Doesn't meet the quality of a 3 ⭐ Hotel ( they claim to be a 3 star hotel) . Dust in room. ( Both living room and bedroom) . No enough bath towels provided in rooms. We'll have to request each time for extras. . No hand towel in room . No face towel in room. . No hangers or soap stand in bathroom. . Bathrooms are not maintained to a 3 star standard. . Broken tiles in bathrooms. . Extra bed has stains. . Bed sheets are stained and high content of chlorine in sheets. . Bed sheets are torn. . Quality of the extra mattress provided is poor. The person sleeping in it can feel the spring in the mattress. . We mentioned this to the front desk agent and they just smile.

Resort facilities are not maintained well. Dinner buffet is very poor. Resort was like public park, there is no privacy. All services needs to be improved. The pool was very crowded. Rooms were not cleaned well. Regret for selecting this resort.

Adithya Resort and Spa is one of the best hotels/resorts that i ever visited . The staffs/receptionists were really helpful and friendly. The location of the said spot is absolutely perfect. The rooms are well equipped and properly maintained.Food prepared is average . Housekeeping is not upto the mark . Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's just a bit better than a lounge. Points: 1. Broken n torn mattress. 2. Water gets blocked in bathing area. 3. It was difficult to stay 2 days after paying for so called 3 star hotel. Services are pathetic. Extra mattress provided were stinking with vomit smell. 4. The room has no air circulation at all. You get suffocated.

The resort is built in a good area with forest like feeling but the rooms need lots of maintenance. Heater not working, steps are broken in villa. Lots of monkeys in the property so have to be careful with closing window etc. toilets average too much insects inside the rooms like ants. Food is very average with limited choices Parking facility is good and they have place for driver stay and food It’s more suited for budget family holiday with kids. The villas are medium expensive

The morning view from balcony in Nov end with all the mist was worth it. There are different caregories of rooms. Went as a team and got to explore more than 1. The electrical appliances in my room were not functioning intially, which was resolved.

My recent stay at the Letstay Adithya Nature Resort & Spa was a dream come true. The beautiful resort had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, from the luxurious amenities to the stunning scenery. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the front office staff. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. I was blown away by their dedication and commitment to making my stay a memorable one. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect vacation experience. Location was awesome... but cottages were so tight and no privacy for anything. Food and service was nice. Bookings were full and no space to walk even outside. Pool was disgusting. Barbecue was a nice experience, but the masala was vomited by all of us. Chicken was full of color. Not recommended for a vacation time....good to go on a off time . Overall average.

Stayed in a two bedroom villa and it was a huge bang for the buck. Rooms were well maintained and service was prompt. I wouldn't prefer rooms with a balcony at an extra cost because there isn't any view. Family and kid friendly space. The pool is small but was well maintained. They have a restaurant with a limited buffet breakfast but we chose to eat from outside.

The resort is decent but there is absolutely no maintenance there. The resort has all the credentials to be a great stay but without a proper management in place, the staff there moves around like a bunch of headless chicken. The staff seems least interested in putting in any effort and is absolutely disinterested in working. The food is pathetic and almost our full group was down with food poisoning after eating there for two days.

Nothing wrong with location, service or room space and cleanliness. These are all good. But we had a horrible experience with the food. The food quality was downright bad. Not much option for kids/senior citizens. We ended up ordering milk and chapati at night, but milk itself was horribly bad. Wouldn’t recommend this place for a family vacation. But for bachelors, I think this would be a great outing…

Writing this out of high pressure. Keeping a 2 yr old kid, it's a very poor place. We had all facilities but everything is just a showcase, nothing will either work. We were just 5 mins in room and my kid was not able to stay there, we asked for partial refund so tat sha checkout. They showed another room, in which Hall, dining bathroom were there n the room was in a size of bed. Phone didn't work, wall fan was towards some other wall. So I won't recommend for family. It's a very good place for bachelors who can adjust or a place for people who didn't need any basic amenities. We ended up fighting between us and sleepless night, with mosquito treats.

