Alert 🚨 : This is a very genuine review I have been to this place with my family the place is excellent but there are few things to be considered : 1) The roads to reach this destination is really very difficult if a person is inexperienced in Driving the Ghat section then please make sure you hire a driver before you reach this place because it’s a very dangerous place One single mistake then your vehicle will be gone 2). Don’t expect extraordinary luxury or if you’re planning to celebrate birthday or anniversary then I think this is not a best place as they don’t have much decorations. 3) there is only one cook for the entire resort so please make sure if you are very choice in eating then please make sure you adjust in this criteri, Don’t expect or over expectation regarding the place just enjoy the nature and you will be satisfied

One of the worst experience I ever had in taking a resort. If you have a booked a room with ac make sure that you have contact at the resort and asked for AC room itself because if the manager says that AC is kind of working rest assured the AC wont work because they are having single phase connection in which AC won't be available. The pool was full of insects on arrival. The room had insects on arrival. A basic cleaning of the room on arrival was needed. At least they could have done that. One of the room in which I had taken, the bathroom closet had leaked and it was totally unusable. The worst experience ever. The restaurant food costs are very high. A single beef roast costed Rs 400. Its not worth the hype they have created.

We Booked the room on July on heavy rainy day. Before reaching there , we paid the advance. Once we reached there , it was heavily raining and the rooms were wet and the pool was not accessible. They apologized and informed this is the highest rain in the season now and it was not expected and informed if we wish not to stay , then it is fine for them and they will give the full refund. We told OK , and decided not to stay as there is no point in staying without pool access for us. Upon their confirmation, we expected professionalism from them that they will refund the money. Until now they didn't refund the money. After repeated following up, they are not ready to pay back the advance. Very poor act guys. Grow up!!

Stayed at the resort yesterday. A scenic resort touching the clouds on top of the mountain and telling a story to the clouds. Waking up to the foggy morning was truly magical and peaceful. Very nice atmosphere and clean resort. The behavior and care of the staff is top notch...... as well as the food which is good and tasty….. Totally it is the mind blowing Experience ….👍

It is a nice place. But only cottage available. You don't have open place. Price also expensive. May be good for couples without kids. Safety wall should covering with glass or fiber. Stray dogs are entering in cottage. Why we have to get stray dogs by paying 11k

I have been in this resort with my familyFor the last vacation. There is absolutely fabulous view, and the rooms are decent. But the money is not at all worth the facilities and the hospitalities provided by the resort. Basic facilities which are not there in the resort:common swimming pool,gym,sports/activity hall and there is no space to walk inside the resort-very conjusted. The service is very delay and the curries with the dinner is very poor.

We visited from mumbai for 2nights and 3days one of the best locations 🥰landscape view is beautiful the clouds on the top of the mountain felling like telling story to the clouds and waking up to the foggy morning was truly magical The roads are little need to be maintained and service is good need little improvement in food. Best place for family...I loved staying there with candles light dinner 🥰🥰🥰the staff are too supportive the ratings would be 10 out of 10 for the place

A beautiful place with breathtaking landscape. The view from the valley view rooms are amazing. And the pool side rooms are huge fun for children. The service was impressive and the food delectable. Highly recommended.

We have paid almost 10k for the room and pool.But the thing is it is very bad about their service.They took more than two hours delay in the dinner and also the served food was very terrible.And there is a lots and lots of cats which will be disturbing us while having food. Once we informed about the same they dont have any response.the room quality is also bad and the water in the pool smells very bad.Overall a very worst experience ever. It was a very good experience. I wonder why I see lot of negative reviews, may be those were old story. We had a good stay at pool villa, room was very neat clean and cozy. Food served was so good and thr staffs were very supportive. It's a good honeymoon place as there is no much area around the property to walk or spend time outside your room.

Rooms are absolutely amazing.. Location after reaching the place is too good... Cons : It has one of the worst ever food i have had.. even if the food is hot it tastes bad.. when it gets cold.. it's even worse.. And on top of that the service staffs are so friendly but if you order something.. by the time it reaches it will take 1hr or more.. their reason is.. the food is prepared live is what they tell..

View and ambience were good......but house keeping and service were very poor .....we had to repeatedly ask for our needs ........even the dustbin was full of garbage when we entered the room........ didn't expect these things from such an overrated spot.......

We 2 families stayed for 1 night . The view was beautiful and climate too. The premises were not maintained properly .the play area is so poor. Food was overpriced and not worth for money. Not recommended for families with toddlers. We had sadhya for 500/person and it was bad of all sadhya we had for that price. Swimming pool is not private there is common passage near pool.Go for the view only.

Good spot for hangout. Nice if you visit during early morning and evening. Basic facilities like restrooms and restaurant are available. Too hot during noon time. Not fully functional, work in progress.

Awesome natural beauty Wayalada has spelid view of nature around you. You can explore sceneries, view points, smallwater fall, streams, rain etc.. What attracted more is the different style of raining which doesn't make you bother about time. U ll keep watching it for a looonggg time.

