Sir/Madam,
I
am
writing
this
letter
to
bring
to
your
attention
some
issues
I
observed
during
my
recent
visit
to
the
District
Veterinary
Center
in
Kalpetta.
While
I
appreciate
the
excellent
services
provided
by
the
majority
of
the
staff,
I
would
like
to
bring
to
your
attention
the
behavior
of
one
of
the
attendants,
Thanuja,
(if
am
not
wrong
her
name
is
so
)who
seems
to
be
acting
in
a
manner
that
is
not
in
line
with
her
responsibilities.
During
my
recent
visit,
I
observed
Thanuja,
who
appears
to
be
a
lady
who
is
eager
to
get
a
salary,
taking
charge
of
the
hospital
in
an
unprofessional
manner.
Her
attitude
and
behavior
towards
the
clients,
including
myself,
were
not
up
to
the
mark.
It
seems
like
she
is
trying
to
be
in
charge
of
the
hospital,
despite
not
having
the
necessary
training
or
skills.
I
had
brought
my
dog
to
the
center
for
treatment,
and
I
noticed
that
Thanuja's
behavior
towards
everyone
was
not
satisfactory.
She
lacked
the
basic
knowledge
required
to
handle
the
centre
,
and
her
unprofessional
behavior
was
quite
alarming.
I
believe
that
if
she
were
given
proper
training,
she
would
be
able
to
improve
her
skills
and
provide
better
services
to
the
clients.
I
would
like
to
request
you
to
take
appropriate
action
and
send
Thanuja
for
training
to
improve
her
skills
and
behavior
towards
the
clients
and
their
pets.
The
District
Veterinary
Center
is
an
essential
facility
that
provides
crucial
services
to
the
community,
and
it
is
crucial
that
all
staff
members
are
trained
and
equipped
to
handle
their
responsibilities
effectively.
Thank

take
the
necessary
action
to
address

issue
I