Located in a scenic location with many facilities available, the resort gives you an okay-ish experience. The resort has a lot of scope to improve. The villas had very poor lighting even inside the bathroom which surely could be maintained properly. The washbasin inside the bathroom also had poor flow of water with the presence of spider webs inside the rooms as well, as well as the frequent visits by ants and other bugs as part of nature's visitors. The water heater in some of the villas seldom work, and the sheets smell very bad. The blankets provided for extra beds also smelled bad and was very dusty. But the services provided were very good as they did provide fresh sheets after complaining and cleaned the rooms daily. The food was great and so was the entire ambience. The workers helped us with our luggage and with all our necessities. There's plenty of parking available, and the security men and staff were very friendly plus the resort is located away from all the traffic jammed roads ensuring peace for all the visitors.

Good location on the top of a hill in small forest. Rooms are arranged as small huts with single/two bedrooms. With nice view from balcony even on summer time. Can watch some small wild animals and birds nearby. Restaurant is located with good ambience between these huts. Small pool and children play area with are beautifully located and small area to walk through between. Staffs are friendly and always available on demand. But cleaning was poor especially bathrooms.

Well maintained rooms. Excellent stay must visit property for unwinding to be way hustle bustle of city life. We had a pleasant stay and good service I would like to appreciate the staff and managers for there service had long walk along beautiful pathways. Very good ambience all around

The property is good and the location also fine. Its a peaceful place to just sit and relax. But there is no network connectivity in this place. They are offering WiFi but no use of it. Once you moved out of reception there will be no connectivity. And there is no one to ask or resolve our needs once we entered inside. Reception just work like to give and take back room keys.

I would like to thank the people who are all in reception and stay was super pleasant and only one feedback to the property is please prepare food if the customer is requesting food on untime... Because the time given for breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea/coffee break other than that if the customer is requesting for a coffee after break hours please make them a coffee/tea... Its a kind request because there are no shops around the property... Rest all it was super calm stay💜

I recently stayed at LetStay Adithya Nature Resort & Spa in Vythiri, Wayanad. The resort offers a good atmosphere with its location on top of a small mountain, providing breathtaking views. The food was tasty, and the resort offers gaming facilities and a park for children. However, I noticed some areas for improvement, as some amenities need better maintenance, and there was dust inside the wardrobe. Additionally, the pool was on the smaller side. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with room for enhancement.

The place and ambience is mesmerizing. But the service is very bad. We payed for an extra bed which even after calling thrice to the housekeeping we did not receive and also they were not kind enough to provide us with extra bottles of water. There is no proper manager to the place. The food is also not great.

Its ok kind of stay , rooms should be more tidy and clean, service to villa was very difficult and time taking. Amazing breakfast, authentic Kerala food. Worst thing is this Hotel is on a hill, but the road they construct to reach was like very steep high and placed an entrance gate in middle of the steep, so when u get in from main road with first gear after the entrance gate most of the car wont me moving further up.

I don't like to recap that time period where I am there with my family and friends. Strict rules, Rude behavior staff, Irresponsible managers are completely spoiled our spared days. Fish market is better than this place if you choose in weekend. Breakfast was good.

This resort is in a very good location in Wayanad, it's hardly 3 km away from Vythiri and you can cover all the tourist attractions from this resort around 40km radius. cottages are very clean and neat, it's in amidst nature all trees are there, you can see many birds and Malabar giant squirrels from cottages, Food is average here AS tried only vegetarian varieties only which are not that grate. It's a good place to chill out and enjoy.

We really enjoyed the stay in the resort. Especially, the staffs were truly friendly and they made us felt like home. Best part of the place was the view at mornings and evenings. Will definitely visit this place for next time overall very good ......❣️

Located in Vythri this is one of the good resorts in the area. The cottages are big in size and well maintained. A lot many activities are there for both kids and adults - indoor games, swimming pool, bonfire with barbeque set up, dance area, spa, etc. However the only issue is with the service. The housekeeping and kitchen staff are very slow. Restaurant food menu doesn't offer much options. Even the breakfast menu is very limited with an average food quality. Parking is available inside the resort.

