The wosrt hospital i ever seen. i visited there due to severe vomiting and fever, the duty doctor diagnosed as UTI, given medication, he didnt checked properly and i didn't feel better with the medicine he has given, after few days i visited another Doctor because vomiting not getting better and she diagnosed properly that I am having Viral hepatitis with high level, because of that vomiting is not getting better. since admit facility not there in that clinic then i again went to fathima hospital , then Dr Sr Jaya was shouted and told us no bed is available to admit me there so go to another hospital, and we left , very very very very bad doctors as they are not diagnosing diseases properly , simply sitting and making money by killing common people.government hospital is better than this, they will diagnose properly.

It is the worst hospital that i ever visited. I went there with my sister due to severe vomiting. First we consult a duty doctor after a long waiting. After consulting they gave drip and some medicine. Without any further check up. And the bill was huge amount. We again went to the Fathima hospital due to the same disease.we consult Dr Sr Jaya. She didn't diagnose properly.But the Dr send us to lab to check SGPT, SGOT, URINE AND S BILIRUBIN. It took 1.3 hour to get lab report.with that report we went to Doctor op.But Doctor is not there. Doctor had gone. We stand in the op room and enquire the doctor. And they told to wait. After a long time waiting doctor came in the casualty and she is not willing to talk further details about the report and the cause of disease. She just verified and told to go to pharmacy and buy medicine For delaying lab report she shouted. We are not delayed. Dr Jaya quarreled and behave like a complex woman. She has no ethics and consult public. Very very very bad no worst doctor. They need money money money. Be careful.

Dr. Aboobacker gave us very good medical care. The nursing care was also excellent. Cons: The staff in the reception and pharmacy are rude and unprofessional. Waiting time is very high.

We were on a trip to Waynad and my wife fell sick..thats when i took her to FMMH kalpetta. Since the time i contacted Doctor Abubakar Jishan...we were treated like family with utmost care. They did through test and identified Dengue with platelets count reduced to 60K. Admitted her right away and took care of her untill she got perfectly alright. Though language being a bar...all staff members were helpful and professional at the same time. At one point of time platelets count reduced till 16K, but Dr. Jishan and hospital staff made sure to take care of each and every step necessary....and made us comfortable.. I dont have enough words to thank Dr. Abubakar Jishan and complete staff of Fatima Mata Misson Hospital.. God Bless them..

I think the paediatrics section needs improvement. The nun who is a doctor refused to admit my child with a fever.She said that the child's crying was making it difficult for her to treat, and asked me to take the child to another hospital. If you want to treat in paediatrics, do not go to this doctor. I wish fatima hospital management should be aware about the non professional and ethical way of treatment by the paediatric doctor.

The people sitting in the reception are extremely slow in dealing. There was only 2-3 people in the queue. It took more than 20 minutes to finish off with the 2-3 people. It was soo much of time waste for everyone. Please employ someone at the reception who can do things faster and not like tortoise. Learn to value the time of others.

Very disappointed with the service of reception staff. It takes more than 15 minutes for a registration or re visit.. They keep on talking over phone and in between loose talks among themselves. This is very bad for even the credibility for such a good hospital like Fathima. Kindly the higher management train the staff accordingly to atleast make them understand how to treat regular customers like us.

I'm not sure about what to write here. Went to visit a patient of friend's relative. The surrounding are neat and clean. They tried to keep a good interiors, provided some comfortable space for visitors. They have facility to do RTPCR test, and i think you will recive the result on the same day itself. Parking is not that bad.

My mother had a bad experience after few days of admission. Nurses are very caring except few .infection control practices are not followed correctly. With present illness they give us cross infection too.careless attitude towards patient care

It was like hell . We just came to Wayanad for a 2 days trip . There was no other hospitals showing near by that’s why we came here . We went to see Dr . Vivek Ent , Dr seems to good but waiting time is like hell . We came at 12:40 pm to see doc now time is 4:10 pm . We saw doc at 3:40 pm , it took 3 hrs to see doc . They shld have told us to come by 3 pm , instead they made us to wait like anything. Again for everything there is delay ,waiting for medicine in pharmacy, they won’t give prescription in hand because they don’t want us to buy medicine from out side . It was the worst experience ever in a hospital for us.

One of the major hospitals of Wayanad. It located at Kalpetta Municipality. Near to Kalpetta Town, Kalpetta Padinjarathara road. Here they have almost all departments of modern medical practices. Clean &neet buildings & almost hospitality of the hospital authorities. Walls decorated with colourfull pictures. Most of the supporting staffs are extreamly cooperative. We feel to be in a atmosphere of Lovable nature.

It would be great if you can assign a person just to deal with the phone calls. It’s a hospital. So pls do that. Also advice them to use more polite words over the phone when someone is calling. This means a lot.

The hospital management is great, and the best treatment also provided here ,everything was convenient and quick here. Dr Abubakar Zeeshan (General Medicine) was treating me and My Parents .he was really good at diagnosing and implementing the required treatment. Overall the service was great and I must say it has become reliable and also has improved a lot over the last few years..And the Best Hospital and treatments over Here..

I’m trying to contact them for the past one hour to book for appointment. Tried alternatively in two different numbers . Nobody is picking up the phone . Very strange. Happened the same way last week as well. They should atleast employ a person to attend calls.

Opd booking is pathetic in this new technological world u r using that old call and book. they dnt attend the call too there is no timing no one cares how much time spending for a booking

I once came to consult Dr Abubaker (Medical specialist) because of my high BP. He spoke to me so gently and just his calm attitude made me feel better and even reduced my BP which was high due to stress. I then got admitted due to a head injury that happened because of an accident. Dr Abubaker took excellent care along with the staff who ensured that I felt comfortable at all times. I also feel grateful towards Dr Nirmal Gerald (Ortho), Dr Vivek (ENT Specialist), Nursing and Pharmacy Staff for the great work they do. I stayed at the hospital for a week and felt very confident about my recovery. I would definitely recommend Fatima Mata for best treatment and care.

The person picking up call in reception is not ready to explain things clearly. Just disconnecting the call before the things get clarified. Please be polite over the phone.

It is a dirty behavior...calling to take college admission and not speaking politely...when asked about the fee, he says that the fee will be given only after taking the admission..are you just a fraud.

My grandparents were admitted here, the staffs were very co-operative, especially the nurses and cleaning members. The nurses were very quick and responsive.
