There were in Room No 3 has foul smell. And there were no hot water at night! Food is so costly. Road is too narrow! Rest of all was good. Surroundings are very neat.

We had a wonderful stay at maple ash! All of the staff were absolutely wonderful and helped us with any questions we had. All meals were delicious but lunch in particular was OUTSTANDING. The view is absolutely beautiful as well. Rooms were nice and clean (and lizard free to the relief of my wife). Bathroom was modern and clean. Good facilities including games equipment. Couldn’t fault the staff or the resort. Highly recommend this place!

We were reluctant to book this resort as we heard of it then only. But this resort has in it every ingredient you need for a hearty, peaceful and wonderful stay. Maple Ash is situated among peaks and tea plantations, which makes for a wonderful view in the mornings. The resort itself was clean, well-maintained and hygienic. It has great ambiance and is really beautiful. The staff here were very helpful and friendly and was quick to attend to any needs. The food options were also very great, with the buffet mode of serving, giving us different delicious items to taste. The pool facilities, as well as the indoor facilities were very neat and we'll kept. The rooms were also comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend it.

It's a really really good resort in the midst of the forest. Staff are really courteous. Food is excellent. And the view.....just wow. If you are planning for a getaway and leisure trip then this is the place for you. The resort is bit inside and roads are kinda narrow so need to bit careful there, other than that everything is good.

We have stayed in a room with jacuzzi , don’t expect hot water , 4 seated jacuzzi way comfortable for 2..overall experience was good, could be better . Staff were friendly and kind. View depends on the room ours was today’s the main lobby with a hill view .. it was good. Overall nice experience.

It was an amazing experience staying there. We 4 (myself, my spouse and 2 children) have thoroughly enjoyed the stay. People were very courteous, welcoming, they even made campfire memorable! Buffet though costly, it was nice. Only disadvantage is the path to reach the resort! It was pure off-road!

Pretty good resort with great view of Chembra peak. Staffs are courteous and professional promptly helping with requests. Food was nice too, especially breakfast was exceptional. Rooms could be cleaner as we felt the floors still had a bit of marks, and found two harmless insects. Road to resort is a bit narrow towards the end but perfectly drivable on cars. Road goes through a picturesque tea plantation. Overall I think for the money it's well worth visiting.

The entire staff was great, especially Amrita at the reception and Sujeeth at the restaurant. The food is excellent in particular the local Kerala dishes. The rooms are convenient, clean and well stocked. Wi-Fi works. Overall fun relaxing stay - highly recommended.

Calm and peaceful property to spend with your family.. unlike other resorts most of the activities were open and free.. the location gives you a good scenic view of Chembra Peak.. travelling during winter will be more suitable than in summer

Stayed here for 2 nights during Christmas. Must say the property is neatly maintained and has the amenities to make your stay comfortable. The staff is quite welcoming. Suggestion- Improve a bit more on the food. The food is good but not something you will remember! Overall a very good experience.

The resort is in a very serene location surrounded by tea gardens. very well maintained property with activities for all age group. A friend of mine recommended the place to me and I was not so sure in the beginning as I had the doubts whether the place would be as good as the photos but then when we reached there we understood that the photos were the exact copies of what we see over there. This luxury resort has landscapes of plantations,ponds ,lakes and forest all around.One might feel very close to nature. We stayed in Mountain view villa and had such a nice view of mountains and heard the sweet chirping of birds in the morning which is so soothing. The property is quite spacious. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi in the resort room. We are refreshed and pampered. Such a great place for a romantic escapade. Everything it's just 5 stars There is something for each age group. Many indoor games, Swimming pool,Tennis and much more at this luxurious facility. Trekking is a must do activity here. Excellent hospitality and the staff is extremely professional and friendly. They have jeeps for internal roaming which comes promptly every time. The food spread was very well thought out. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Hospitality was top notch... Worth every penny. We will definitely give a five-star rating and be back!

Maple Ash is a place which I can never forget so easily , the difference is made by the staff who are so professional in everything they do starting with the welcome drink, drop to the villa, food etc. The location gets some brownie points with greenery surrounded. Pool area is great and the indoor games are good. Overall it’s a great hangout place for all age groups, I guess one of the best in Wayanad!!!!

The scenic view of the property is great but it’s quite a task to reach the property with the narrow road. Travelling late hours is definitely not suggested. Experience was decent at the resort, people at the restaurant took extra care to ensure we were comfortable. Highly overpriced stay!

We stayed for two night with family. Resort is looking good ambience, and well maintained lobby and surroundings,Good rooms and kept well. Pool water is clean. Last few meters to the resort, roads are very narrow, only one vehicle can go at a time. Rooms were just ok. But the view from the restaurant and the reception area was too good. And the staff was also very polite and helpful. We had gone to celebrate a birthday, and they made all the arrangements to celebrate it. We had requested an early breakfast as we wanted to visit the 900kandi glass bridge, and they did it without any hesitation, even if it was on a weekend with almost all the rooms full. A special shout out to Mr Noble at the restaurant for his service and politeness.
