The products are great. But the staff have a very uncomfortable attitude to deal with. Especially the manager or whoever she is, she has no clue about how to deal with customers and is very annoying and arrogant. When I went to the store , instead of helping me out she was standing there taunting me indicating if I was able to afford the products.

Worst experience, No complaints about zivame brand it's super comfy. But one of the staff was very cunning, that girl cheated to me, somehow she came to know I was in a hurry and took full advantage of it. initially she told buy 4 get 2 free, then while billing she told buy 6 get 3 free, she didn't even ask my opinion directly she choose some of the clothes I liked earlier and started billing, even at that time I didn't speak anything because I thought anyways I like those clothes and it was in offer. That girl (unfortunately I don't know her name) didn't even give me bill, she told u ll receive mail,I believed her and came off.but even after 2 days I didn't receive bill and after calling them for several times one girl sent me the bill. When I cross checked it there was no offer applied at all. Complete fake talks plzzz don't believe any representative in that shop and don't agree for e-bill, cross-check before leaving the store especially ZIVAME NEW BELL ROAD.

I have had the worst experience at Zivame Bel road. It's shocking how the staff can make and break the faith you have in the brand. I went there to purchase a corset and had specifications of the material. They said there is no availability at the store and that they will place an online order after which they will have it delivered to me at my address.I got a wrong item when it was delivered so I went to request them to change the product, return or refund. I was kept waiting for 2 hours and by the end of it they said someone will pick up the item from my place. No one picked up for more than a week. So I went back and this time they were not even interested to give a proper response. I was really upset and got back leaving the product there and it's unbelievable how they sent some item that they felt to my address as a refund. They are worst at customer care

Nice Showroom in the Lingerie of the Ladies in the Bangalore Karnataka.They Sell the BRAS, Panties , Sleepwear Nightwear Robes Slips, Activewear at the very Reasonable Prices.The Quality of the Innerwear they sell is of the very Good Quality.In the BRAS they sell the Padded Non-padded, Seamless, Strapless,Lacy , Pushup, Sports BRA etc.In the Panties they sell the Bikinis, Hipsters, Boyshorts, Thongs etc.They sell also the Nightwear,Robes , Babydoll etc at very affordable prices.

My recent experience with the zivame store in bel road has been great. Geeta was one of the staff who did a great job in helping me with the fit and different variety of lingerie I can look into.Overall a good experience and got what I needed.

Nothing against the brand Oly against this particular store. Being a loyal customer for the brand from past 6-7 years and always had been to this store located at new bel road for years now and never experienced such a worst situation . 1) the sales executive was in a urge to sell the items rather than figuring out what we actually wanted . 2) Very smartly tried fooling us that online and offline products are diff and also the price differs ,in this 7 years first time I have seen that lady at the store and she easily started telling online products are diff 3)there were scenarios where the previous employees from that store Oly has helped us ordering online the same products with diff colours. 4) three items what we purchased was 2193 in the zivame app and the store price was like 3.1k where I found these first time ever in zivame Used to get all the products before with online prices Oly at the stores but this time as I told lady was very much interested in adding more items to the cart to increase her points . 5) The way she started speaking after I told always we get in the same price as in app why is the diff now she just shouted at me telling that come n look at my system . 6)I exited the store the moment she told n ordered everything online and her reaction was very clearly seen that she was very angry . Such a good brands like zivame shud also take care about these incidents. New customers keeps adding all the time and these sort of behaviours will definitely loose the faith of the customers Noting against the brand Oly against the store located at new bel road

Ideal place to buy brassiere if you have small bust size. The options are plenty and colours are wonderful. Highly recommended this store to buy night wear and shapewear, apart from their extremely tempting collection of lingerie!

I have taken in offer as 1099 for 3 and staff said it was same so i didnt't tried but the stuff is not good 1 i used at home after one washing colour faded and strechabitily is poor other i want to exchange it with tag without use they are not exchanging it giving the credit amount in zivame only and i have to pay extra very poor service forcefully given and not exchanging

I had bad experience. I bought a saree shape wear for 1295 but that same minute online it was 899. Conveniently the internet doesn't work inside the store and the shopkeeper checked online on her computer and gave wrong information regarding the price. I asked about any ongoing discounts and she says they have stopped giving discounts from that day. Wow! But then they say that the prices are same as online prices. I feel cheated. Unnecessarily I've paid extra. Avoid buying from zivame STORE.

Worst service, the lady said that there are size difference in size in online and offline. I am usually a online purchaser I thought if she could assist me with regard to my size then I would purchase online. She had no intention of advising me, she rather confused me saying that there us difference between different bras in size. The previous staff before so very friendly and always assisted me.
