Spent 2 nights at the plunge pool and had an absolutely delightful stay . The resort hospitality was very helpful and very approachable. The resort was located away from the bustling city which made the atmosphere and the surroundings very serene and peaceful. Also the breakfast buffet was extremely delicious. It's a must stay Resort once in Wayanad for both couples and families with children.

Best place to stay for a day.Need in house restaurant We will have to order 2 hrs prior to get food as they don't have kitchen. Pool water is always cold , need some improvement or some arrangement to make it warm. Best view Best service cool calm place to stay.

Loved our stay here. What I liked most about this place is staff service & their courtesy. I didn’t feel any discomfort staying here. Blissful mornings, amazing breakfast, cleaned rooms everyday & peaceful surroundings. Would definitely recommend this place who would like to stay away from city crowd & traffic noise.

It was really a wonderful experience as it's fully greeny and ww had a very pleasant stay.. Room was very silent and food is also nice. Everything is maintained well But we had a bad experience as my 2.5 years old daughter threw her gold bangle in the pond through the balcony and it costs around 40k. Staffs and management didn't take any action to retrieve it 😒

Worth Every Penny You pay Right from the moment we entered and till we checked out, the experience was awesome. This property is away from the main city and situated inside a coffee estate. We stayed in an Egyptian Deluxe room, this room has a top view of the lake and night view is really great. Rooms are neat and clean with Good fragrance. The ambience and service was good. Food was good and is available by pre ordering. They have a huge lawn where we can walk and all sports can be played. They also have a lake inside the property where we can go pedal boating and enjoy seeing the view. It includes outdoor activities.pool, and children's play area. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay with family, at the Niyatma property for 3 days. The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. We enjoyed the inhouse activities like indoor games, swimming pool and boating. The Manager and the housekeeping team was very helpful in attending to our needs. Food at the resort was good as well but needs a little consistency in the quality. Overall it is an excellent option for a vacation with family.

Frankly had high hopes while booking rooms. The photos look great but the place doesn't do justice to the place. The service was horrible. When booked they told they provide bbq facilities. But sadly they didn't provide bbq. The rooms are ok but not great for a resort. They all gell hotelish. Swimming pool was another joke. Size is small and when you see the water you wont take a swim. The water is slow when water is hot. Fan was not working. Took the phone in room to call. Then noticed phone to call service was also not working. When called through mobike and inspected, fan capacitor was damaged and they even didn't had a check on the rooms before check in. All 3 phones in 3 rooms were not working. Told they dont work at all. Seems was provided as an antique piece. Boating was only a positive thing but the area is small you wont enjoy boating alone. Its supposed to be an add on. Another positive is their food. Food was really good. Had booked 3 rooms(2 premium wooden and one normal wooden). Priced at ₹20500 for all three, there was no discounts provided even after all the complaints. Dont recommend and thank you Niyatma for damaging the resort trip.

we had a good stay at Niyatma Resort Wayanad, the resort is amidst coffee plantations and forests around it, it was a good stay. The small pool with the ducks swimming around was a lovely sight. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, The food is very decently priced and tastes good.

The resort was serene. We stayed in Egyptian Cottage House and the room was spotlessly clean. The ambience was peaceful and outdoor activities were great. The staff was super helpful and cordial.

We had a wonderful stay in the Egyptian cottage for two days. The ambience is superb and the food is tasty. Kids will have a wonderful time swimming and playing in kids park. The small pool with swans is an added attraction. The staffs are helpful and caring. Will definitely visit the place again.

Unfortunately, the sound of the nearby crusher unit annoys during the day. There is no issue during the night since the resort is located in the middle of a coffee plantation. It's beautiful at night.

This resort is located inside a coffee plantation. Cottages and external activity areas are very good. Lot of activities includes pool, pedal boat, kids play area, game court for cricket ,football & camp fire. General cleanliness and Toilets are good. Front office staffs are outstanding. Restaurant served nice complimentary breakfast but for dinner butter chicken was little spicy and smoky taste for the fried rice. Overall nice experience.

