Nice fun time, we had an hour to kill and this was perfect spot. We took super package about 570 and finished in an hour. Some attractions are a bit rundown may need cleaning and maintenance rest are ok. We liked dinosaurs park, camera music e the most. One must visit the place only if they could maintain it a bit better the place would be amazing. The staff was very helpful

This is a so called theme park in Ooty . There are different sections like Camera museum, Dinosaur world , Snow world , 3-D World , 5-D Cinema , Haunted house , 7 wonders of world / Kids ride etc. Camera Museum is good only if you have a knack for photography . They have displayed more than a hundred of rare and antique cameras. Camera Museum is not for small kids . They will not understand and enjoy anything here . Mirror room is a disappointment. Most of the mirrors were dirty , some of the lights dont work . The room itself is very small . Dinosaur World is a park with life size dinosaur exhibits . But this also is not well maintained. The colour of the dinosaurs are muddy and stained . The name signboards are broken and there are no information about various dinosaurs models which are present in the park . Due to lack of maintenance none of the mechanics worked properly. Snow world is closed due to covid restrictions. 5d cinema was pretty decent . Only a single show of 10 mins . Haunted house and Jungle walk were so loud that we also got headache due to loud noise. None of the kids rides were operational . Exorbitant entry fees. Rs.480 per head. Really not worth the ticket price. I also don't understand the need for parking fee.So do not waste your time and money visiting this place. Instead go to botanical park, or rose garden or Train ride or any other park or Peak . Final verdict - Pathetic, Over Priced, Fooling People, Horrible, Not at all Worth.

It was awesome! The experience was very kid-friendly. The snow city and the 9D show were the best parts. So overall, if you are accompanied by a kid pls go to thunder world but if you're expecting something thrilling or semi-dangerous rides, they I won't recommend coming here.

Little expensive but a good place to keep us entertained. The combos are around 400 to 500 rupees per head. Dino world is really good with realistic setup of dinosaur. There are more varities also. Kids will like this place as they have many rides for them. If one don't like to take a package, just take a entry ticket for 50rs and enjoy the place and munch something in food court just to kill some time.

This place is located 3 kms from the Ooty center. The entrance fee is nearly 500 for adults and 400 for kids. It's not worth the amount as there is nothing much for the kids below 10 yrs. They have rain forest and Haunted house which is not suitable for kids as it would be scary for them. They have infinity where the reflection of ours will be seen, also different kinds of dinosaurs model are kept. They have maintained a miniature of famous places in India.

It's a nice place to visit with friends and family and enjoy within the city. They've got a package where one can visit all the theme studios for ₹590 per head, or one can buy tickets for the individual places. They have a camera museum where one can see replicas and some real cameras over the years, which gives a perspective of how far we've come in terms of taking pictures. They've also got a 5D theatre where they showed a short video about someone jumping off a plane with parachute and then surfing through the desert in a track. They moved and shook the seats and blew fans to give added effects. They have a snow world which contains artificial snow and they provide boots, jacket and gloves for it. It's a pretty fun place to get sort of an experience of snow. They have a dinosaur park where statues of different types 9f dinosaurs are kept and they also have sound effects mimicking their roars. They have a horror room, rain forest and a tube with lights (forgot its name), but all these are not worth it. They also have a cafeteria where one can pay and eat few items. Overall, it was a good experience here.

Wooooow. One of the best and a must visit spot in Ooty, Time spent here is worth it. There are many activities inside the Thunder world, you can take a whole package or you can take activities as per your liking. Their package includes; Wax Museum - 200 / adult, Trick eye - 100 / adult, I took the above 2. It also include 5D theater, Illusion room, Horror room, Wonder world, Dancing cars, A Very big food court, Kids play area, Kids train etc.(with varied cost) Everything here is neat and well maintained. We spend a happy time here. Let me share some snap for everyone's reference, which could help others to plan their trip to the place.!!

100% keeps the kids entertained. My son being a dinosaur 🦕 fanatic loved the huge sized animal figurines which even make sound and move heads and necks. The double decker bus ride, scary house are other good attractions. The food court is very bad and ill maintained. Ample parking. Avoid weekends as its filled with tourists. Reasonably priced tickets.

They are looting people. The charges are overpriced. Not worth for rides they are offering in package. Only snowworld was nice that too they only allowed us for 10 mins and not more. This place is totally waste of money don't even think to visit this place. The exterior will attract you for a visit but it will be a total desaster. But you can visit the wax museum that was good with a 200 rupees ticket amount.

