Good place to stay with kids and family. They ensured to make us comfortable. Every time they look forward to help us feel better. Even they helped to wash the car 🚗. Looking forward to stay on my next travel.

Good hotel with amazing staff. On the highway and offers wonderful spa service. Came in here for a stay and rooms were really clean and tidy. Worth every penny and staff is really good. Hotel and rooms are adjacent and descent food available.

Writing this review from hotel itself, very bad food, they say that hotel maintenance, they should do the maintenance when no guest at hotel. its so much inconvenience for every one in the family staying here , they don't even provide Tea in morning or evening. not worth paying so much. don't even come & I don't recommend this hotel for any one. poor staffs. very disappointed coming here. I wasted my time, money & mostly peace. one of the worst hotel.

Food was excellent in the restaurant, we had malabari veg biriyaani, and the coconut chutny was extraordinary, and beetroot pickle was mouth watering yummy... And the paneer 65 also 🤩 and their service and hospitality was very good

I am very sorry to say this..... Food is very bad.... We arranged a party there a few days back and we had a bad experience from the staff, especially from the hotel manager.... Initially the hotel manager seems to be a nice person but when the party started he and his staff showed their real face.... Hotel manager and his staff is least bothered about the well-being and comfort of their guests....they don't know how to handle a situation peacefully... If you are expecting a good party time or a good time with your family members, please stay away.... I am very sorry to give such a feedback... but I do not have a choice....

Rooms are good, people are good when service is considered, very humble.. But, please eat outside and not at this hotel. Really bad food. No taste in any of the preperation. We ordered almost 6-7 dishes in total for lunch.. Chicken biryani was like chicken added in white rice. Absolutely pathetic!! Plus there were multiple stones in the biryani, must have come from rice. Aloo gobhi dry was very semi gravy, lachha paratha was absolutely dry like chewing gum. Malabar paratha was good and dal fry was okaish. Water melon juice first comes really good. Next, we reorder and then comes a diluted juice with such bad taste. Don't waste ur hunger here, pls order something from outside else go out and eat anything.

Great economic place to stay in wayanad. Service is excellent & prompt and rooms are very clean. Special shout out to the manager jitesh who constantly enquired about us & promptly resolved all our requests.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Such a horrible place and horrible staff. They do not care about Customers. They get things done when they feel like. Waited for so long to get our meals just so that they could serve us main course before starters. And when we spoke to the manager he was least bother. Such a horrible place

Very neat and clean rooms, we loved the stay. Absolutely worth the price. The only problem we faced was that the restaurant wasn't open at the time we visited, and there was no complimentary breakfast provided. Staff was very polite and helpful.

No food options, no customer service. For everything you ask, there is a standard reply that “it’s not our responsibility” whether it is Wi-Fi, burnt coffee etc. Only thing which you would like about this hotel are the rooms due to ample space and cleanliness. However, the services of the hotel is extremely poor.

We had breakfast from their restaurant,restaurant is very neat and clean and food also very fresh and tasty. They have good rest rooms available,which will be helpful on your long journey trips. A good and recommended place to have food,especially for people travel long distance on this way(Bangalore, mysore etc..)

Had a great experience. We've conducted our daughter's bday party last month. The hotel has good ambiance suitable for such family functions.The staffs were really cooperative.. One of our main concerns was about food. But the food was really delicious and served hot till the last person had it. Overall we had a pleasant experience with the hotel.

Recently stayed here. The spaciousness and maintenance of the rooms were commendable. Well-maintained and clean bathrooms added to the overall positive experience. The thoughtful inclusion of two chairs in the room, with one serving as an office chair and a small work table extension is appreciatable. However, my check-in experience was marred by a miscommunication regarding the timing. Despite receiving a confirmation message from MakeMyTrip stating a check-in time of 12 noon, I arrived at the hotel at 1 pm only to be informed that the actual check-in time was 2 pm. This discrepancy resulted in an hour-long wait, which was inconvenient and disappointing. Furthermore, when we decided to have lunch at the hotel's attached restaurant, we encountered a frustrating experience. The restaurant was full, and the staff members showed no acknowledgement of our presence or willingness to accommodate us. Their behavior made us feel invisible and ignored, leaving a negative impression. At the very least, they could have asked us to wait or provided some assurance regarding seating availability. After some time, we contacted the reception, and the receptionist arranged for us to sit in their closed café adjacent to the restaurant. They also ensured that the restaurant staff delivered the food to us in the café. However, the food took a considerably long time to arrive, despite the assurances of the staff. While the room service provided by the same restaurant was prompt and satisfactory, the restaurant experience itself fell short of expectations. One aspect worth noting is that the overall food quality, except for the biryani, was decent when ordered via room service. However, the biryani did not meet the standards of an authentic preparation. Therefore, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel due to its excellent rooms and amenities. However, I would advise against dining at the attached restaurant. Instead, opting for room service would be a better choice, ensuring a more efficient and satisfactory dining experience. Despite the shortcomings in the restaurant, the hotel's well-maintained rooms, cleanliness, and room service redeem the overall experience. With proper communication and improvement in their restaurant services, this hotel has the potential to provide an exceptional stay for its guests.

We arranged our daughter's birthday party in the hotel. The food served was cold and pathetic. Very poor service and not at all professional.Really disappointed

The hotel is well built, Fairly furnished, well maintained. The property have a nice Gym and a party hall. Ample parking facility , guarded around. Breakfast buffet is average, only main course food served ,lunch and dinner is served , Restaurant closes early night. The service staff are uniformed, groomed. House keeping, room service requests are attended shortly. The front office staffs attitude & services are very poor, most of them need to learn what is hospitality. No grooming ,below average service . Overall it is a good property, value for money.

We stayed for a day in the hotel along with several other guests for a wedding function. The hotel is conveniently located near the town of Sultan Battery. The rooms are large and is well appointed. Our room had a balcony. We had breakfast and lunch in the hotel. The dinner party was on the open roof top. There is a dining hall specially setup for sadhya meals apart from the regular restaurant. Facilities are good and the food quality was ok. Although the staff was putting in their sincere best efforts, they seemed to be stretched to their limits to cater to the needs of the large number of guests in the wedding party.

Exceptionally good rooms, however, food was surprisingly poor quality for a place like this. Room ambience, cleanliness , size etc one of the best in the region. Breakfast had only two options, all served at room temperature and poor taste. Dinner was better but nothing spectacular. Great place if they can also improve food quality and get a good chef!

Just had to mention that I didn’t stay at this hotel, I just had a meal at Iris The Kitchen. Good service but food isnt upto the mark. All dishes are extra sweet, even though they aren’t really sweet dishes. They have a huge menu but very limited items are available. Food isn’t upto the standard. Disappointed, because everything else here seems great.

Nice spacious, well designed rooms. Courteous staff. Mr.Sunu Matthew the manager is very humble and down to earth and assists in everything right from the check all the way to dining.

Wihtout a doubt one of the best places to stay in Town. Excellent customer serivce, room was very clean, high speed wifi, great breakfast. They need to work a bit on hot water supply. Manager was very friendly and he was always available whenever you need him. Highly recommended to try their suite room.
