They have very bad behaviour to the customers. Once we are at the shop for purchase, they behave in a good manner. But once the item is purchased and we call them for aftercare services, they speak in a rude manner. Definitely, they have a poor service. They should definitely improve their manners to customers. Had a really worst experience.

I gave my phone for camera blur 2weeks back. First they said four days. After 4 days they said 5 more days. Then they said 5 more days. Now their contact number is switched off. Don't give your phone to these people if you want your phone back. Absolute rubbish service.

Service is good, but pathetic manners and behavior from staff. Not so good experience from the staff. I really don't understand why they behave like its some help they are giving. Its the service we deserve. Unfortunately received bad attitude from staff there. Hope I won't need to go there again....

Very good service. Nice behavior from the staff. I have given my poco f1 for screen replacement. They have contacted me after few hours and told me that product is ready to deliver. I was unable to go on that day and i collected on the next day. Am fully satisfied with the service and satisfied with the new product part. Neat showroom, drinking water, books to read, TV to watch, parking area for customer available.

it is a best service station. the prosedure for servicing our mobile phone and other accessories are very simple. good appearance to the customer.i visited the service station yesterday and replaced my mi earphone .
