all,
I
am
writing
to
express
our
deep
concern
and
disappointment
regarding
the
recent
experience
,
my
mother
at
your
physiotherapy
department.
I
believe
it
is
crucial
to
bring
to
your
attention
the
unprofessional
behavior
and
subpar
treatment
that
she
encountered
during
yesterdays
(
30/8/2023)visit
.
At
the
physiotherapy
department,
she
was
met
with
a
series
of
incidents
that
left
her
feeling
disheartened
and
dissatisfied
with
the
level
of
care
provided.
Firstly
,one
lady
self
introduced
as
physiotherapist
seemed
disinterested
and
her
behavior
was
very
rude.
This
lack
of
courtesy
and
willingness
to
assist
was
highly
unprofessional.
Furthermore,
the
behavior
of
one
of
the
physiotherapists
was
completely
unacceptable.
Their
dismissive
attitude
towards
my
mother
concerns
and
that
lady
therapist
rude
comments
about
my
mother’s
condition
were
not
only
hurtful
but
also
detrimental
to
their
overall
experience.
As
a
patient
seeking
help
and
support,
and
considering
their
age
a
certain
level
of
empathy
and
professionalism
that
was
sorely
lacking.
I
am
writing
this
letter
not
only
to
express
my
dissatisfaction
but
also
with
the
hope
that
the
issues
my
parents
faced
will
be
addressed
promptly.
As
a
patient,
they
deserve
to
be
treated
with
respect,
compassion,
and
professionalism.
I
trust
that
the
medical
facility
values
the
well-being
of
its
patients
and
is
committed
to
upholding
the
highest
standards
of
care.
I
kindly
request
that
appropriate
actions
be
taken
to
address
the
behavior
of
the
staff
(
Staff

we
will
reveal
it
to
the
management)and
to
ensure
that
such
incidents
do
not
recur
in
the
future.
Patients
seeking
medical
assistance
should
feel
comfortable,
supported,
and
well-informed
throughout
their
journey
to
recovery.
