The service is quite bad. Didn't expect this kind of a service from a reputed firm like Malabar Gold. The manager talks like this is what we can give and take this if you want. To the top management : Train your officials to treat a million rupee customer and a thousand rupee customer with the same dignity. Never again to Malabar.!

I have been visiting this place from a few years, they have good collection and offerings. It is mostly crowded, the staff were helpful during my visits. Kalpetta does have many jewelers, yet I am surprised by the customer base that they are able attain.

I am writing to share my disappointment with the customer service provided by Malabar Gold and Diamonds' Kalpetta showroom in Wayanad. A few weeks ago, my wife had our bangles repaired at this showroom. When my wife called a few days later to check on the status, the representative assured her they would follow up with a callback. However, we did not receive any update. I then personally called the showroom to inquire about the repair order. The representative was unable to provide any information and did not return my call as promised, despite assuring they would.

It was great experience over all.. the staffs and all very good.. treated us very well.. And quality of the products were unbelievable.

Better if more collections are included. 2visits done ,had to choose among limited collections. Staffs could be a little more polite(one of the staff proclaimed there are no collections of a specific Jewellery, but later found they had enough stock).

I'm really pleased with the purchases made from MGD so far. The customer service is outstanding, the packaging is beautiful and the products are top notch. Great quality! Making charges are on the higher side for Chettinad and Antique jewellery. That's understandable though. Your catalog is fabulous. MGD always put the human element into their business and it means a lot to me as a recurring customer.

It’s a worst showroom. I strongly recommend that pls don’t visit Malabar gold Kalpetta show room. They insult customer by giving discount of Rs. 27 worth of product 45000. I used to be a regular customer of Malabar gold . Now I decided not to visit this show room in the future. Because of one bad experience from Malabar gold Kalpetta. I have no choice to leave my experience here . Customer should leave the shop with happiness but here I experienced poor service. Moreover we have asked customer service Excutive to assist us to write my name on ring which he denied by saying no one here to write the name . As he leave at 4.00 pm . This is how Malabar gold Kalpetta provide service. I experienced disaster service from this shop.

I have been a customer of Malabar gold since last ten years.... I visited Kalpetta showroom in the last day, I was 100% satisfied in the purchase. service that I received from the staff and their attitude everything I felt good.... BUT I felt something unsatisfactory there...Its about the poor facility of the toilet there......as I went there with my girl, we went to the toilet and completely disappointed with the poor facilities of the urinals there It was built at the underground vehicle parking area, the tiles, closets everything I felt bad, broken and unhygienic . No tissues, no soaps/ hand wash ... I hope the management team will take it serious, as majority of the customers are women and children , moreover it may take more time to select and purchase ornaments....And I have suggestion that a rest room/breast feeding room also should arrange there. You can construct a well maintained bathroom also by considering the customer's satisfaction.

I would give this business a zero rating if possible. I will neither visit nor suggest this place to anyone. I bought a Fossil watch for 12k in 2019 which went faulty within 6 months (well within warranty). Instead of trying to fix the issue, they tried to squeeze more money from me. They even asked for an amount of 500 Rs to change the battery of brand new 6 month old watch. What to expect from such third rate dealers!
