Place is okay but service is worst. Not at all cooperative staff, right from tea we had to prepare everything. They told they will provide breakfast but there is no breakfast arranged at resort, so think before you book.

One of the best place i went for an family trip and the memmories are unforgitable .i got a great experience , most beautiful is view from our room.Also the staff’s are very good

First of all it isn't a resort, it's just an unhygienic independent house with little facilities. I had a very bad experience, there were insects all over the place, bedding had a foul smell. No security, no facilities. Had to travel almost 3-4 km just to get some water at night. Was fooled into thinking it was a resort. My suggestion- don't go by the photos they present you and don't even think about travelling with family there

This is a cute little place in the middle of tea gardens. The view is exceptional. It has wifi but the speed is okayish. It has swings and a little garden. Well protected from animals. No warm water but electric kettle, kitchen, and utensils are available. There is a tiny settlement around the home stay. A vehicle is needed to travel to and from the city but morning and evening walks are best around the property. The caretaker doesn't understand hindi, very little english. But he is a kind man. And he makes amazing breakfasts. Authentic kerala food. An experience, certainly!

The owner is a scammer and his host. Both Mr.Sudeesh and his host told that you will get breakfast but didn't get it. This place has no safety, no emergency doctors available nearby, this place has too much power cut issue This is a very quiet and haunted place bcoz ,, the comes and goes every 3 minutes and the inverter has some abnormal sounds which makes this place haunted. Full night I was getting scared as the sounds were coming and lights going ,on off-off on, also when I turned on the geyser the lights turned off and a/c also...... the owner is just scamming guests and taking money from guest or customers. Also the canned water he gave was a tap water which made my stomach upset.. Take a good villa before renting see the reviews and true or fake services given by the owner. Other than that the tea estate was very beautiful. Tea estate made me feel of doing zen meditation in a very peaceful tea estate with cool breezy atmosphere. But I would suggest the readers to book a good villa with true promised service for having a incredible experience which could be etched in your memory of visiting a heavenly natural beauty.

Had an amazing stay with 100% privacy and Nice balcony view. Sitting in a corridor and playing carrom is awesome .cooking, camping, campfire , all type of grilling makes us feel comfortable and worthy. Humble and good care taker 👍
