Excellent location, well maintained rooms and facilities. Beautiful landscapes. Couple of things to improve is on food. Not much options for vegetarians. Breakfast is served after 8.30am only which is little late for people would want to go out on sight seeing. Otherwise excellent hospitality from the staff of this resort. Overall we had a good stay.

Very calm and beautiful atmosphere. A perfect resort to spend time with family. Very well behaved staffs Delivering food etc. at regular intervals. If requested to make BBQ, necessary arrangements are made. Nice clean dining hall

Location very nice. Amenities well equipped. Staffs all good starting from reception to different services. Rooms r clean. Washroom r average. There r 2 genuine issues which u should short out: 1. The road to reach to the resort is so narrow that only 1 car & a bike can pass each other & it's impossible to pass 2 cars. We had this issue 2 times in our 2 night stay. 2. Live kitchen concept is not working. Families goes with kids and at different point of time different people need different food, we cannot just order at 1 time and with in your limited time. I see many people ordering from outside. Also when we reached around 3 PM you don't have food for us.

A calm and quiet Resort with a wide area , good indoor games options, swimming pool , good for Families, couples and Groups as they provide dormitory facility and cottage options. Not a luxurious property( but worth for the price bucket),Nice and Friendly staff, both in front office and Restaurant. +Eves .. 1-Good location 2-Nice and Friendly Staffs 3-Great food. 4- ambience 5-Low budget Cottages. To be improved 1-Mangemwnt has to think about the overall maintenance of the property. 2- House Keeping Service has to be improved ( Feels all services are available on Demand) 3- Can add some more facilities in the Resort - like kids playing area, music in the pathway and pool etc.. Over all good Experience.

(Booked 8 rooms, not all the rooms have the same issue) Pros : Budget friendly, Food is good, staff are good, They gave arrangements like food and accommodation to our 2 drivers for free, Calm and quiet, Badminton court is good Cons: Rooms and toilet are in very bad condition. I felt like public toilet. Mic set not allowed after 9 pm you will not see items in the room or toilet, you have to call House keeping every time for accessories, Wifi not working all areas and it is difficult to reach reception for solution. Swimming pool is not upto the mark as there is a sheet on the floor instead tiles which is very discomfort. Street dog, monkey, cat all around

It was a great time for kids and adults. We enjoyed every moment together. The vibe was awesome. Rooms are clean great customer service. Altogether it was a great experience. Special mention to Jithin (reception) and Arun (restaurant)😍

A nice place to relax with family. Well maintained swimming pool is awesome and we enjoyed a lot. Parking area is good. Very friendly staffs, very cooperative. Rooms ambiance and size is perfect. Lush green and fresh air all of the property. Need to pay attention for cleaning. Food was okay not that great, variety can be increased. Need to fix on time deliveries of food.

Guys I have been 7 times in 7 years, yap I really love this resort would like to point out things- its like forest stay - rooms are for that gives you more privacy- pool is so private and big, u can never see the pool from any room- take a walk at 1AM u will know how romantic it is, the lighting wow. - service everyone so caring and friendly i do remember ben, Melvin and kailash - barbecue at ur door step that's enjoyable- I would sugest this resort for sure,- elite in 2km from room - food in resort is not good don't forget that except barbecue- family and friends it's suitable for both. We had a nice experience with resort stay. Lovely location, hospitality and staff services are amazing. Masjid inside the compound make us more comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and recreation area was also good. Neat and clean premises. Worthy for money. Special thanks to Asifkka (OM) and team for the best services. Good Family Holiday spot.. Beautifully designed and well maintained landscape and properties. Their cottages, it's privacy and mesmerizing atmosphere is really amazing. The hospitality and service provided by staff is really commendable. Room service, Restaurant services are really good. Food is average. The emu's and goose walking inside the property freely is a great experience. Also they have a rabbit and goat farm, numerous fruit plants etc. Badminton court, indoor games, archery, fishing, barbeque etc are also available.

Really Good atmosphere, especially swimming pool, room and food. Then monkeys are will enter your room for catch the snacks, without lock your room door...

He made us experience different Kerala cuisines every meal which was Yummy! Resort is a scenic beauty..lush green surrounding,ample outdoor and indoor games available. Service is very good. Rooms require modification n looks outdated. breakfast served is okay, lacks a good chef for lunch n dinner..go for a villa rather than a room as they r spacious..

Overall, we had a great experience with the (Crescent Family Resort); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to enjoy the weekend. The atmosphere the quite good and calm. Would definitely suggest my friends there.

The Crescent Family resort had been a wonderful place to stay. Following the Pandemic, there was a lot of activity. The service is excellent, and they adhere to stringent hygiene and COVID norms. Following each guest's departure, the rooms and communal areas are sanitised. The food was excellent, and the service was quite helpful. There are numerous indoor and outdoor activities where family and friends can spend time together. In addition, they have a grilling area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'd like to come back.

