Extremely poor service from staffs. Parking space wasn't at all organized properly. When I visited here to consult, security staff denied me to park my car inside the compound even though it was raining and there was enough space. There was ample parking space inside the compound but they aren't organising it properly. The space is enough to occupy around 10-12 cars easily but due to poor direction from security, only 7 cars occupied the same space. Finally I had to park my car outside the compound aside the national highway. This is extremely poor experience especially from an emergency service like hospital. And when I was about to exit from hospital, I saw lot of parking space reserved for doctors even though no doctor's car was there.

All the comfortable and convenient facilities are arranged for patients. Proper parking for both two wheelers and four wheelers are provided. Staffs are very attentive and helpful. Patient rooms and wards are new, properly maintained with good hygiene. Rooms are properly spacious and with good aeration inside.

very very bad experience from hospital.. please don't go to kims for treatment.if you want to live please don't prefer this place.my child is suffering now due to improper care and treatment of Dr.Sajith nair(pediatrician).irresponsible nursing faculties..

I have bad experience here, no reply on calling their contact number. Novice, inexperienced doctors are there, their treating ability is bad, Someone said that the hospital offer affordable treatment, but i am not well satisfied about it, Good points about this hospital is it is easy to reach there, far from city, no trafficjam issues, Parking issues are not there in this hospital Overall looking good, good infrastructure Good flooring Iam not well known about the emergency care in this hospital

Very bad experience I had. Wen I took my mother to this hospital she was a bit tired and conscious. One junior doctor treated and gave just DOLO 650.Her BP was high but they ddnt treat and asked us to take her back to home. We forced them to them admit. And midnight her BP high and she got stroke .Morning only general physician came dat too I went and start to raise my voice. Immediately we took discharge and admitted to NIRMALA HOSPITAL with Dr Ajithkumar. Mother is slowly recovering now.

A decent atmosphere at present their services are affordable and in a good manner I personally suggest maximum maternity for both normal and LSCS are with attractive package and no near by hospital can match the same. Thx to kims

Very bad hospital. Their infra structure is not good. They have low equipment collection. Nursing care is not good. They used to keep patients waiting un necessarily even in casuality. Wrost parking facility. The staffs are not well mannered. I have visited this hospital multiple for my mother's treatment. I had very bad experience from here. Many others have the same experience. So in my opinion please stay away from this hospital if you care for your health. The only advantage there is they accept health insurance card given by Govt.

Very very bad service. I have visited today casualty treatment is very careless. No expert doctor. No idea night RMO. Everyone Should not visit this hospital especially emergency treatment.

There are only 3 wall fan in the OP around 100+ occupied area. A/C not working. Also about parking it’s not organised and not enough space for car parking. Infrastructure need to improved.