Highlights; Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were 8 adults and 2 kids The place was green, beautiful and maintained The rates are reasonable The rooms were neat and good The food was good too The service was acceptable, not excellent maybe due to the rush Some staff and senior persons were really helpful and accommodative not all though Few improvements which were well accepted by a Senior person; Parking was an issue, there was not sufficient space They should have drivers available to support us as not all are used to Kerala's steep and curvy roads. Specially during rains. The staff should be well trained and instructed on how they are supposed to speak to the guests. We had a bad experience in the middle of the night, this Security Guard came and forced us to remove the Car which was asked by their staff to park. There were a few other issues which had to be escalated to get resolved The staff in the restaurant did not know the menu and was very slow to the requests If the above areas are taken care of it is a beautiful and peaceful place. Due to the escalations, time and mood used to get off at times, though there was a Senior person available all through the day who was very helpful and kind.

They have offered a great stay, indoor/outdoor games, pool and programme room. I would say it was all a false promise and they don't have any proper people management there. The day we 4 families checked in, it was a full rush and we were not feeling any good ambience there. All the gaming rooms programme rooms and pool were completely occupied by more people as all these facilities are just for namesake and not even considered how many guests are staying there. That day I can say the programme room was full time occupied and people were in queue. We waited till 10 o'clock and after some time the room was free. But these guys came and said, the rooms are available only until 10. We requested and they were not listening at all. It was the same for the pool. The pool was not even in a good state to use and was dirty. the only thing they did for us was provided the braai area. As we understood, we will not get anything they offered and decided to enjoy on that corner without any proper lighting. To be honest, if you are looking for any good ambience and family friends get-together, please don't prefer. They are not considering how their guest utilises the facilities as they have very minimal set-up. The stay itself one of the rooms was out of electricity for 2 hrs and all the rooms were not as good as offered.

We stayed on 2 bedroom villa. We were 5 peoples bachelors. The property is mainly for family. But the guest service and their behaviors are priceless and respectful. This is located among woods and you can see some birds and insects which you mayn't be able to see in city life. Entire family can stay in a single villa and that's the good part. Breakfast is OK but dinner has limited options and for someone who is not from Kerala, you may not enjoy the food. Service isn't great, TV issues remained during my entire stay.

Very poorly maintained rooms. Water was dripping from the ceiling although there was no rain. Bed was horrible as it was not flat. Extra bed provided was so bad that we kept it aside and adjusted on the existing bed. Not recommended for elder people as there are steep ways. Dinner served was so bad. Breakfast was good with good number of items. No wifi or mobile signal inside the room. Very small swimming pool. Overall doesn't felt like it's worth the money spent (10k for a cottage).

A very good resort is being managed by probably the worst management. Location: very good. (But it’s tooo steep to reach there. New drivers, be careful there) Rooms: Good Receptionist behaviour: Very Good Food: Worst. They served stale chicken items with us. No one listen even if you complain. Management: HORRIBLE. They can not manage a group of 5 to 10 people forget about managing the whole resorts. I saw many people had argument in the restaurant because of extreme delay in food service and bad quality of food. I was there to celebrate new year. The only good thing they did was arranging DJ nights for us, of course they charged us 3x for that. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The resort itself is amazing. It's located in a pristine and isolated forest where the first things you listen to are the birds in the morning. However the rooms have a lot of problems. No hot water option in the wash basin, dank and smelly cupboards, monkeys The food is awesome

The rooms were clean, very comfortable. One of the best resort I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. The restaurant located inside the resort , (Hornbill) was delicious and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. Staffs upon the arrival were good but they can actually talk little more politely. Apart from that the stay was awesome and I and my friends thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely suggest Adithya Resort and I would for sure visit again … 🙂👍🏽

The location and ambience are good The service is the worst one....they delivered dinner to our room two hours later, we almost slept They don't allow any outside food and we have no choice but to buy in their premises, and they failed to deliver the food in time. Regarding services we had to ask multiple times for TV and room cleaning, then they came late, we could've cleaned the room by ourselves instead of waiting for that much time. Two hours for dinner was too late and we almost slept by the time dinner arrived.
