I am a customer of Sindur. I bought a wedding dress kurthi for my engagement on 10/09/2022. The quality of the dress was very cheap, but the appearance was good. When I first used it (on my engagement day) it ripped, after that I bought a girls churidhar pant from the local shop. After that, I informed your employees in the accounting department and asked for compensation (reduction from today's purchase).They're not all ready for my compesation.i felt so bad and disappointed with customer care

its okay! considering rich and poor some staffs!! Without that the showroom is better..They should work on staffs not the showroom.And adding more dressing rooms would make it not time wasting! A sea of collection to choose from!And should add music!!! !!←MUSIC IS MUST→!! overall great showroom! i would prefer sindurrr!!!

Very bad shopping experience. When I reached for payment, the person at the section says Card Payment not accepted. They were arrogant when I asked for the reason for not accepting card. Their reply was "Its not our problem, its fault from bank side". When i was making the payment by other option, a "special customer" came and they accepted card from him. I felt such differential treatment in discount also. They generally do great customer service and so have many loyal customers. But it seems like they became arrogant/overconfident due to large scale business and huge profits.

Hi, I had a really bad experience from this shop. I recently made a shopping from Sindur Kalpetta store. I got a dress which needed some alteration. So they told me they will do the alteration from the shop itself , later They told me to pay the bill first, and i payed it. Aftr that they just showed me a small tiny shop across the road where the alteration is made. They just literally abandoned me aftr paying the bill. The so called Tailoring shop doesn’t even have a place to change ur dress or to check whether it fits well or not. And the way they did the alteration was really horrible. Its so rediculous that we are paying such huge amounts were they dont even consider to provide proper tailoring facilities. As it is one of the most important thing for a textile shop. I would never recommend this shop again.

The Quality compromised/cheat The shop looks nice and clean but in the same time quality of the materials are below average. Yesterday i purchased a silk material for stitching blouse and they gave me artificial silk instead of what I asked for. Typically they cheat for gaining some business.

The best part of this shop is the home section where you get bed sheets, towels and such. Prices are very reasonable and the quality is really good. Lots of good export reject stuff at very reasonable prices. I never fail to visit this place every time I go to Kalpetta.

Sindoor is one of the oldest readymade shops in stock will get all kinds of clothes for children, kids, men and women. How over a big bags or travel bags or not available will stop prices affordable and there is ample space for parking.

While choosing sarees we were told we would be given discounts and so we choose many sarees, but while billing the cash counter told us there is no discount. When we argued the sales lady accompanying us told us she would give the cheapest saree as complimentary and the guy at the counter agreed the same. Then suddenly the sales lady asked if we are tourist and I said yes. Then while making the payment we see that nothing was complimentary and all sarees were billed. And the main cash counter person said that they don't have any such policies. So dont know what the miscommunication was but it looked like they scam customers to bill for more like this. Never recommending this place again nor gonna visit ever again.

It is one of the largest clothing stores located in the city of Kalpetta. Lots of collections are available here. I visited here for a wedding shopping. From the budget range to the most expensive clothing available here. This is a nice spacious showroom. The staff's treatment of customers is also very good. It was very busy when I visited here as well as there is a nice parking area here.
