Actually I'm here to share something about wastage not only here if i go everywhere to purchase gold they're charging minimum 12% wastage from what we bought it's seriously make me frustrated. I can't imagine How much profit they( gold shop) are earning. This experience ruined my mindset of once again purchase gold... And finally sales man Vignesh Kumar way of approach was good..

I've bought silver anklet in this shop and it was 100mg less when it was weighed. But they are not ready to accept it ( They said it is approved by government. It can be +/- 100mg during weight ) After long conversation with supervisor ( The price was approximately Rs.6/- . He said why you are asking for Rs.6 discount ) he said we can reduce the price in the total bill. But during billing they didn't deduct the amount.

Highly disappointed with the silver exchange. We exchanged our 60-gram silver anklets with a 30-gram antique model anklet. when we asked for the reason, they said that it was a system calculation and that they couldn't do anything. Disappointed with the recent purchase. Also in Thangamayil Jewellery, they will be calculating normal stone or enamel value and gold value as same ( for silver also). Will think of this every time while purchasing. It's good when Thankgamayil Jewellery considers stone value separately The designs are good
