It was a nice experience staying here. Experienced Rajasthani tradition. Daal bati churma was very delicious. The swimming pool was also good. Haveli was covered with multiple gardens.

We went there for dinner and they asked us to sit inside the restaurant. We ended up waiting for an hour but nobady showed up. When they finally came, they said it would take another hour to serve and was not polite about it even though we were the ones starving. Also had a dirty kitchen which is adjacent to the restaurant and you can see mice.

Rooms were pathetic. The staff and owner were so rude that they will directly say no to everything. No space for drivers also. Very bad experiance.

Went to stay during the weekend. The breakfast was not upto the mark, very very basic. There were constant power cuts at periodic interval of 20 -30 minutes. The intercom doesn't work. Good for pets . But the cottages were too overpriced compared to the facilities provided.

Very bad experience. Rooms were very cheap. AC was fixed with tape. No hot water in bathroom. No rooms for driver. Our driver has to stay in car whole night. Not more than one man can take bath bcz hot water will be finish.

Booked it for a family function. It was nice. Food was good.. it has a old royal heritage feeling and the building is also well maintained. The staff is wonderful and supportive. Location is well withing the city and easy to reach. Nice to go in the monsoon season. They have open dining as well as closed ones. One of the best places i have visited.

Burja Haveli is a 250+ year old structure renovated to a limited extent and converted into a heritage property. It's on the outer limits taking at least 10-15 min drive to get to the main city. There are two decently big parcels of land on two sides of an outside town road of which one side has the building and the other one has huge lawns, parking, an open air gym and the mini swimming pool. It also has a hidden treehouse. The GOOD The owner is a thorough Gentleman who tries to take care of the property to the greatest extent maintaining a balance between modernity and history. The food is quite delicious and they will manage spice levels for you/kids as required. The food is prepared hot and fresh and served with a lot of love and affection. You can see the 'Dadis' making the hot rotis The terrace though remains closed offers some decent views There are peacocks moving around freely and one can enjoy watching them and beautiful birds The pool though small has a rustic and old world charm to it In the evening once it's all lit up the Haveli looks beautiful. Gets lovely breeze and with some good music and traditional programs can be transporting experience Staff is very courteous, helpful and pleasant The cottages are located well, could provide a lovely experience of seclusion and slight luxury located amongst a lot of greenery and next to the Pool The BAD The rooms are small and there are no windows or hardly any views The bathrooms are functional but in a bad shape with most fittings in dilapidated condition Food can come across to be expensive overall with the way the breads are priced for the portion and quantity one gets Bathrooms can get smelly due to the drainage being how it is off city limits Breakfast is pretty basic with Poha, Parantha, Papaya, Curd, Boiled eggs and Corn Flakes but then not bad for the offer price The Treehouse could be a good addition if it's maintained and kept open The UGLY Since it's outside there are open drains along the roads and since it's now a populated area it gets dirty and smelly With a lot construction all around the views are more or less blocked There's noise from construction and sometimes there are marriage functions or religious ceremonies and it can get really loud and noisy. Overall i would rate it at 3.5 and maybe worth a night stay and some hours in the morning to enjoy the lawns, pool and Nature if one is ready to compromise on some factors mentioned above.

It is a ok to go stay but as bachelors from Delhi and nearby areas visits Here they tend to disturb the calmness this place offers. Often you can see they are bringing cartons of beers with them to party and playing loud music on their bt speakers. So visit at your own risk otherwise it is a good place. Also the restaurant food..I ordered veg biryani they gave me veg fried rice without any sauce or raita..poor bhaji is ok to try and tea was decent, but pricing too much. If visiting alwar I would say you can try sariska fun city old Oberoi hotel for food..they are better in terms of food and price and for kids there is a whole arcade area.

Wonderful staff and Wonderful place for a evening any day. There was some issue with power connectivity due to which ac wasn't working sometime and in this heat is difficult to survive. Food is really amazing and tasty. Folk dancers were superb 👌

A quite hotel in the out skirts of the alwar city. Good food, its heritage style hotel. Typical rajasthan theam. Got restaurant, wedding gardens, swimming pool, meeting room and roof top setting. One of the best heritage hotel in Alwar. Located in on main highway but still a very quiet place. Must stay must visit Restaurant offer both veg and non veg cuisine. Not very expensive pocket friendly. Kids also enjoy because of lush green lawn and cool pool.

A very beautiful hotel haveli, just on the outskirts of Alwar. The interiors, exteriors and the whole ambience was beautiful and traditional, especially the restaurant and bar. Good service by the staff all throughout.

The place gives you the traditional feel and staff is courteous. They just need to modernise some of the amenities and it will be a good for all kind of travellers. I recommend it and will go there again in future.

Nice property but poorly maintained। Food is good but the attitude of the serving staff is unprofessional। I had seen better times at the resort in my earlier visits but I had to cut short my staying this time due to obvious reasons।

We discovered this beautiful heritage stay and spent two blissful days at the property. From the rustic haveli ambience, to tastefully decorated rooms and great food ( I'd recommend the veg fare ), everything was fine at Burja Haveli
