We stayed for 2 days with family and loved the experience of our stay. The property is located so aesthetically and the staff were so warm helpful and friendly. Food was amazing breakfast dinner even their tea tastes fantastic.. All and all great experience will surely visit again !!

Great place to stay in Wayanad. New property with clean and well maintained rooms. Services rendered by the staff are fabulous. One minor con is that their restaurant is partly functional for breakfast and dinner as of now. Lunch from outside property is arranged for the guests which is a workable arrangement. Most of the tourist attractions are with in an hours drive for the hotel location. Recommended for couple stay.

My experience at this hotel, where I tried the dinner buffet, was quite enjoyable. The food served in the buffet was not only delicious but also well-prepared. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the hotel's employees. They were not only kind but also very friendly, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's worth noting that, as we visited during a holiday, there was a bit of a wait to dine due to the high demand. However, the patience and kindness displayed by the staff made the wait much more bearable. Their excellent behavior and customer service added a positive touch to our dining experience.

I must say this place is situated in a very scenic place. I went here for lunch. Chicken biryani tasted good which was not expensive at al. View from here very good. They even have rooms to stay if you are in waynand. Staff are very friendly they treat you well. Overall a very good experience and i suggest this place for a cup of coffee if you on the way

Very good ambience at the sky bar. One major mistake I found is they served me beef pickle as soon as I ordered a drink. It was very offensive as I don't eat beef .they should respect people and ask or tell before serving. Food quality can be better. Staff is good and with some training can be best. Over-all a good experience

I loved everything about my stay here. This was my second visit to the hotel. Here is why this place would be a memorable destination. A true hotelier adds value to your stay and for my family it started during my previous visit. We had an opportunity to interact with Mr Jaznan, who is a true host in every sense. He took time out of his busy schedule to walk us around the huge property that Saugandhika is built on. The owner of the property has kept a part of the property as a farm house with plants, orchards, fruits and livestock. If you plan to stay at Saugandhika, I highly recommend that you visit the farm, especially in the morning hours. Mr Jaznan made sure that he was present around our table during dinner and pampered us. We were surprised to see him back on duty early in the morning the next day during breakfast and he ensured that we got the best of the service. It's really rare to feel the warmth of hospitality these days. Mr Jaznan at Saugandhika is an exception.

I recently had the pleasure of staying two days with my Family at Saugandhika West Gate and I can't say enough about what a fantastic experience it was, everything was top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made us feel like a valued guest .The rooms were exquisite and restaurant offered a diverse menu, and the food was delicious . The Hotel pool was under maintenance so we couldn't use it . Overall it was a very pleasant stay .

The best hotel I've ever stayed at ! The rooms were very clean and comfortable with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. Staff was really pleasant and helpful. Their service was exceptional. Clean rooms and humble service. Will highly recommend if you have plans to stay and move around Sulthan Bathery . It's around 6km from Sulthan Bathery towards Kozhikode. While we were there the food option was breakfast only and breakfast was great. But the closest restaurant is "Food Bae" and as per my friends the Non veg was really great. I'll reserve my opinion as a pure veggie on Veg food

Went for 199/- buffet dinner . They served 03 non veg ,02 veg , soup , salad, appam , Porotta, sweet, fried rice , noodles . These many items jut for 199/- is worth . Service provided by Mr Jinu (FOM) is of high quality.

Service is okay, need a little more attention on that. Price is reasonable in consideration with food quality, quantity and the premium feel.

The hotel is on the main road itself. We didnt stay here but stopped by for breakfast. The restaurant staff was very very courteous and made sure the kids got their food first. The washrooms are in excellent condition.

We stopped on our journey to have the buffet dinner. Though the Indian food was excellent, the so called Korean noodles and other Chinese items left much to be desired. But their Kerala food was superb with mouth watering beef and chicken. The North Indian cuisine which was a part of the buffet was also good although what they served as Baingan Bartha was not exactly that but more like Baingan Masala (it tasted yummy anyway). The staff are extra sweet and helpful and went out of their way to keep it all easy for us. And ofcourse the highlight: this buffet is for just ₹199/- and it is eat all.

Rooms here start at 2800 rupees. At a very convenient location. By the highway side, but calm and quiet. Restaurant here is awesome. They serve Chicken Biriyani for 120 Rupees. 3 pieces of chicken and an average quantity of rice. They do have a very nice parking space. Swimming pool is under construction.

