Please, stop doing this. I ordered a snack meal containing a 2 piece chicken, 2 buns and French fries via bunana app. Don't know, which was worst, hence had to dump all of them together in waste bin. I initially thought of ordering some food for them online or via bunana, so that they get to know, what's the difference. You need to find out what's wrong and solve it fast.

Worst experience.. broast quality was very poor. Dessert item were average.. service also poor.. but the ambience is nice.. need to improve the food quality and service

I had tried to order Al Fahm via zomato and after 45 minutes since accepting the order they called back and told me they did not have the dish in Stock. They are doing this on purpose, I even doubt they offer Al Fahm. They then force us to accept what they serve. They sent me a bland grilled chicken Instead. I don't usually like to say negative about places, but these guys have to get their act together. The whole management of the place is as bad or worse than the food. The taste ain't great even their shawarma is very poor. Kalpetta now has quality shawarma spots, so never think of going here for shawarma etc. I really hope these guys improve their food quality. Lot of good places nearby better to check those places out.

Loved it not bad only the problem is there was no wrapping with the burger which i felt my hands full of cheese.and the space utilization was great and likable ambience also and affordable price also

Visited 2 Days before.Food is not at all good and They doesn't know the making of Mojitos .We ordered Pashion fruit mojitos and received A glass of Sprite with Passion fruit essence.Over priced and not recommended.

tooo wrost food they delivered... they are simply mentioned menu they do know basic things how to prepare food I order fried chicken brosted they send me half waved bad smelled chiken , no taste no hot bad packing do not try anyone this hotel avoid any cost

A cosy place in kalpetta to hangout and snack with your friends. Let me address the good things first The interiors are great, they actually have a real ukulele inside. You can see the food being prepared. The people inside are warm and they had this buy two get one free offer which was really nice. To the 'not so good' stuff. They don't have a menu card, the food doesn't match up to the Interiors and the vegetable sandwich we got had no vegetables in it. It was like Bread, cheese, lettuce, bread. The fries felt limp and in dire need of some salt. The offer was good though.
