Only 200 tks are sold in a day to reach the island. You get the tickets only in the ticket counter of the site, no online facilities. Reach there before 9am and be in the queue to get the tickets else will be disappointed after going so long. Kuruva Island is a place in the deep woods. Even Google map does not have the exact location pinned to its map. Be cautious to use Google map while going to this place. Suggest you take the help of locals to reach the place and follow the direction board on the roads. Entrance fee charged without any basic facility being provided by the authorities in the so called Island. Inside the island you can take a bath on the running river water. It's very enjoyable as the depth of the river is hardly 3ft in the area where they allow bathing. Kids will have a great time. Once you reach the island you need to take a good 15 mins walk to reach the river belt. Good fun time with family and friends. Authorities to improve the facilities for the convinience of the tourists.

You would like this island if you never visited any island. There is a straight bamboo boat ride to island. Reach there before 8am to get the ticket as only 575 peoples are allowed, we waited for one day to get the tickets. On island there is a plain trek for about 2km.

Best place. Feels like in to the nature. Best place for trip. Can swim in river too. A walk through forest gives so much peace.✌️🕊️

Dont expect too much for this Kuruva island spot. Its not worthy to spend time and money. we waited for long time to get the tickets and its just a small journey to reach the island which created by kabini river.

Great place to enjoy nature

A group of small islands, they have made rafts with Bamboo which can take about 4 to 8 people at a time, weekends and holidays can get crowded, we had to wait for 1 hour for our turn for a 15 minute bamboo raft ride, They sanitized the life jackets that were provided, children below the age of 10 are not allowed on to the rafts. Good place for photography and selfies. Pleasant and tranquill.

It's forest walk... Not trekking place. 2 km we need to walk to get the river destination. And there is a bamboo boat service to cross the river. There is a people count of 750 per day only allowed. We need to be earlier at morning to avoid missing the tickets.

Good Iceland sorrounded by kabani river , variety of flora and fauna is there , can reach there by boat made of bambu and life jackets are provided, plastic are not allowed in the Iceland, follow the instructions of forest guards, better to keep one pair of dress if you want to swim in the cold water of kabani river, the roud rocks are too danger to walk

One of the best place to enjoy with family and friends. Good place to Roam at forest and good place to enjoy the boating.we can enjoy the river water. Surrounding places are very good, food and lodge available with modarate price. Non vegetarian can enjoy the fresh fish dishes. Vegetarian foods also available.
