(Translated by Google) There is no claim at all to the park itself and the concept. One of the favorite places near Moscow, where you can enjoy art and nature at the same time to the fullest. But the organization of living will be comments. Stayed a couple of nights in the clover houses. The architecture of the houses - no questions asked. What are the views from the windows to the entire facade! But! How many times we come, we suffer so much from horseflies, mosquitoes and flies. They are all over the house. There is no help from the organizers with this problem. For two days they drove them out into a tiny single window, which in order to open a bit, you need to substitute a wand or something else that you can find yourself. The house itself heats up a couple of hours after sunrise and turns into a greenhouse. Arranged ventilation - does not work. Being there during the day is simply impossible and opening doors and windows is impossible due to a problem with insects. After all, there is no difficult solution to these problems so that guests are comfortable: - buy a mosquito net! - And if you absolutely love your guests - put a fan (we don’t ask for air conditioning). Ideally, a lamp-fan. We lived in India for three months with this decision and have never felt the need for an air conditioner. There is no personal bathroom. But nothing, you can survive. Close to the houses is a new comfortable toilet-shower. Inside, everything is brand new and comfortable. There are shower gels and shampoos. They just didn’t think of it: - ventilation can not cope, you are not in the shower, you are in the bath :-) - and the sewerage can no longer cope, although the toilet is just built - The door to the toilet is ordinary, metal entrance. By which you do not understand whether it is busy there or not. When we had a situation, that a man came up, tried to open, could not and left. And accidentally closed another guest outside. And he, poor fellow, drummed for half an hour, until someone accidentally heard him. I repeat once again: the cool idea of the park itself. After all, all architects created, not forgetting to mention their authorship on the houses. But why not attract specialists in ventilation and sewage and do it right. Why not arrange a comfortable stay, it's not difficult Straight sadness :-( We talked with cleaning staff on these topics, they say: they don’t listen to us, write reviews, maybe something will change.

The Nikola Lenivets art park is not something which pops up in a regular tour itinerary on a visit to Russia. More near to Kaluga than Moscow, it involves a bit of a drive, duration of which depends on where you stay in Moscow. It is possible to reach there by public transport but I was fortunate enough to have my friend and her brother give me a ride. (which was perfect because the place's a bit hard to find and you need to know Russian to ask for directions). The park is very widespread and covers the whole village of Nikola Lenivets including adjacent fields, woods, meadows and a river. There are various art installations all around from the midst of meadows to inside the woods. There is a vehicular road which goes through and around most of the park and there are dedicated parking lots near most larger exhibits. It's quite easy to explore the various areas of the park on foot from the parking lots. Cycles are available on rent but I won't recommend them unless you're absolutely at the peak of fitness because the roads are undulating and unpaved making the journey uncomfortable. There are lovely cottages to stay over along with dedicated camping grounds. Toilets although widely present are so so...some are modern and comfortable while others are like dry pits! Maps and tickets are available at the information centre, unfortunately only being in Russian. There are decent cafes and places for picnics and barbecues. I couldn't find any shop to buy souvenirs. On the whole it's a good place to visit although it's tough getting there on your own. And it is better to go when you are feeling completely well because it becomes tiring to explore the huge area when you're ill (personal experience).

(Translated by Google) The coolest place to visit. Do not hesitate, get into the car and drive, you will not regret it! The sea of positive emotions from visiting the art park. Keep in mind that you have to walk a lot. On the territory there is a cafe, prices are above average, but they cook very tasty.

(Translated by Google) A very pleasant place to visit. A large area to visit with a bunch of interesting Art objects. Advice to motorists - it is better not to drive the last 30 minutes to the park, the road leaves much to be desired. I also recommend taking with you a remedy against mosquitoes and horseflies.

(Translated by Google) An interesting place where the artist tried to create something unusual, to ignite people with his creativity, but it didn't go very well. Of course, all installations deserve attention, but the territory is just huge. There is simply nothing to do without a car. We arrived by car sharing, but could not use it, since the gprs Internet was practically absent. Even at the reception, the girls kindly gave the password to the Wi-Fi, but even here the signal to the car barely reached the car, barely managed to close it in order to walk. In the end, we walked 12 km in a day in the heat, in some places gadflies got sick! All compositions were not bypassed, but I would like to have a connection. There were many complaints about the road, but it was patched up. It's not such a horror horror anymore! Among those living in tents, there are many young people from a parallel universe, who as they can relax under the shade of leaves in tents. Near a cafe, a lake. Many come with children, but in this case, you can only move between objects by car.

(Translated by Google) The service is not very good (not friendly staff, when asked about the campsite some wrote one thing, but on the spot they said another), but the place is gorgeous! Taking into account that we slept for a couple of hours because of the long road, in a day (12 hours) we traveled (on bikes) the entire park :) and bicycles are the best means of transportation there, it's not interesting by car The only thing that surprised me was the thin horses that rolled people ... it was sad to look at this (Original)

A good place to visit if you are really into public art, but not worth driving all the way from Moscow. The infrastructure of the park has a lot of room to grow (updated maps, guides in foreign languages). However, the nature here truly is beautiful. The Ugra River, located south of the old church, is a great place to go for a swim in the summer.

(Translated by Google) We were there on August 7, the road to it was badly killed and dusty, the car after this road was thick with white dust. We stopped at a camping in the park itself, maybe we got there, but there were a lot of people there, it was difficult to find a place for a tent, but then we realized that the place was more if we went to the field for toilets and not look for places in the forest. Perhaps this is not always the case, and we just ended up on that day when they had some kind of bicycle race and a lot of people came there. At night there was a noise of conversations, that's okay, but at some point bad people arrived in a car right next to our tent and until 4 o'clock they were listening to music and talking loudly. The art objects themselves have already been worn out, somewhere you can see that they are broken, but in principle there is something to see and for this it is worth going there.

(Translated by Google) This is an absolutely wonderful place with its own special atmosphere. It is very simple and informal here, so you shouldn't go here for a service, and communication with employees is reduced to a minimum. There are accommodation options for every taste and price tag, except for a very high one. The prices in the Ugra cafe, located in the very heart, are, of course, Moscow ones, but the food is delicious and the menu is good. There is a bike rental service, and I highly recommend using it, since the distances from art objects can be large and everyone can do it on foot. I also recommend coming for at least 3 days in order to have time to see everything without haste, because this place is not about rushing. A one-way taxi from Kaluga will cost 1500-2300 for the summer of 2020.

Bright emotions are guaranteed for everyone. It's better to take food with you to spend time efficiently. It should be borne in mind that there is almost no Internet at all, the phone worked only for calls and even then not everywhere, so it is better to work out everything in advance without relying on the Internet. There are also cafes in a couple of locations. We were with children and they were also very interested. Many meters where you could just sit and admire the views. There is a place to spend the night on the territory, but you need to book a month in advance. Also, drivers should be pre-configured that the road is very bad in places, but it used to be many times worse. If you eat in the summer, you should definitely take a lot of drinking water with you and hats on your heads.