If you like to do minimum trekking and go to a very sceneic places...then come and explore vayalada...travelling through the route is OK OK as there are very steep roads and roads have some good amount of cracks. Please visit during noon to evening time to have a better visibility of the nature #explore

If you have any stress, just stay one day at this place. Your mind will relax, and you will get a positive vibe. Aesthetic and nature-vibe places. A private pool is also available in this cottage.

If you want to experience the worst services this is the resort. We had booked for the main Onam holiday and had paid some money in advance. The lack of professionalism and any sense of service was evident from the moment we reached there. They didn’t have enough staff for anything. There was no one to take our luggage up the steep steps. The Onam sadhya (lunch) was terrible. The dining area was covered with flies. We got the lunch by around 2:30pm as they were serving for outsiders who came to the resort for site seeing. Finally when we got a seat there was only one guy to serve. The quality of food was terrible. Later when we ordered tea it took around 2 hours to get it. We had booked 4 rooms. One of them was still under construction and didn’t have any amenities like tv or even a kettle and they charged the same price (10,000/- ) for each room. When we complained to the reservation team regarding this they apologised and said we will be offered discount before making the remaining payment. But the operations manager (not sure if we can call him that) at the resort came to us immediately and demanded in a threatening way that we had to make the full payment immediately and started arguing with us. Please don’t go to this place especially with family. Worst experience ever. Not at all worth the money.

Isolated remote area. Viewpoint is the main attraction. You could enjoy sceneric natural pools and lakes on the way there.

The hospitality of the staffs deserves the first appreciation. Sarath, Justin, Pathros were so friendly. helpful and they made our stay comfortable. The view of the valley from the room was awesome.The ambience was good; the room was neat and clean. The dinner was Alacarte, and we all enjoyed it. Breakfast buffet was with limited options, but it was all homely and tasty.

Location was awesome... But maintenance could be increased more with proper road and information.

One of the best location 🤩 landscape view is beautiful. Stayed here for 2 night on 19 to 21 Aug. Neat and tidy rooms, still need some improvement in hot water. AC not working needs to be fixed. Internet is good. This resort is work in-progress, will love to visit after 9 month, to see fully completed resort. Service is good, but still lot of scope of improvement. Food is also fine. It’s a very remote place, so suggest you to carry some snacks. I hope the kitchen will be fully functional in 6 to 9 months. Last 800 mtrs roads are small and steep, 4 will drive will be helpful

It was not fully completed! But let me tell you! It was the best view I've ever gotten from a stay! Would definitely recommend it! But the road to get there is so hard and people who have no experience driving on hill stations please be careful!

I have booked this resort for my friend recently, for two people and they came with a feedback that room and location is good but the food which was provided for night was very bad and pathetic, and even though pricing is that high, please try to provide good food because that plays a huge level of satisfaction among people, who usually go to these kind of resorts and relax.

Amazing stay and experience. Best place for getaway to have a peaceful stay. They have all the amenities that is required. Amazing rooms with all facilities and great view. We booked pool room. Food was great. If you need any special food items like fish nirvana, you have to order before itself. They were really kind to us to provide fish nirvana eventhough we asked late. Must say that everything was so clean and hygiene. Staffs were really great, especially our host Sharath. Highly recommend this resort for a peaceful stay with great food and amazing view.

This is the worst experience which we had today. We booked a private pool room one month prior. But today when we reached there, they told pool filter is not working and they don't even had the courtesy to inform us earlier. We simply wasted our time and by traveling. Highly recommend not to go...

When stressed out its the best place to be in.calm,quiet, relaxing views ,nice roads to reach there ... Just lay down on bed or sit on the couch or be in private swimming pool you can enjoy the view in your style... Rooms are spacious, well trained supportive staff,ample parking space and good food. Less than an hour drive from calicut city.

Don't book offline directly through the resort. Even if you cancel one month before they won't refund your advance payment. Though their booking details show that they will refund 50 percent if the cancellation is done before a week. They will stop picking up your call. Don't trust and book offline.

The room was tidy. But they lacked many aspects in service. The air conditioner kept on turning off every now and then and had to call them at least 10 times during the stay. The breakfast was an utter flop . Even though the paid dinner was good. The toilet water supply finished halfway during morning bath and the water pipe kept leaking from heater. They have a fantastic property but the service and maintenance is worst.

Well!! It’s the best place in middle of the heaven. Very good ambience with amazing view point with private pool is one of the greatest option which we got in very affordable price . Very friendly house keeping people and good service given. And yes mainly food was brilliant. Good place to visit with family , friends , and with couple too.

the location was superb...rooms nd bathrooms were so clean.. we will get heavently experience of sun set and sun rise from the bed itself..the climate also was very good..the pocket road to the resort is a narrow one.. the food was not upto our expectation.. only few items for breakfast .. there was power supply issues also.. otherwise we had a nice weekend there

We, total of 2 families were there for 1 night .The view is mesmerising and the rooms , services , standard facilities in Resort were not at all at the level, not well maintained . Breakfast and dinner were not worth at all . Dinner served very delay .For those who staying with kids this place is not at all recommended.