Excellent experience with natural touch! The resort is set inside a coffee plantation and included boating within the resort which is a unique activity. The stay can be equally enjoyed by couples and families. It's economic too compared to other resorts in this budget as on June 2022. It's worth a visit!

It was an amazing experience for us. We just walked in to the resort wothout making advance booking and it turned out to be best stay.The place is in middle of plantation .The rooms are spacious and clean. They have done a nice job on the interior works.They provided lot of free of cost external activities including pedal boat,horse riding, cycling. They have a nice lawn where we can play football ,cricket ,badminton. The pool is not so big but is good enough . Overall the ambience is good and would really suggest for group of ppl .

This place is amazing if you are interested to stay with the nature. We stayed here for 2 nights had comfortable nice stay in lush green environment with small lakes/ ponds ducks and boating. Thanks Mr Rahul for making it so comfortable.

We had a wonderful time staying here in the Aqua facing and the Egyptian rooms . The rooms by themselves are spacious and spotlessly clean . The views from the room onto the pond and the huge lawn is wonderful . Jins and his team are wonderful hosts and respond to every request with a smile . I also met the owner , an energetic lady who was very friendly and responsive . The food was very homely and all our plans of venturing out to outside restaurant for a meal were forgotten immediately after our lunch the 1st day . Even the breakfast was wholesome and the spread was wide . We had heavy breakfast the time we spent there . The only suggestion , probably , would be to make the coffee more strong . :) . Perfect resort for family and kids👌👌👌 We stayed in Egyptian Cottage for few days and the overall amenities, ok inhouse restaurant, kids play area with big lawn, badminton area, indoor games, swimming pool, lake with boat pedaling, campfire, swans lake and coffee plantation walks etc.. Everything was meticulously planned and especially the resort service was top notch and I would like to thank Jinx (resort manager), Noor and the campfire person(sorry forgot his name) for the incredible hospitality which has been provided during our stay. We would really visit in the near future only to stay here and enjoy the tranquility surrounded by nature.

The resort is in the beautiful location. We stayed in Egyptian cottage. Room was very tidy and well kept. The view from the room is very serene. Staff was very prompt & helpful. Though Breakfast options were very limited but it was tasty. May be they can add more breakfast options. In all worth the price

Good resort with location, amenities and facilities being the positives. Dinner and lunch isn't started yet post covid and breakfast was too unorganised for a full capacity gathering. Hope these drawbacks are looked into to fill the gaps.

This place is a 5star for me The room was super clean equal to any 5star The service was excellent! Mr.Rahul there was exceptional - on his toes with any request I had Just that there is no of the hill view or a scenic view, just a manmade pond. One thing which can improve is the food delivery - they can atleast pay for it and charge us later.

Brown Bean Resort has changed its name to Niyatma Resort and Spa, so when you visit there do not get confused. Pros : - Located inside a coffee plantation - Beautiful view from balcony and door - Excellent quality food , 5 star quality. We loved everything - Very Spacious Rooms - Duck pond and peddling boat pond . Boat peddling is free of cost - Excellent and friendly staffs, always had length conversations Cons : - Whatever service you require needs to be told through phone to reception. For example we will expect room service on daily basis but we need to inform that too. We will require help with our luggage during check in and check out but we need to inform reception for that. Even for refilling tea and milk powder at room needs a call tonreception. These are basic service which needs to be done without asking - Grass near children's play area needs to be cut , since it's a plantation we can expect snakes living nearby so cannot take risk

Brown Bean Resort is a hidden gem in Wayanad. My experience at this resort was gold. It is truly a nature retreat where you can enjoy the peaceful walks in the coffee plantation and around the lake, boating and horse riding. The team has many more exciting activities planned out for the coming months. The staff are very friendly and genuinely caring. Rooms are very spacious, luxurious and the bathroom has a rain shower head. Highly recommend the pool rooms as you can relax in your own privacy and enjoy the view of the lake and trees. The breakfast food was delicious and authentic. The resort is maintained very well by a passionate staff who truly enjoy giving you the best experience.

Beautiful resort. The ambience is so good. You have boating inside the resort. Rooms are good, well maintained, super cool. Only minus I felt is food. No variety and the prices are high for the meal. Its not infant friendly comparing with the kids food. You cant get food at late nights like fruits or milk also. But one the best resort in wayand.

