Rooms are soo neat and clean and the property is so quite place to stay and the balcony view room are good it show the morning mist and beautiful Fog. They stay place is great.. But they not providing food so we need to take of it and no lift...

It was a magnificent experience with my family. Rooms are neat and tidy. Staffs are very friendly. It's recommendable and budget hotel in Wayanad.

Team satra has provided a wonderful hospitality, staff were very cool and pro active, rooms were clean and spacious, 5/5 and a Paisa vasool place to stay.

Food service won't be there either you have to order online (before 8.pm ) or you have to go outside around 2 k.m.The rooms are very nice

A decent place for stay. The room and the bathroom was clean ,hot water was running . The only thing which was unacceptable was the AC is not present in the deluxe room and the cost is 1800 for it. But since this is a hill station we did not feel much heat.

We had a grest stay in Satra for 2 days. Deepesh is a great guy greeted us with smile and helped us. Rooms were clean and spacious, hot water available all the time. It is near to the center and we have ordered food from Swiggy. I would recommend Satra for those visiting Wayanad.

I can see lot of people telling here it’s a new hotel. But why does the room smells bad. It has some stupid smell. And towels are dirty. They have some old towel where the thread was coming out of it and sticking on skin. Mats are dirty, floor was not cleaned at all. It’s was ok kind. For this kind of maintenance it’s bit overpriced. They could have maintained bit well.

Room and service was very good. Value for money. Good parking space. Just that there is no restaurants nearby but you can order from zomato.

This is okiesh hotel it's new so maybe management will tale time to fine tune it the staff was cooperative but still the hotel was lil dirty be sure to check the pillow and bonus point ask for room with balcony towards the hotel entrance

Very good place to stay for decent budget in kalpetta.. The place is calm and has decent parking. The rooms for me felt little dust smell though i cannot see any dust as the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Remember there is no lift here. Another issue i saw is the shower was leaking little, not a big issue, but could have been taken for repair as part of improving the customer experience. They allow outside food, so not an issue with the food as you can order food from swiggy/Zomato. The window/balcony view was very nice. The hotel people are really nice! They speak English, so should not be an issue for outsiders. We had to complimentary water bottles every day. Generally we see that only one water bottle during checkin or in some cases one per day will be given free. But for us, two bottles everyday were given..

Satra Wayanad is an amazing hotel to stay which is situated 2km from kalpetta junction. All facilities are available in the junction. We took 2 rooms which had a common spacious balcony with glass wall which is amazing. We had tea and snacks in the balcony which definitely gave us awesome experience. We had a wonderful stay at this property. Food is not available in the hotel but we can order through swiggy. There are frequent autos running across the hotel which could be used to go to kalpetta junction. Overall experience was brilliant and we definitely recommend this property for enjoyable stay. The hotel team were so polite and friendly.

Very close to Kalpetta town. Good service, clean room and bathroom; TV, AC, fan, electric kettle all excellent in working condition. Hot water available. Overall great experience. The fact that there was no lift available was the only drawback.

Good hotel. It is brand new so everything is new inside. They don't have a kitchen yet so no food service yet. It is ~1.5km away from Kalpetta main market though. Good, quiet location.

This property is new so you can simply book room without thinking twice. The service is excellent. Right in the middle of the city and all destinations are equal distance from the hotel. If you really wanted to enjoy the beauty of Wayanad do not visit during December last week. It is overcrowded. (Lesson learnt from my experience) Pros: Decent rooms with clean bathrooms All amenities available Ample parking space Cons: No lift. But then its good at least you will have a warm up. This hotel have no food facility and its slightly far from main road where restaurants are 1.5 -2kms far. You are relying on the food outside and do not go for ordering food online on zomato as the order will be canceled. Hotel is not that clean and maintained but 1 good thing about them is they provided us early check-in without any charges.

Decent budget place to stay if you are looking to eat elsewhere. Courteous employees who don't speak much of Hindi or English, which could be an issue if you don't have Malayalam. Service is good. Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms.

Well the hotel in itself is good. Rooms and washrooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very polite 1. They do not have a restaurant and hotel is a bit far from the market(2km), So if you dont have your own vehicle then it would be a problem. (It gets really dark and didn't see mucb public vehivles on the road) 2. The rooms mention "with balcony". But balconies only in the front of the hotel are worth it. Other balconies face a wall. The front of hotel has ac rooms and only one non ac room. Overall it will be a good experience if you are just looking for a good, big, clean room

Room are pretty clean but there is no lift and ensure availability of A/C before check-in. Best Part being, smart TV was provided and also the service. Overall a good experience wth good view.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Room with balcony has great nature view. Big rooms with Bed that can easily include three peoples. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I went there with 7 friends in July 2022. We stayed for one night. They can also arrange extra bed in room if you want.

Best place to have a calm night.. but you got no options for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.. you have to go out side to fill your tummy. The stay place is closer for all your tourist spots. Hardly 1hr drive.

A nice place to stay by yourself or with your family while on a holiday to Waynad. A little away from the town but not too far. It is quiet, peaceful and relaxing as one would want on a holiday without the urban noise and emissions. Services are available at short notice on call and the staff is courteous and caring and devoted to ensure that your every need is fulfilled any time of the day or night! The facilities in the room are top bracket. Recommended

If someone would as me for a best stay in wayanad, i would recommend this. At first place, i love the place where its built. Out from the busy area which makes your stay peaceful. Second, rooms are very clean and tidy which makes the stay much more comfortable. At last, loved the way how the receptionist responds and guides with the places and how to visit it in a very patient way. Last but not least, not to forget the parking lot space which is very spacious and safe. No second thoughts about this place. Just go for it. There are also few restaurants near by like Al Rim and Clay pot which should do the job of filling the tummy.. 😊

Well maintained and well kept property with elegant service and hygienic stay.There was hot water in the morning and the breakfast was provided on time as we requested. Highly recommended place..
