!

Santhosh and his family were very warm and welcoming and the most excellent hosts one could conceive of. He is extremely knowledgeable about the place and his advice on which places to visit is quite invaluable. The food provided was very delicious. The room was neat and well furnished and having a spacious balcony to relax.

It's the best place to rest and relax in pure nature. The rooms are big and clean, food is delicious and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Just a 3 min walk from the house you can found nice chill areas like bamboo cave or stream area where the birdlife is rich.

It was a great stay at Spice Garden Farmhouse hosted by Santhosh (owner of the farmhouse). We had great time there for 3-4 days with authentic Kerala food (homemade) being served. Felt like staying at our own home. Rooms are good enough and hygiene. You will get beautiful view of the estate along with birds chirping around in the morning. Would love to visit again...

Spice Garden Farm House is incredibly warm and welcoming. The family’s house lies amongst their beautiful and peaceful plantations. I couldn’t fault my stay, it was incredible.

The place is situated amid greenery and gives a very nice peaceful vibe. The rooms are clean, food is home-made and authentic, owner has good knowledge on the surroundings and gave some useful suggestions for tourist places. Icing on the cake is, it is super budget friendly too. Only thing we need to take care was arranging a cab beforehand to reach the place, owner has helped us arrange it. Overall its worth every penny we paid for, didn't regret that we chose Spice Garden Farm House for our much needed break from this hectic life.

The Homestay was an absolute pleasure. The owner is really generous, humble and downright helpful. He and his family stay in the same villa in the ground floor. Our floor was absolutely private. When we arrived we were welcomed by clean and fragrant rooms. The highlight of the place for me was the greenery around and lounge outside our rooms. The balconies in each room was a delight in the morning where we would sip our coffee. The overall experience for us in Spice garden farm house was superb. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

An awesome place to stay with your family!! Santhosh and family are the most endearing of the folks I have seen in Wayanad, and we have established a special bond with him. Every time I travel to Wayanad, which is pretty frequent, I stay with my family at Spice Garden. Santhosh has also helped me find useful properties in Wayanad. The Food is nothing short of magnificent. Santhosh's father (Chachan) goes to great lengths in explaining the flora and fauna in the premises, including varieties of vegetables. You can hear an occasional hooting of peacocks, there are some well-maintained Rabbits, and my kids enjoy chasing and scaring the hell out of the hens in the premises :-). You can take a walk thru the plantation, check out the tree hut, play in the small stream. Altogether a great experience!!

This was the place spread across 15 acres of farmland. No noise, no pollution. We got a chance to have awesome local food; host was a nice guy!

Very special place in the middle of a jungle garden: plantations of coffee, cardamom, arecanut, pepper, papaya and all kinds of fruits and vegetables. We recommend it to all lovers of nature, silence and the best organic food!