One among decent resorts in wayanad. Location is easily accessible from highway. Rooms are spacious and good. Food is average only. Ambiance is good enough. I enjoyed taking long walks around the resort, immersing myself in the tranquility of nature. The rooms at the resort were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile on their faces.

One of the best stays is what i would say. This resort is located in the center of wayanad, and is easily accessible to all the tourism spots. The only thing is, because of the new year most of the tourist spots were over crowded. But this resort has everything one could ask for. We need not go out, they have a swimming pool which is very clean and well maintained. A park, indoor club house, and paddle boating was provided in the resort itself. Walking around the resort was very pleasant. Camp fire was there on both days. The kids enjoyed it so much. We booked an Egyptian deluxe room, we were 4 families so we wanted similar kinds of rooms and the view was breathtaking. Their house keeping team and the staff, especially the kitchen team were so courteous. The resort is very well maintained and the rooms as well. Their restaurant is really good. Veg as well as non veg dishes were cooked in coconut oil and the taste was delectable. The food needs to be pre-ordered. We would love to visit this place as many times as possible. A great place to relax, as all the amenities are available in the resort itself. If you are planning to book this resort, don't plan for sight seeing, you can rather stay relaxed inside.

This is an amazing place to stay amidst the coffee plantations, they have got a lake behind where we can do boating and a vast area to stroll around. The staff is very friendly and moreover the manager Mr. Peter was very helpful, he explained us about the place and the nearby places where we could shop around or go sight seeing. Only one recommendation for them is to increase the food item on their menu list for lunch and dinner

Had booked the resort for a family vacation. Services and facilities were not good. Faced the below issues: 1. Before booking the resort, the Niyatma management had confirmed that barbeque facility is available. Bit when we checked in they told they don’t have that facility. 2. Fan in one of our rooms were not working and they couldn’t fix it. 3. TV in one of the rooms was not working. 4. Lights in one of the common area (games area) were not working 5. Intercoms in all the rooms were not working. 6. The photo shared by the resort before booking had beautiful waterfall. But in reality there were none. In short this resort is not worth for the money. We had brought all these issues to the resort management’s attention. But apart from word ‘sorry’ they didnt’t do anything else

About the Property: The Property is very good with its ambiance and location between the coffee plantation is also very good. About the Employees: The employees of this property are good polite and friendly with their customers. About the Food: The food served here is costlier and the quality of the food is not upto the mark. Food is Average. About the Manager and Hospitality: The manager of this property was not polite, friendly and decent with the customers. He used to give good hospitality to only selected customers ( Especially to Female Customers) and not to all. Because of his behaviour and hospitality shown by him to us it meant that he is illtreating us which made us to feel very bad. He was choosy in talking with people and giving hospitality. when we spoke with him he showed attitude towards us. Overall Review is i would rate 1 / 10. In simple words this property is not worth for money.

Rooms - every single room in this resort has a very good view of a lake. Room is made of wood and iron has nice insulation. Room was very clean and tidy. Has wodden flooring making it warmer. Location - muttil is a place very near to kalpetta. There are multiple restaurants near by which you can enjoy food from. I recommend the Qatar cafe on the way to sultan bathery for non veggies and udupi veg for pure veggies. The Parotas here is so good like lip smaking. Nearby there are many attractions and adventure activities. We tried the zip line activity in a tea estate around 30 mins from this resort. Would like to thank everyone in the resort for their wonderful service. The breakfast here was too good. The fruit juices given at breakfast was too good.

This resort is now called Niyatma Resort and Spa. The resort is situated inside a Coffee plantation. The rooms are well maintained and peferct. Have a decent cafeteria and for breakfast you will get buffet. Don't expect the north indian food etc. as authentic as u get in a proper restaurant. But kerala cuisines are good.

Rooms were average..could have been better..we chose aqua front cottage..which was near the pond. A large branch was blocking our view. Boating experience was good. The service of Mr Sunil requires special mention . Food options were less..but served food was tasty. Indoor games were only average, more options can be added . Overall I would say..good experience with nice ambience..but do not expect too much..
