I had a brilliant stay in the Four Points by Sheraton Kaluga. The hotel is conveniently located in the city. The staff is really friendly, the breakfast and dinner was delicious. A big plus is the spa area including a sauna, swimming pool and gym. I can recommend this hotel for your stay in Kaluga. Also the rooms are really nice and clean.

Very nice place. Employees are welcoming and supportive. Nice restaurant, good food large breakfast. Minus one star for the temperature in the room which is impossible to get bellow 28°C.

Their Banquet Manager Kristina was extremely accommodating and courteous. All of my employees were extremely happy with how the event was organized and carried out. Exceptional service.

Nice hotel to stay at. Staff was very helpful as they managed to get me a HDMI cable in the middle of the night. Food was tasty too. Heads up for english speakers.... be ready to repeat yourself for at least 3 times as the staff may find it hard to understand english

I have stayed in the hitel with my eife fir four nighta. I woukd day, it is One of the best hotel in Kaluga city. I definitely recommend to people who will stay in Kaluga. Hotel is very clean, the service quality at reception and lobby bar is way above compared to many Russian hotels. The other advantage is the locating of the hotel. Many business centers and attraction points in Kaluga are in walking distance. Alternatively you can take a taxi with reasonable price, if your destination is far from the hotel.

Nice hotel, good value, friendly staff, big rooms, good location, nice hamam, sauna, just indoor pool is too small.