Recently had lunch from their restaurant. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I ordered a Chicken Biryani and Meals with fish curry. The Chicken Biryani was simply outstanding and exceeded my expectations. The flavors were well-balanced. The fish curry meals were even more impressive. Served in small containers, each dish was thoughtfully presented. From the tiny cup of fish curry to the prawns curry, dried prawns preparation, small piece of omelette, and a few pieces of fried fish (natholi), every component was a treat for the taste buds. The diverse flavors made the meal truly memorable. It's worth mentioning that the price of the meal, at just Rs. 95, was incredibly reasonable considering the high quality and variety of dishes. After my satisfying lunch, I took the opportunity to inquire about the room tariffs. The rates appeared to be quite reasonable compared to other hotels in the vicinity, with prices starting around Rs. 3500 per night. However, I would recommend verifying the current rates with the hotel before making a final decision. The impressive interior design, spacious dining area, and the quality of the food make it a worthy dining destination. While the service staff could benefit from a more cheerful and attentive attitude, the flavors and affordability of the meals more than make up for any minor shortcomings. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a delightful culinary experience without burning a hole in their pocket.

We had been to the restaurant here on the way back to Bangalore from Wayanad.. The food was really amazing and the rates are very reasonable too.. Good service and great ambiance.. would definitely recommend for a food break along the highway..

It is located by the road and is very nice for what is costs. The food was the cheapest I have ever seen and decent for its price. The rooms were nice and spacious. The location isn't like a resort or anything, it is great for overnight stay though.

Today on our way from Coimbatore to Kannur we stopped here to have lunch. We felt this is the best food we have ever had at a reasonable cost. More over the staffs at Saugandhika West Gate are very friendly, polite and Helpful. I can suggest this to all traveling on this route. Its a super ambience space to have your food and to spend some time with family... Great hospitality with well trained and professionally experienced staffs. Luxuary rooms also available in various prices.. they are providing pool facilities to the inmates too. The food varieties also nice and not that much costly.

Excellent Hotel !! So, you're planning your trip to Wayanad and browsing around for hotels and reading reviews, trying to decide. Right? Well, look no further, this hotel is 'exactly' like you see in the pictures online. After having stayed here, I can safely say this comes in the top 5 in the Kalpetta - Sulthan Bathery area. Absolutely incredible ambience and architecture. This is a 4-5 star hotel placed right next to the highway. It had all the amenities and creature comforts one expects in a hotel and that too at a very reasonable price. Very well maintained and organized. The bed was immaculate, the bathrooms were squeaky clean and the windows were spotless! The rooms with the balcony offer an amazing view of hills and farmlands and add to that the polite and devoted staff who always greet you with a smile - this hotel was an exquisite experience! Highly recommended!

I went for having dinner. For 199, we have many choices with unlimited food and can choose according to our wishes. The buffet system is there. The menu will be different for each day. The food was good and the staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Now and then they are refilling appreciable items. Have sufficient parking place. It's an AC restaurant so the food was not having much warmth.

It was one of the best experience. The room was super clean and it was loaded with good features. View from the balcony in the night and morning is quite amazing. Quality of food should be improved. Breakfast was good with 3-4 options - no fruits/juice provided. Staff is helpful and courteous. Slightly away from the centre of the city but still worth it for the hygiene aspect of the rooms.

Saugandhika hotel one of the best place to stay in wayanad. They are giving very good facilities and the staff is very polite. We stayed for 2 days there and we stayed in some other hotel for 2 days too which was expensive then saugandhika but they can't match the quality and service of saugandhika resort. We are very thankful to the staff to make our trip more memorable. We know that as a vegetarian their was less option in buffet . But taste was good. Their breakfast was very good . One time at night time we ordered khichdi for our kid and their cook prepared it very well. So over all we are very much happy with our stay in saugandhika hotel.

They offered buffet dinner at 199/-. But very bad service. Not sufficient food in buffet tray. Mostly vessels are empty I don't know why they are running buffet without out sufficient quantity food. Taste also not good. Look wise ambience are ok but taste and service very bad..

Simple awesome South Indian food. We are stunned by the taste of the dishes. Just like Mom made food. loved it. Surprisingly affordable prices 600/- per 6 people with Thali and Biryani.

The meals we had in the afternoon, prices at 80 was very good and worth the price. More than 10 varieties and taste was satisfying, with unlimited rice. Good and clean ambience. The restaurant looked flashy and neat.

There was an awesome experience which we had stayed here. The property is well maintained & staffs are so polite & kindness... Food also very good & taste.... Need to increase some more items in buffet... I'm strongly recommended for family stay...
