One of the worst jewellery I've come across. Very rude and arrogant staff Mr.DAS from Kalpetta Wayanad branch misbehaved with a lady customer. DAS has to be thrown out of the jewellery soon. Not at all recommended.

I had very satisfactory experience with Francis Alukkas Sales team at their branch in Kalpetta. The salesmen greeted us warmly and took care of us with water/juices at first rather than jumping directly into sales discussions. They have vast collection of various trending models and I could get a beautiful model of gold chain to my satisfaction. Thanks and keep up the good service FA team 👍
