I personally advise everyone not to buy anything from here. We ordered wedding rings and they said we can do it in 15 days. But it took about 45 days to deliver. The interesting thing is that the writing on the two rings is completely different in appearance. We had no time to find any other shop or order anything else so we picked it up from the shop. But there was no definite response from the management. When we ordered the ring the person in charge was not there the second time we went, Not even a phone call response was acceptable.

Worst customer service. Poor quality. I won't buy from here again. Making charge comparatively high. Totally disappointed with their service.

A Big failure Sales man behaviour with customers is very bad. Why management keeping sales man who don't have manners how to behave with a customer. Please don't go to this shop for purchase, you are wasting time.
