A few yards away from the beach, hearing the healing sounds of waves is a true heaven in itself. Amazing location with fishermen as our only company on the beach during the day. Lovely place. The greenery around the cottages give you a fresh feel. Their premium set facing rooms on the first floor was our choice and we are glad to have made the choice. We went through the booking by contacting the hotel directly to ensure we had a sea facing room. The rooms are well maintained and the staff are super friendly. Food is a vital part of a holiday and our palette was well treated during our stay. We loved their breakfast spread on both days of our stay. The chef needs a special pat on the back. The swimming pool and games room are frequented by guests and well equipped and maintained.

This place is a rip off! Extremely disappointing our stay was... The rooms are nothing compared to the pictures... There is this funny concept of a "sea view" and "beach view" room which are 1000 rs. apart... In the sea view room you can only see the horizon and hear the waves... In the beach room is where you can actually see the entire seashore... A very ridiculous concept in my opinion... The rooms had a stench.. The bedsheets had stains.. The ac had a smell... The staff were reluctant to help make the stay better.. Overall extremely disappointing experience for the amount of money I paid (over 3k rupees)

Lovely location right on the road that runs along a stretch of beach. Great food in the restaurant. Clean rooms and beds. Balcony facing palm trees and the sea made a huge difference. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice swimming pool. Bathroom needs updating - extractor fan broken and shower faulty. I would highly recommend this resort.

View from the room is very good. We had a balcony which was sea facing ( 1st floor room ). All the time we were hearing the sound waves. Room spacious enough for family of 3. Bathroom was clean and neatly maintained. Staff were courteous and helpful We had dinner in the hotel itself. They serve beer as well in the dinner place. We ordered Gobi Manchurian, Banana Fritters, and a roll. All were tasting good and reasonably priced Next day breakfast was also pretty satisfying. The restaurant is located in the first floor and we can have a view of sea all the time. Overall nice experience I am deducting 1 star due to bad WIFI. Airtel connectivity is bad in Kappad beach. Along with that we had a bad WIFI connection in room. They have placed 1 repeater per building ( which has 2 rooms ). And the location of that repeater is so bad, that we get signal only in the front door ( or outside ). Once you move inside the room, there is no signal at all. We complained about this, someone came and tried to repair, but without any luck.

Place is nice and Isolated with very few small shops. Can be accessed only through personal vehicles. Nearby beach is awesome, must visit during cool weathers. Don’t expect any eateries nearby, so carry your own food and water. Hotel/ Resort nearby is available, it can be booked if planning to stay, but might be costly.

One of the only 2 resorts in Kappad Beach it is an ok-ish resort. Nothing extravagant nor is the property huge. If you want a place to stay near the beach then you can consider this option without expecting any luxury. It does not have any private beach. You will have to access the public beach across the road. For the services and infrastructure it provides it is a bit pricey. We conducted a wedding there. It's a residential area, immediately outside the boundary wall is houses with inhabitants because of which loud sound cannot be permitted after a certain time. So if you are planning to conduct any event please bear this in mind.

Overall very good experience. Good Ambience. Situated very close to Sea. A beautiful beach also nearby. Rooms are spacious. You can sleep quietly with the sound of waves in the background. It is very refreshing to watch the sea from balcony (Beware of slippery floor in balcony in rainy season). Sea view from rooms in the ground floor has been slightly distracted by a small compound wall. Service and staff behaviour are Good. They have utilized most of the available outdoor space. A good swimming pool is also there. Good multicuisine restaurant also there. Food is costlier. But dont worry, good local eateries are available within 1 km distance.

Excellent location, rooms about. 100 meter away from the sea. Property is overall well managed. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice patch of grass, pool and large rooms. Couple of things you could improve on 1. Improve the hot water system. Doesn't work seamlessly with the shower. 2. Add a cycling for guests to roam close by(paid or otherwise) 3. Add a kids play place. 4. Most importantly, improve your local cuisine. Sadly, in most restaurants in Kerala, everyone is so focused on serving north Indian/middle eastern food that they are not able to bring the authentic local cuisine taste. I wish you would seriously consider improving this. Overall great value for money

An above average place. Good rooms especially the premium ones. You can get a good view of the sea. Food is just average. It's right on the main road, so you will have to wait till the crowd goes (around 8-9) for a peaceful environment.

I recently stayed with my family at Kappad Beach Resort just two days ago. Overall, it's a lovely place with a great environment and it's incredibly close to the beach. The breakfast, while average, was still enjoyable. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The rooms and bathrooms were in need of renovation, and I found that they didn't quite meet my expectations considering the room price. Despite this, the beautiful surroundings and beach proximity make it a worthwhile stay for those who prioritize location and atmosphere.

Had tea, fresh juice and French fries. V good. Beautiful location on the beach. Open restaurant with fans. Could be warm in summer. Nice pool. Toilets not clean.

We stayed at this property for a night with family. The property is located very close to the sea. The view from the rooms is really awesome. The property is a bit old and needs improvements, esp to bathrooms. Decent food and great service. Overall we were satisfied .