Good value for the money, though including a wax museum would have been a nice addition. The unique concepts of Dinosaur World and the Rainforest were a first for me, and kids are sure to have a fantastic time.

The highlight for me was the camera museum. It was both interesting and informative. What especially caught my attention was the array of spy cameras. Prior to this visit, I'd only seen and read about them in children's encyclopaedias.

Not that much what we expected especially when we compare the entry fee is too high. Snow word is too worst by the way it's not a snow word instead they can call it up frozen ice world.. In the name of 5D theater they have played well on us.. finally we had a vomiting sensation due to the shakiness of the seats in the theater.. I personally recommend don't waste your money by seeing the posters....

The tickets were slightly expensive, but kids will enjoy. The 5d cinema, dinosaur park was really good. Very informative and well maintained. I didn't visit snow world as that was not included in the package we chose. Definitely worth a visit with kids. Won't spend a lot of time here might take an hour or two to see all the rooms except Snow world. The haunted house is a bit loud so if ur kid is scared of loud noise, avoid it.

This was a really fun experience. They will give you different package options to choose from which includes different activities . We chose the super combo which includes almost all the activities. This was fun . It includes a camera museum, optical illusion, dinosaur land, 7D cinema also that was the best part. They have a gara fish spa ,small cafeteria and plenty of parking and areas to chill. They also had a snow area which was so fun . They provide snow gear and we can play in the artificial snow .

Good place to spend around 2 hours in ooty. There are a few rides as well as some experience oriented attractions like Haunted house, 5d theater, rainforest walk-through. There is an attached snow world but it was closed due to COVID. Liked the camera museum that has quite a collection of old timey cameras.

Thunder world is in fact I would say you will surely enjoy not every stuff however few like haunted house. Thunder world is specifically made for kids age of 5-8 or 10 years and not for small kids. Adults can also visit. I have also uploaded few videos. Yours local guide honest reviews.

I took Super combo ticket in which i found Vortex, Rain Forest & My India is for kids. As an adult i felt that there is no value for money. But i liked 5D animation, Big Foot & 3rd Eye. Don't ever buy anything from the food court. They are super costly & very bad quality. Eg: Little cheese spread on bread, thin slices of onion, cucumber & tomato was ₹100 & was very bad

It's a great themed park for kids. Having a dinosaur park is great fun for kids here. 5D and forest is also good. There are many games at this park. The museum of old cameras and the journey is inquisitive. The kids had a lot of fun and had a great time here. Much recommended if you are in ooty

Some activities interesting to the kids under one roof. A dinosaur park, though sensors not working and the dinosaurs not active now, is worth visiting. Bumper car, which requires separate payment over and above the 300-400 per person otherwise is not in perfect condition.

Beautiful place for fun. The animals are just amazing. If you are taking toddler or newborn please take care because the dinosaurs make noise.😅😅. My younger one was crying inside. Ticket price to visit only the dinosaur garden is around 200. There are so many other park areas like snow world and all, For this we need to pay more.

Price was toooo high. Only kids can enjoy. Camera museum looks too informative and knowledgeble. We can take good photos inside which is available in most of the big cites.7 things inside but I personally felt dinosaur park was the only worth one.

This venue is suitable for a single visit. However, certain aspects left much to be desired, with some experiences lacking cleanliness. Additionally, considering the admission cost, the offerings in terms of attractions and experiences were rather limited. Notably, the snow park was particularly disappointing due to poor management, rendering it a subpar use of time.

Best amusement park in the heart of Ooty Amazing places inside it like snow world, rain forest , haunted house, big foot, third eye, infinity, vortex illusion, my India, trick eye and wonderful 5d movie.. The dinosaur park is must for your kids. Other than that the major attraction is Camera History. There are really some very old and classic cameras preserved. We were surprised to see that more than 80% cameras are actually made in Japan. Excellant all in one place in ooty.

It's a really good place for kids, even adults can enjoy most of it. It may take you about 3-4 hrs Max to get done with all the activities there. The snow world experience is good. Dinosaur park is not that well maintained. The illusion space is something I saw 1st time, good to click pictures. 5D theatre, Haunted House, Rain forest experience was average. Getting pictures clicked there is pretty expensive. Overall good experience
