One among the multiple shop building in this area..Not fully functional stil good. In the heart of kalpetta city.Famous jweller fransis alukas, supermarket chain grand fresh, samsumg care, asianet wayanad office etc are here. This is the building in which wayanadiyans have seen escalator for the first time.😂. The ground floor is fully functional. Empty shops are there in tops floor . This building is having a good under ground parking space.(i haven't been inside parking because i have parked in front of the building in which small parking area is available) . Good views about hilltower. Liked it
