Excellent place and customer service 100% Arrived from Ireland today.

I would give this place a higher rating but they refuse to give me a loyalty card. I have eaten here a lot and find the food is decent. I would visit more if they provided an incentive such as other top quality restaurants in Kaluga. Gastronom, Black Bull and Pinta Pub all treat loyal customers well with discounts cards. Pub 102 not so much. So you can eat here to try but you can find the same quality food and service at other restaurants in town that value their clients more.

Even it is called Pub 102, it is completely a restaurant and an amazing one! We loved the food and the service. Even simple dishes like salads and burgers are amazing. The stuff is extremely welcoming. It's is one of very few distinguished places in Kaluga. Thanks, guys, for a lovely evening, your food has actually cheered us up after a hard day!

Big menu, but food is average. Good choice of drinks. In general good pub.

Good taste and very nice place .

Always go to Pub 102 when I am in Kaluga. Recommend their food highly, never had a bad meal in there. Staff are very friendly and also speak English. Gets busy at the weekend so you may want to book in advance (I have been turned away a couple of times trying to chance it on a Friday \ Saturday evening).

Staff are responsive, friendly and can speak English, menu available in Russian and English, food is tasty, nice musical atmosphere, not expensive, overall exceptional in Kaluga and suitable for accompanied visits.