Good location, very close to the beach. You can feel the sea right away!! But the resort is not maintained well. Food is homely, but no varities. Also for buffet- you have to wait a long to get the items refilled. Better to go early for buffet. Swimming pool is also average. Not cleaned regularly. Wifi is very poor. No range for bsnl and jio connection in rooms. Cycle can only be used inside the resort. Toileteries given are average items. NOT WORTH FOR MONEY SPENT (Rs 5000/ Night)

Had a very bad experience with the staff when sitting in the premium bar section. No hospitality at all. We were forced to sit like as if we came for meditation when i was giving a party to my friends. We were not much loud but they were telling to stay quiet and also after some time we went outside to make some videos from the lawn and garden and they forced us to leave the premise. We had spend a good amount for the drinks and food and we had this worse experience. This is not how you should behave to your guest. Will not suggest to anyone and wont be coming there again.

Good location. Very near to sea. You can sleep hearing the sound of sea waves. Some improvement in room furnishings of old block is needed.

The resort is good. If you book 1st floor then you will be able to get sea view from the the balcony. The rooms were neat and clean. They also have auditorium which can be booked.

Good place to enjoy a day or two with family or friends. The beach is just in front of the venue so you get to enjoy the beach view. The rooms are quite neat. They also have a swimming pool and kids pool. The buffet breakfast ok but nothing special about it.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you wish to experience Kappad beach, near Calicut. We stayed two nights here. The resort is located right opposite the beach. Rooms are spacious with decent amenities. Staff are very courteous and service is good. Restaurant food is good but the dinner menu can be improved. There is a swimming pool here. The main beach is a 5 min drive from the resort, else one can use the beach right opposite. Rates are decent and we got a good package that included breakfast, evening tea and one more meal- lunch or dinner. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Service - is likely some bad i just experienced but overall I love it Ambiance:- New concept with everywhere greenery and nice seating space this place gives good vibes around you. This rooftop cafe with closed roof have 2 areas for seating. Food:- Talking about food I specially likes somes drinks over here some are spicy guava, martini, nightjar blast. My friends ordered some non veg and they loved it. Some must tries are Mac n cheese, peri peri spring rolls, Kamal kakdi.

Rooms were quite good. Our room had an amazing view overlooking The sea. Network reception here was not good enough (Airtel, not sure about other providers). Overall had an amazing experience.

Best sea view resort in Kozikode, Calicut. Located in a very Serene atmosphere. Rooms are decent and comfortable.... One can enjoy the waves as well as the music of the sea from the first floor balcony. Front office people are very friendly.... Food items are delicious and tariff is reasonable.... One can happily choose this resort for total relaxation...!!!!

Very nice place facing sea. Not crowded and peaceful. Little expensive compared to the facilities and not knowing local language is surely difficult to explain what you want.

Absolutely amazing place with beach side view in the premium rooms. Very near to the Kappad beach view point and absolutely luvd the place. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were well equipped. The open air pool was quite clean and had a lot of fun in that after going to the beach. They also provide good gym, wifi and other facilites. Would totally recommend to anyone who wants to stay at a beach resort

Well at the end however i went in the rainy season. And it was raining along with the hustling sound of waves, the place was really nice. The food is on the little costlier side as expected. However, if you go out for a walk there are other food joints also.

Had a issue with hot water, shower never worked . Tough to get even one bucket of hot water . Rooms were good , location is good .service is prompt, pool is well maintained . Food is average, wouldn't recommend dining at hotel . There is a grains hotel 6 km away on NH 66 which serves better food .

Nice place to stay. But they need to work on the hygiene aspects. Curtains and bedsheets didn’t feel fresh. Probably because of the salt water from the sea.

Good sea facing resort. Staff is friendly and helpful. We booked 2 premium sea facing room and 1 premium sea facing room (ground floor). The rooms in 1st floor had a very beautiful beach front balcony and the ground floor room gives access to a good lawn. Room was really premium quality. Wash room was clean and has safe locker, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, shawing kit, sewing kit, dental kit. The arm chair and work table with high chair and charging points in balcony was really good. Restaurant food was good too, but bit expensive as usually seen in all resorts. Complimentary breakfast was good too and included lots of verities. There is no private beach but can reach beach by just crossing a small road. Swimming pool is good too. I wish the children play area is made little better and the restaurant ambience be improved.

I highly recommend this family-friendly resort for a relaxing getaway with your loved ones. The location is truly peaceful and sets the perfect ambiance for your stay. exceptional food and service made our experience truly top-notch. Although it is located about 1 to 1.5 hours away from Calicut, the journey is well worth it.

We had conducted our College Batch Get-together. Thought the property is slightly old and need some up gradation, the location and proximity to beach makes this place special. We all had very good time during our stay. Staff were very friendly, cooperative and made all arrangements for a very smooth conduct of the program. Need to specially mention the support given by Mr.Vivek (Resort Manager) and Mr Shimjith (Banquet Manager) Food and service was also exceptionally good. Would highly recommend this place for small gatherings at a reasonable budget.