It was a beautiful resort with attractive plantations which includes vegetables and fruits garden. When we arrived in the resort, the staff welcomed us with a happy smile. The staff was very helpful. There was a lots of games like archery, carroms, chess, ludo etc... Yamu was there, it was very friendly. Rooms was very clean and it was maintained. Swimming pool was there it was very clean. The swimming pool and its surrounding was very pretty

We loved the overall experience of the Crescent Family resort and had a great time throughout our stay. Rooms are pretty good with extra bed facility but not luxurious. We were very happy with the facilities of the resort and a perfect ambience for families. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Good, natural retreat. Lush green naturally maintained here. Easy access from the National Highway. Sufficient parking. Single and double cottages and good walkways around. A fruit garden with produce kept for sale. Rooms are big, fitting to the weather conditions but not luxurious. Children play area, swimming pool, badminton court and indoor games are satisfactory. A fish pond that yields large fish on fishing is attractive, more so when the restaurant prepares it for a nominal price.

I stayed last week in premium cottage with my family and it was a wonderful stay.Its lush green nature everywhere in the resort; the ambiance is good, and neatly maintained. The fruit plantation,rabbits,Emu,fishing was big attraction to my kids.The restaurant has limited menu but the food they served was of good quality.The recreation zone facilities might be better maintained.Overall I would recommend the resort to families.

We stayed at a non-AC cottage and i have to say we didn't felt a need for an AC either. Cottages were pretty decent and big for the price they come in. Really affordable. Staff was also quiet good. You will find lot of fruit plants too. Emu just roaming freely in the resort is another experience in itself :). Also you will find monkeys as well here. Coming to what can be improved. First on my list is the bathroom. It doesn't match with rest of the cottage. Secondly, food. Firstly there is no buffet in lunch or dinner, one needs to order by 7 to get the food by 9. If you missed then you need to order from outside. Also the food was pretty average. Especially even in the morning, buffet was below average, no live counters. They will charge you for things like omelette. I asked for butter that i never got too. Also none of the items in the buffet was hot. Please improve on this. Overall our stay was good and peaceful. Ahh how can i forgot the big area you get to sit outside of your cottage.

Was an okay stay at the Crescent resort. Area is good but there is not much you can explore at this resort. Staff were cooperative and food was good. Resort could have been well maintained given the area they have. One thing to notice is they have couple of Emu here which are walking loose. Kindly be aware not to get too close to them or provoke them, else emus can be dangerous. We tried taking some pics/videos of emu (unknown of its behaviour) which made it insecure and started coming at us. Luckily we were able to avoid it. So the resort staff should warn every people staying at the resort as they may not be aware as to how to treat such bird. Else if you mind your own business without getting too close the bird, it will not do any harm.

Stay was quiet good. Location and ambience was too good. Emu following around goofily was fun to watch. Staff behavior was average. Special request to get the room ready for special occasion was not considered. Room and its emenities would have been well maintained.

My first experience at a resort and it was fantastic. The rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable. They were like small huts, there was a sitout in front, a Hall, 2 rooms with attached Bathroom. There was badminton court, play area for kids, archery place, 2 small games area for chess, table tennis and carrom. People who like animals and birds will love this place. There is an emu roaming all around the place. You have a swimming pool too. This place is perfect for a WEEKEND GETAWAY with family or friends. 🤩🤩

Am giving 3 stars because of the food. When we ordered they said it will take an hour to prepare and they said it's live cooking. In the mean time we had fun at the pool and came back the food was ready. When we started our brunch the chicken was spoilt i believe they had kept the chicken for a longer time. Since none had they had given it to us later we found the steel material in the noodles which was disappointing. Later we had called the restaurant manager we had complaints we spoke to him, secondly we got another noodles which was fresh and near to have. This was the only disappointment we had apart from this the Ambiance the rooms the activities are good 👍🏻

He is a real asset to the resort. We absolutely loved the food that was served. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again.

It was a big area with indoor games, a swimming pool etc.. we had a very good time. All the staff are very friendly , the front desk was helpful . The food was not good, costly and not worth paying, one star 👎 because of food. Morning walk in the area was very good.. they grow different types of fruit. Our room was clean.. no wifi and poor mobile network..

Having a 3 nights 4 day stay was good with such a peaceful ambience. The staffs were so kind and loving which is a much appreciable one. Out of all, the food they provide for breakfast as complimentary and also for items that we order seperately in their kitchen is awesome and people from tamilnadu will definitely like it.

Excellent resort, worth every single penny & value for money. The owners have made a conscious effort to not exploit even on busy weekends when I have seen all other resorts resort to exploitation. Great & welcoming staff.

We stayed in Crescent Family Resort for two memmorable days. Located near Sulthanbathety, the resort is blessed by mother nature abundantly. Cosy, eco friendly Villas are situated amidst coffee and fruit plantation. The single room/ bouble room villas are spacious, comfortanble, imparting a sense of belonging. There is a very beautiful swimming pool for adults and children, likely to be more enjoyable during summer. The resort has a plethora of children oriented activities, which we adults had to ignore. However many of us enjoyed the Ayurvedic facilities offered. Early morning hours are beyond words. Cool breeze, accompanied by chirping of different varieties of birds in various tunes and frequencies is really mind blogging. To culminate, you are sure to be visited by a pair of emu to wish "good morning". The resort is located near to Edakkal caves and Muthanga wild life santuary. Since the sight seeing spots at Wynad is scattered, one cannot expect a miracle. If you want to be connected with the mundane world, there is DishTV, wify etc. To summarise, the resort provides splendid isolation, offers serene eco friendly environment, tasty food, great ambience and a thrilling stay at a reasonable tariff.
