Store for all sports needs, I always prefer in store shopping when it comes to sports and they serve better, game space is less here compared to other decathlon outlets. all products worth the buy specially cycling accessories are my favourite. Billing system saves you from long queues.

This is an amazing Decathlon outlet with items filled in both the floors. You name it they have it, if it's sports related. People who find it hard to find a shoe because of the size can definitely come and check it out here in Decathlon. My husband was finding it hard to get a shoe of his size, because all other brands with size 12,13 sizes seemed very small for him and that's when we thought of trying Decathlon and it was worth it, their size 12 shoe fits perfectly for him. The helpers and the service providers in Decathlon are very helpful and is there for you just a call away. You can do in-store pick up or you buy things online and they'll deliver it to you. The self billing system is revolutionary and it saves a lot of time and you no longer have to wait in a line. They have a very spacious parking and there is a brewery in the same building if in case you want to chill for some time.

Good news was that Decathlon has opened the store on Brigade Road opposite Patrick Complex. Ideal place to do the shopping in this area especially if you are looking for a particular item. Great quality and very reasonable prices. Service is top notch and you can experience it . You get all the sports gear from Yoga mats, shoes, camping material, Metal water bottles, bags, headgear with lights etc So convenient that different sections is labeled and easy to locate. For example was planning a trek to Ladakh, so was able to buy all the stuff from shoes, thermal wear, Jackets, trekking stick, sunglasses, trousers, pants, t shirts etc..really freaked out shopping here 28th Dec 2023 . Spacious one. Two floors with wide variety of items in each sections. I bought cycle from here. As I had my old accesories with me which I can re-use, I didn't want anyone from decathlon. But as the stand is prefixed with cycle while removing it, in it place the paint will get scratches. Overall it's a nice place to buy decent products.

Jan 30-2024 I visited the showroom looking for Shoes. I don't have much knowledge about different types. As usual on my own was trying out the simple basic cheapest shoe, when the Sales Person Madiha Aiman came to me and explained to me how to select the right shoes for walking, Jogging, Treadmill etc. I was very much impressed by her knowledge and went on the purchase the best shoes for running on a Treadmill & also sock's. Decathlon should be lucky to have a sales person of her caliber. Very soon I am planning to visit again for purchase of Gym Gloves, Resistance Bands, Cycling Accessories & Trekking equipment. It was a very satisfying feeling visiting Decathlon.

If you are serching for sports things then this is the best place to shop. Foldable chairs are so good. This is the only place where you get free mask if you don't have it.

Decathlon folks don't sit and work, they just stand, walk and help the customers on the go, they are seriously fit... and, the collections are complete, and automatic billing is one of the great features, where we can save lots of time. I visited here when they organised 5k run. Staffs are helping and a good outlet with huge collections and a basketball court outside. They also have free runs every weekend (contact store for to be a part of their WhatsApp group). Store has good parking facility (paid).

Decathlon mysore road worst. They switch off AC at 845pm when the gym is open till 10pm. Come up with most random excuses when we ask them to switch it on.

Doesn't provide the complete Decathlon experience, spread across 2 floors and the staff discouraging you from trying out their cycles, skates or boards, unlike other stores where you're encouraged to try out. The busier sections like the cycles are under-manned and you need a 'recommendation' from another staff for those in the section to even respond to you. Definitely no help or support proactively from the sales team. At the check-out, it's all self check-out save for one assisted check-out out once in a while.

Very impressive outlet. Have lots of options. Staff are very helpful especially Miss Kajol was very efficient. She gave a demonstration of the rowing machine. Lots of sports wear are also available.

❌❌❌WORST WORST WORST‼️ I recently went shopping to Decathlon in Orion mall & I purchased some clothes for my dad. My dad never goes shopping so I always shop for him. I asked them before purchasing if I can return if he doesn’t like, they said yes, because they have easy return policy until 30days (which btw is printed even on their banner). Because of this I purchased nearly for 11k. Unfortunately he didn’t like any & I went back for return the next day itself, then they are saying they can’t give returns, it’s only exchange or they can give me voucher where I’ll have time for an year to purchase. Even after explaining to them the situation & how I asked before purchasing they still kept saying it’s only exchange & not return, then they said it’s a huge amount so they can’t pay back. After literally fighting with them for an hour then they agreed to pay back. Then made me wait for 1 more hour to complete some process & finally I got the money back. This was the worst experience I ever had & it’s totally wrong to put easy returns within 30 days when it’s this difficult. I am never going back there & please be careful before purchasing.
