The rooms were good. It's just at some 500m from beach. Pool facility is available. Restaurants available with good food. You can easily enjoy your time in the sea beach which is at walking distance. Balcony view is full of greenery & plants.

This resort is located right apposite to the beach, though there is no full view of the beach but the sound of waves can be heard at night. However, the rooms are not good and the washroom sucks. They really need to renovate the rooms.

I’ve no idea why this hotel is given a 4 star rating!! Pathetic service and cleanliness on a toss. The first day I checked in to the villa. The washroom was not clean and flush was not working. After calling them, they came and fixed the flush and washroom. Again the flush stopped working. They came and fixed it and then again it happened. They said they will change the villa. The new villa internet was not working and not cleaned properly. The manager came and told he will change me to the room as villa’s have internet and cleanliness issues. The pictures of the room washroom attached. The manager told me he will only charge me the room rates, as I had lot of issues there. Upon check out, he changed his words. He said the rates have gone high and he cannot give me the room rates as promised earlier. Very pathetic customer service. The lady and the reception guys are rude as well. No apologies received for all this so called service!! I had requested for a call back from the management. I’ve not received any update until today. Note: This property is a very good property if managed properly. For now it’s the worst I’ve come across in recent times.

Its a great example of a very good guest service all around in this hotel and the Manager , Staff are particularly attentive and ready to help.The bedroom was very spacious with all amenities one would expect in a four star hotel.House keeping was providing a wonderful service. They kept hygiene everything looks so clean and fresh. Good space with sitting area and also sea view. Bathroom was neat and tidy. We stayed in their villa for a family get together and it was totally disappointing experience. The rooms are not hygienic and poorly maintained especially the bathrooms. Water quality is pathetic. The staffs were non-attentive towards customer complaint. Food served were just okay. Better to avoid this property if you are looking for a decent staycation.

Usp of the place is it's proximity to kappad beach. Clean, large rooms, peaceful, good parking spaces. Cons are, there is no beach view. Service folks are courteous but not super responsive, this might have been because of visitor traffic. The biggest thing that was lacking was, the food didn't taste great, i had a veg meal with fish fry and a chicken biriyani, both tasted like they were watered down. I recommend trying other restaurants though they are not very close.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful beach resort and spa, and I must say it was one of the best vacation experiences I've had. The resort was located on a stunning stretch of white sandy beach, with crystal clear waters that sparkled in the sun. The palm trees swayed gently in the breeze, and the whole atmosphere was incredibly relaxing.

The place was good , we got the room upgraded, however the sea view rooms were covered with teas for a proper view ..the service was quiet well..and food was really good ..much better than many high rated resturants.we were lucky to have taken along with breakfast and dinner...loved the stay..

If you are selecting this resort for 4 star or family stay then don't go for it. Too much mosquitoes. Not well maintained resort. Pool was not clean. Food is average. There ia nothing for kids to spend time other than pool. Only good thing you see here is customer friendly staffs. They will help you whatever in their capacity but management is very poor.

Delayed service and rooms were full of mosquitoes due to a broken window in the washroom. Hot water did not come, and landlines were not working to reach reception. It's mentioned as Villa, but it's not up to the standard. it's a mini one, Bhk with extended 6 steps. So family people should book extra beds .Additionally, the online numbers mentioned were switched off . Post dinner ,we had to wait 2 hrs for water. Barring the beach side resort and swimming pool, nothing else was good

I would definitely give a 4-star for this place and their service. We organized a surprise birthday party and family get together at this place and couldn't be more happier. Everything from snacks, dinner, hospitality to the guests and all the services provided were highly commendable. All the staff members were very courteous and arranged everything very promptly. Not to mention that the dietary requirements were considered to the utmost care as well. Everyone enjoyed the ambience and live music in the evening. The villa room was spacious, clean and very well presented. Definitely coming back and more than happy to host and recommend this place to friends and family.

Such a peaceful resort in the nature's lap. My overall experience was extremely great. We spent 4 days in the resort. The staff was really courteous. Food was authentic for all the local food items which everyone staying there must try. We celebrated our wedding anniversary in the resort with staff. All the members of the staff made the moment really unforgettable for us. Mr. Bijoy did plan a evening surprise for us which we really appreciated.will book another stay soon in VascoDagama.

First of all it claims to have bar facility but they don’t serve alcohol in restaurant. I went for lunch and ordered simple food and it took 45 mins to come. They never got the sides which I ordered. They take 15-20 mins to just get the water. The staff cannot communicate in any other language rather than their regional language. What kind of hotel is this where they don’t want people to feel welcomed. If you don’t want to service people just refuse the service. The food is just average. There isn’t much a view either.

We had a school batch get together in this conveniently located resort at Kappad . We had an air conditioned small party space with ample seating . Food was tasty.It is a good place to have a get together at a reasonable price.

Best place in Calicut I had visited in recent times. Staff was friendly. Location is very peaceful. Away from the crowd. A lovely hotel, set in a beautiful location. The setting is very relaxing. All the hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The restaurant food is delicious. We found our bed to be very comfortable and our rooms were very spacious, with everything we needed. We would happily visit again.and to top it all a great staff followed with excellent service. Will definitely go there again. Overall a unforgettable experience in an excellent way...

A nice resort to stay near kappad beach. It is located right opposite to the entrance of kappad beach. The rooms were clean and resort was well maintained. The staff were friendly and service is good. Food options were limited as we visited during a weekday but whatever was available was well prepared. I had booked two rooms for my family but the rooms available online were not identical. They were kind enough to give me a free upgrade to a connected luxury villa even though I offered to pay the difference. Highly recommended the place if you are looking to stay near kappad beach.

It was a good experience exploring vasco da Gama resort after many plans. Stayed here for 3 nights and left with beautiful memories. The staff were so good specially sanju kumar very nice and available any time to manage our necessities. That was so kind I appreciate the effort of the staff. Food also tasted good. Rooms are not providing sea views.
