The most adventures place❀. The other side of edakkal cave and little bit hard to be on the top of the hill. Fully adventures and nature friendly. Morning view was extraordinary. If any one is trying to visit here i request that dont spoil here by putting plastic or something. No restriction,no entry and no timing. The best place i ever visited in my whole life. Try to bring water and food because u will be tired after climbing the hill. But please dont put the waste there.

Ambukuthi Mala or Ambukuthy Hills is a mountain in the Wayanad district. It is 12 km from Sulthan Bathery and near Ambalavayal. Three pre-historic caves (Edakkal Caves) are located at a height of 1,000 metres on Ambukuthi mala.

Outstanding experience of high altitude. One of the ideal place for trekking. This place connects Lord Rama, a Hindu legend from Ramayana as it says that an arrow shot by Rama hit this high hill came all the way from Northern India. It is said that the last picture in this review is the mark left by the arrow while hitting the mountain.

A True Display of Natural Beauty Review: The allure of mountains has always captivated adventurers and nature enthusiasts alike, and my recent encounter with a stunning natural mountain left an indelible impression on me. Nestled in the heart of a picturesque landscape, this majestic mountain stood tall and proud, its peaks piercing the heavens. One cannot help but be awe-struck by the sheer magnificence of this natural wonder. As I gazed upon its rugged slopes and snow-capped summits, I felt a profound sense of serenity and humility. The interplay of light and shadows created a mesmerizing spectacle, transforming the mountain's visage with each passing moment. The rich tapestry of colors adorning the landscape was nothing short of breathtaking. The mountain wore a cloak of lush greenery, interspersed with vibrant wildflowers that painted the canvas with hues of purple, yellow, and red. Crystal-clear streams flowed gracefully down its slopes, nourishing the valley below and adding a touch of tranquility to the scene. Venturing closer, I embarked on a hike along well-trodden trails, immersing myself in nature's symphony. The crisp mountain air invigorated my senses, while the panoramic vistas rewarded my efforts. From lofty vantage points, I beheld sweeping panoramas of neighboring peaks, their silhouettes dancing against the horizon, creating a sense of vastness and grandeur. This natural mountain is a testament to Earth's ancient beauty, an enduring masterpiece shaped by the forces of time and nature. It serves as a reminder of our planet's remarkable capacity to inspire and humble us. I left with a renewed appreciation for the wonders of our world, and a desire to explore more of its awe-inspiring landscapes.

Ambukuthi mala is a must visit place. You can camp a night, tents and meals are provided by the organizers. I had an amazing experience, a small trek to hill top and witnessed an amazing sunrise too.

Really beautiful place Near edakkal caves . Around 4 km in amabalavayal town . I was there at 7 00 am . Around 500 meters of walking we can reach the point . The rock was really slippery and the place was covered by the fog.
