Great experience & perhaps the best said an example for what a Home Stay is all about. 
We stayed here for 2 days. It was a family trip aimed at relaxation. Very neatly maintained property & most courteous people I have come across in the near past. We stayed on the upper villa that has great view of coffee estate and mountain view.I loved the stay, it was just awesome, very helpful and friendly host, great and quiet location, beautiful scenery, all together just made my vacation beautiful. Property was at calm location and all the tourist places were within our range. Kalpatta main market area was also quite nearby. Property was good in that price.

Best experience ever...had a great stay.. excellent hospitality..rooms were clean and comfortable.. provides complete privacy..highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting wayanad ..

Mentality of caretaker was so bad. Kitchen property are shown in iyo ads, but they are not given the stuffs. If you guys are booking low rate with offer they are never give the upside villa.....

It was a wonderful experience, Very well maintained excellent calm place to stay!! Two double bedrooms with kitchen facility were provided. And at the last day of our stay, Bonfire was provided as complimentary, Take caretaker was very helpful. Jaseem was very helpful and supportive during the stay. Great view of mountains from the location. On the whole Perfect place to stay for vacation. Following suggestions from our side: 1. In Hall Curtains needs to be provisioned, since the windows are transparent. 2. In master bedroom, the placement of Cot was at the corner adjacent to bathroom whereas the ceiling fan in the middle, air flow was insufficient.

Calm and quite stay in a limited premises surrounded by blankets of nature.... For drinking if you want bottled water then you have to buy from outside. Here pipeline water is only available..

One of the worst resort I have visited, they won't provide satisfied service, It's just a waste of money. Please don't visit this resort.They won't provide any proper service we are busy disappointed

What a beautiful and perfect place to stay for vacation!! Two double bedrooms with a hall partitioned with a dining and a mini fridge were provided. Kettle, sugar, tea and coffee powder were available. Great view of mountains from the porch. All in all a great place to stay.

Just loved place .. we stayed there for 2 days... and we had a great time...but... service is very poor....don't expect any service from the host

The Wi-Fi is not working properly and the owner told that there is a nice road to the villa, which was not the case when we went. The flush in one of the washroom doesn’t work properly. If you want the Wi-Fi you have to go out and access it. When asked about it he says that it is because of the rain.

Affordable stay. Rooms are not that luxurious and clean. But the hill view and the privacy we get here is awesome.

Worst experience, care taker is very bad, he cannot understand language. Also, minimum facilities like hot water is not available. We said we will pay money to get hot water but no use. Better to carry your own food, restaurants are 5km away. Even coffee shop is not available at this place. Just don't get fooled by ambience.

We enjoyed 2 daysWe spent two days at green garden homestay - Wayanad. ... Field View Estate Bungalow located at Wayanad, is set amidst of lush coffee plantations interspersed by cascading waterfalls and singing streams.

Very poor. No A/c and also only small wall mounted table fan inside the room, No proper service people, room is filled with insects and mosquitoes after 6pm and TV also not working. Very worst property of Oyo.

Language barrier with the care taker, you must knw one of the South Indian languages, orelse enjoy the miscommunication

It's a good calm and quite place.Very affordable place and rooms are perfect.You can book a cottage with 2BHK in affordable price.We'll get privacy too and parking space is also available.Good for both family, couples and bachelor's.
